I had been to a wedding reception at the Event Center before, so as soon as I got engaged, I knew I wanted to have our reception there. From the start, Joey and the rest of the st...
aff were quick to respond, very helpful, and very accommodating. We were able to tour the venue ahead of time, have a food tasting for us and 4 others (which was more like dinner at a fine dining restaurant), and they worked with us to make sure we had the number and type of tables we wanted along with colored choice of linens and our fabulous head table back drop. Also, the dinner was catered directly through them and the food was outstanding! I would highly recommend the Event Center for not only wedding receptions, but for any other big events that need a venue option.

ing served. Although they are kinda pricey it was worth it. They set up & took down all we had to do was set up the things that we wanted extra. They had all the tables we wanted as well, Candy Buffet table, Cake Table, Kid activity table. It was AMAZING!

Everything went great! The event center worked with my decorator & everything went just wonderful. We got lots of compliments on the food, and there was a "allowance" for open ...
bar that didn't get used so they refunded the money.
Only problem we had at all was they didn't serve the cake like we had requested so we came home with 2/3 of the cake we ordered. if that is all we have to complain about, that's pretty darn good!
The place was very nice & spacious; They pretty much threw us out at our 'end' time. We still had guests present--they had to help us clean up!
Well, we took the entire place up, so we had no wall barriers up and just had a separate cocktail/app side with an ice sculpture and three bar areas (enough so nobody had to wait f...
or a drink) and they gave us a great size dance floor. The room was gorgeous and our wedding planner decorated it as the most beautiful room that it could be!;I heard that if there are two weddings going on at the same time, the walls are so thin that you can hear what is going on on the other side, so if their band starts earlier and you are giving speeches at that time, your guests are unable to hear what is being said. Also, the foyer is all one, so both weddings run into eachother when entering the building and bathrooms!
