There was a little confusion between the hotel and trolley company regarding agreed up on pick up and drop off times but we got everything sorted in time for the big day. Cammy was great and our family and friends really appreciated the built-in ride so they could leave their cars at the hotel. Trolleys are super clean and have a wonderful old world quality to them - we thought they added a really unique touch! Great company to work with for any event you are planning!

ative, and worked with us and our budget to book a trolley just for the 1 hour that we wanted it from ceremony to reception sites. Then came the day of the wedding, and no trolley. It took 20 minutes for any of the 3 of us trying to call 2 different numbers to get a call back--turns out our trolley had been booked for the following Saturday. Thank goodness we were only 15 minutes away and had people to give the entire 18 members of the bridal party rides, because by the time we left the ceremony site, it was 45 minutes after the trolley was supposed to arrive. I did receive a full refund that day, and although nothing was able to work on time, Dan did attempt to try to get us a trolley anyways that day. I'm sure the actual ride would have been a blast, and again, it sounded like just a human error, but it was not something I wanted to deal with on my wedding day.
