The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The night before my wedding, I stayed with my bridesmaids at the hotel because it was most convenient for the venue. We enjoyed a re...
laxing dinner with drinks at the bar. The prices were affordable and the food and drinks were delicious. Afterwards, the front desk was kind enough to give us private access to the pool and hot tub after hours. This was greatly appreciated.
The night of the wedding, many of my family members also stayed at the hotel and we were offered to use the seating in the main lobby as a hang out space to relax and unwind after the eventful day. This was a great end to our evening!
I don't know where to start. The hotel itself is beautiful. When my husband and I chose the hotel we did so because of the wedding coordinator. Come to find out, our original we...
dding coordiantor quit and my husband and I were never notified. For WEEKS i was trying to get a hold of my coordinator but failed. I finally called to hotel and was told that my coordinator, weeks before my wedding, was no longer there. I was told by the manager that she would "throw" me with another coordinator. I was EXTREMELY DISATISFIED at the choice of words used. I stated my concerns and I was told that the manager thought it was just an emotional issue and I would get over it! How Rude and unprofessional. I asked for composation for my troubles and was granted a few, less than impressive, componsations. My wedding was beautiful however I had 9 guests not show up and I was told from the start that we would be given the extra dishes if there were any left over. We never received the 9 dishes on the night of the wedding. The beer we had requested months and months earlier(bud light) was on reserve only for the wedding party the entire night! Oh, and they were serving warm beer. I was unimpressed and disturbed that they would allow someones wedding day to be ran this way. And the real kicker is..I work for the company. SO sad, but true :-(
The staff at the Marriott did an amazing job. Everything turned out perfect, I couldn't be happier. The room looked great, the food was great and their service was excellent. I am ...
very happy with them.
Great Staff to work with. The wedding coordinator was great and always quick to get back with answers to our questions. The entire staff night of our wedding was oustanding. They...
were very accommodating to anything we requested. Worked with part of our bridal party to set up something special for part of his speech. Food was amazing and kitchen staff was flexible to adjust menu just how we wanted it. The coordinator was there the night of our event making sure everything went smoothly. Wonderful experience and so glad we picked them.
