ntil we met Kayleigh. We booked our reception venue at Rock Creek and everything fell into place. Kayleigh and her team took our reception to the next level where I didn't have to worry about a thing. She made my vision come to life by helping me get into contact with vendors that she adored and trusted. I cannot recommend Rock Creek enough. She is a gem!

year, and we had 61 members attend this year. The facility is nicely furnished, clean, and has ample room with no noise from other events to interfere. Rock Creek has an enormous Christmas tree set up in one corner of the room which sets the tone. Our club's needs and plans were coordinated by Sehoy Spence, Event Coordinator, who has years of experience in this field and it shows. She is professional, organized, friendly, creative, and easy to work with. The staff assisting are friendly, helpful, and have everything perfectly laid out when we walk into the room. All staff are flexible to assist us with anything we ask. Every year our members brag on the food which is well prepared, warm, and plentiful. In attending events at other facilities, there is no facility to better meet our needs. It is a perfect venue for us. We give both Rock Creek and Sehoy Spence our highest recommendations, and look forward to working with them again this year.

The staff looked great, their appearance and professionalism were widely noticed by many guest. The cleanliness of venue, bar and buffet was excellent. the food were delicious and the chef showed many details that the bridal couple were hoping for. The buffet was well displayed, food hot and plentiful. The breezeway was transformed beyond what was expected. The bridal couple were so happy and thrilled that all their wedding details were so well executed there. We were all very happy! Thank you Rock Creek and Sehoy !

Ashlee , the Events Coordinator, was a pleasure to work with.....she listened well, asked helpful questions, quickly returned phone calls, and responded to our requests. The food was amazing and our guests loved it. Chef Joe took the time to meet with us and made excellent suggestions. Melissa and her team with Food and Beverage did an excellent job arranging and serving the HIS and HER cocktails and other beverages. Trey, the manager was present and so helpful during the wedding. The day of the wedding we had to move the ceremony inside because of the pending storm but Rock Creek came through...... providing the bride and groom with a rainbow as consolation for being inside!!! I would happily give this wonderful group of hardworking and very kind staff and their lovely facility 10 stars.

to our ceremony that I am not happy about and I really am not happy with how they were handled by Rock Creek. First of all, the "event coordinator" that you work with doesn't even show up on the day of your event nor did she give us the heads up that she wouldn't be there. I worked with her on the layout of the room, layout of our cocktail hour, food choices, etc so for her to not be present and driving the ship the day of was shocking to say the least. I walked though the reception site (we chose the breezeway) months before our wedding and pointed out things that needed to be cleaned up. The columns in the room were a hot mess, there were TONS of cob webs hanging from the ceiling, huge scratches on the walls etc and went over all of those things with her. The day before our wedding they decided it would be a good time to address all the things I had mentioned months previously. On top of that, the morning of my wedding I walked into the breezeway to see that they were pressure cleaning where our cocktail hour was supposed to be taking place. Everything was soaked and I had to leave the venue of our wedding that day not knowing if the area would even be dry enough for our cocktail hour. To say I wasn't pleased is the understatement of the year. The food was amazing although I was pretty disappointed that the cheese and fruit table that we paid for was not moved into our reception after the cocktail hour as I was promised. Again, had the "Event Coordinator" been there maybe that would have been done. It was absolutely 100% unacceptable to not be given the heads up that the person who we had been working with and whose entire job is to coordinate events was not going to be there the day of our wedding. I didn't expect her to be my wedding coordinator but I did expect her there relaying the things we had previously discussed to the team that was working. I walked into Rock Creek the day of our wedding not even knowing the name of the person helping us which is a huge problem and something that their GM needs to get under control. All in all our wedding was beautiful and the girls who were working that day were absolutely amazing. In fact, Melissa should be their event coordinator as she was more helpful than anyone else on site. Think long and hard before you book here because if I had to do it again I would have had our ceremony there but had our reception some place else. It was A LOT of work to get that breezeway looking presentable and we spent a lot of money on things (like draping, chair covers, etc) to cover up the flaws that Rock Creek could easily fix if they got it together.

My wedding planner said that this was one of the easiest weddings that she has ever done. The food was great as well! We received so many compliments on the food. I would definitely recommend Rock Creek to anyone planning a wedding in the Fairhope area.
