Pre-wedding there’s an information sheet to fill out makes and toast etc but we were only allowed 5 MUST play songs, 5 try to play songs, and 5 do not play sounds. I understand you can’t give them a full lineup of songs to play but we thought we should have been able to request more. Our DJ was awesome and we couldn’t have asked for a more personable group of people to work with, even after our wedding was over. Would highly recommend to anyone looking!

For the reception, our DJ, Chris, was so energetic. He was on the dance floor with us for nearly every song, and he kept the floor full of people with fun, universally likeable music. Overall, we had a great experience, and we absolutely recommend them for your wedding!

Some of the best memories of the night are because of RTH getting everyone on the dance floor. I don't even think it was requested, but playing "I've Had the Time of My Life" prompted my husband and mother-in-law to do the classic run and jump dirty dancing move! Everything was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend them!

Rock the House was extremely organized throughout the planning process and we would absolutely recommend them for your future event!

Our guests all RAVED about them and their presence. They really had their finger on the pulse of our wedding, they even executed the timeline of everything perfectly. They also handled our lighting for the night of which really transformed and made the space. I had during the entire wedding process and always answered quickly and with a smile! For our wedding, we had Kelly as the DJ. We would recommend her to everyone! Kelly came dressed in cocktail attire and was extremely sweet and professional! She helped us stick to our wedding timeline and made sure everyone was having a blast. Kelly was the best!! We also used RTH for a videographer AND to livestream our ceremony. They also used uplighting to make our reception room really shine! He reached out multiple times to just check-in and was so flexible when we needed to change our date then venue down the road. On the day of our wedding we met our DJ and MC and was completely blown away by how amazing they were. In light of everything going on we opted for a backyard wedding. Kevin made sure everything ran smoothly with both our ceremony and reception...honestly without him I don't know what we would have done. Rock The House was definitely one of the more expensive vendors we used but it was 100% worth it and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Jamie and Julian were so kind to everyone that attended. Their energy was contagious. Although we only had 30 some people the dance floor was always packed. Thanks to the covid restrictions currently in place we were not able to have our full guest list attend. ew we wanted a live band and were shopping around locally when Rock the House Live came onto our radar. We didn’t find many live demos online, but looked into the company and spoke with Jeff Kutz, who told us all the extras booking the band included: a DJ for band breaks, an MC for making the evening run smoothly, and addition to that we added on dance floor lighting and a photo booth, all through Rock the House. Jeff and the staff made the booking process effortless and we actually went to see the band the day after we booked them. We were blown away by the style, flair, and talent of the group and so excited that we had decided to book them. Fast forward to day of, the band and staff set everything up before we arrived at our venue and everything looked great. The photo booth, a green screen feature with our chosen backgrounds, was a huge hit and we ended with so many amazing photos of our guests. The band killed it! The dance floor was never empty and all of our guests raved about the music. The band played songs from Motown, Disco, and Top 40, and we even got to play some of our favorite songs during the band’s break. I want to thank our MC Kevin for all the care he put into our night, he even took photos after our photographer had left and captured our sparkler send off after midnight. The only thing other brides might balk at is the price, but honestly it is so worth it to book this company and their band--they are worth every penny and we cannot recommend them enough!

He had the right mix of crowd interaction where he wasn't overly pushy or awkward with our guests but made sure people were having fun. My husband and I are very happy with the whole experience with Rock The House.

We were really particular about music and they KILLED the ceremony music. There were a couple issues we have that prevent a 5 star review. 1 was that the design for the printed photos from our photo booth was not what we had agreed on. The other is that we didn't love our reception music. We had asked for specific songs and a certain genre and asked for no oldies or cliche wedding music, but that stuff got played. DJs and photo booth attendant were responsive, though.

