We loved working with Teresa! She is very flexible with appointment times and does not make you feel rushed during your appointment. She let us play around with the fonts, colors, and sizes to make our invitations customized. She also has a variety of options to choose from at different price points and was up front about sales that her vendors had going on so that we could get the best bang for our buck. We never felt like she was trying to push us towards choosing anything because it cost more. She is super responsive over the phone and email and goes above and beyond to get everything exactly right. We will use her again for any event!

We went into the appointment having absolutely no idea what we wanted and Teresa took the time to show us all of our options and help us form our vision for our invitations. Once we had finally picked out which style we liked, she spent the time to go over wording with us, telling us what is commonly done and helping us decide what was right for us. When all was said and done, we had a way nicer quality invitation than we could've found at an online retailer for less than the cost of those online retailers. The invitations came back in a short period of time and they were of extremely high quality and looked absolutely amazing. We had such a great experience with Rock River Printers that we decided to order our ceremony programs and favor tags from her as well! I can't thank Teresa enough for the guidance and expertise she provided to us throughout this process. We ended up with beautiful paper products and it was one of the easiest parts of planning thanks to Rock River Printers!

worked very hard to help us find exactly what we wanted for our wedding invitations. She printed out countless fonts and sizes for us. She helped us with the wording. She even let us take pages from her binders home with us so we could have more time to decide.
When we booked with her, she gave us free thank you cards for my bridal shower--as many as we wanted!! She assured us that she would look at the invites before she gave them to us and if there were any problems she would fix them before they ever got to us. What a relief it was to have someone else work the kinks out! Sure enough, when the invitations arrived, they were the wrong color! Theresa took care of everything for us and we ended up with exactly what we wanted!
There was absolutely nothing stressful about working with Rock River Printers. In fact, it almost felt like you were just working with a friend! Definitely FIVE STARS!!!
