From A-Z, Tracy was fabulous to work with! I could tell from the get go that I was going to love working with her, and having wonderful vendors to work with makes a wedding so much...
more enjoyable! She truly goes above & beyond to help. I was happy with every encounter I had with her & our guests had nothing but nice things to say about Tracy (her husband John) & Rock Creek Lodge. You can tell that a lot of love & care goes into this property day in, and day out by Tracy & her husband. Wait until you see the place! You will be in awe just like we and all our guests were!
The on site lodging is perfect for the country location (you won’t want to leave once you see it...I promise), and the venue itself is so beautiful! There is so much charm & character here, you really just have to see it to believe it! The only thing I would recommend is to use both the indoor & outdoor space that is available for the venue if you are expecting more than 150 guests, plus want a dance floor.
The uniqueness & natural Kansas beauty of Rock Creek Lodge, is unbeatable; and the best part of all is that the prices are reasonable & packages can be built to fit your budget! It’s a win all around!

ewed our vows here. We wanted something like a typical wedding venue but something we could feel relaxed in. The property has tons of space to make you and your guests feel relaxed and to make sure everyone has a good time. There are multiple ponds on the property and a small orchard that made for some stunning pictures. The inside is set up perfectly with a bar area and a kitchen set up already in place with gorgeous concrete countertops. Plus, they include a ton of things for you to utilize with your event. We used their arbor for our ceremony out by the water, and she also has all the tables, chairs, plates, silverware and even a bunch of decor to use as well. Every thing is classy and beautiful and makes for a perfect romantic setting. There is tons of parking and even parking attendants to help everyone get in and out smoothly. Tracy was always available to answer any question I had. We viewed the property multiple times to get a sense of how we wanted to decorate and she was so helpful and welcoming each time. She checked on us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed and to see what she could do to make our event go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend using this venue. Thank you Rock Creek Lodge for an amazing evening! It was perfect!!
I loved having my wedding at Fidelis! You get the venue for the entire weekend, the scenery is gorgeous, and the setting is intimate! I wouldn't trade my venue for anywhere else!