As things often evolve throughout an event, he made a point to look forward throughout the evening and anticipate any decisions that might have to be made and brought those to us in an upbeat, positive, "I've got this!" kind of way. He was great! The band speaks for themselves if you've ever heard them. They are amazing and all of our guest were asking, "Where did you find these guys?" They can sing anything and sound great doing it! They were professional, looked great, and kept everyone on the dance floor. My daughter and son-in-law hugged us and said they couldn't have imagined anything any better than how this evening turned out! Thanks RTH!

hey are amazing and worth it. I agree. They are great at what they do and their system they have in place works. The band had everyone dancing all night. Our age group varied but the majority were late 20’s and then 30+ for a guest count of about 250. Our wedding was on a hill top; I had been worried about wind and being able to hear the music/us talking but their audio system was excellent. We ended up having to pay for extra speakers since the dining and dancing were in separate rooms which was an added cost but I am glad we did because music flowed so seamlessly throughout the barn. The first half of the dancing was all band and like I said prior, everyone loved them!! They interacted with us and did not stop! The last part of dancing was the DJ and she was equally as fun and engaging. I would 100% use them again and recommend them. They are top notch and pros at what they do. You get what you pay for. Thanks Jeff and RTH for keeping our rowdy crew loud and rowdy all night long.

The music and dancing were our main focus of the night and they didn't disappoint. They were also accommodating in reviewing a spreadsheet I sent them with suggestions for music for cocktail hour, dinner and for the main event after dinner and speeches. Their equipment worked very well. Sound quality was excellent and the mic worked exceptionally well for the speeches. We had a good idea of the exact types of songs we wanted to hear but Rock the House gives you a good idea of what they would play even if you have no preferences as the site has a top 200, and also breaks it down into other categories (i.e. '80s or '90s genres). The DJ and MC were very happy to interact with the crowd as much or as little as we asked and they took our suggestions when we asked for a specific song during the reception. We had numerous people tell us it was the best music they had heard at any reception they had attended. Great job all around by Rock the House!

We were approached by many saying how great the music was! In addition to the great music, the photo mirror was a super fun attraction. It was a huge hit, everyone loved the high-quality 4x6 photos and the fun props – plus it was much easier to use than a photo booth! Just about everyone took multiple photos – we had copies of each to laugh at the next day. Overall, we were super impressed by RTH and the quality of their service and staff – which is why they came so highly recommended from all our wedding vendors.

When some family members needed a spot to break from all their dancing, the photo booth was a perfect place for them to hang out. The photo booth staff was professional, even when dealing with our boozed up, goofy family. Prior to having all of this awesomeness the day of, Jeff Kutz made planning the big day simple and enjoyable. Jeff was always available for phone calls and happy to help out. He gave great recommendations in regards to other vendors (Party bus, hotels, etc.) and is overall a great resource to have! Thank you, Rock the House! He also helped us order our gobo and made some super helpful recommendations that we felt improved the vision of our day. Shawn served as our MC and day-of coordinator for all things RTH. He's worked over 1,500 events for them and it shows. He kept the day flowing and expertly managed the room -- keeping guests on the dance floor and also helping Carly/I stay on-track with our schedule. We really appreciated his approach too, especially how he would regularly check-in with us throughout the day/night to let us know that the next feature (e.g. cake cutting, parents' speeches, etc) are coming up next. He and the DJ played great music throughout the night. And by the end of the night Shawn felt like a friend rather than a vendor. We got a TON of compliments about RTH and Shawn during and after the wedding!!! Matt served as the lead videographer and RTH's creative director for the cinematography package we hired. He and his team were EXCELLENT! We have been to many weddings where we felt the cameramen/women were too in the face of the bride/groom. We felt Matt and his team were perfectly present. They were discretely positioned to make sure to get good camera angles, but to avoid standing in front of guests. And we never felt that they were stalking us. They had creative ideas to take clips and I cannot wait to see what they put together for the montage. They previewed some of the clips recorded directly on their cameras and the raw videos we saw looked incredible. Our photobooth operator was also very personable. The book with the printouts we received was hilariously great. Our friends are characters and it showed in the book. I also really appreciated that she offered to print / hold extra pics of anyone that my wife and I were in so we didn't have to carry them with us all night. If you're hosting an event or wedding in Cleveland, you have to talk to RTH before making your decision on a vendor. And if you want to guarantee that your guests have an incredible time, you should hire them. They were rockstars (pun intended).

From the day we had our first meeting with Jeff to our wedding day, rock the house entertainment was always there to answer all of our questions and giving us pointers on what will work best. They provided the sound system for the ceremony as well which went perfectly and everyone said hey could hear us loud and clear when reading our vows. Everything about rock the house entertainment was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better dj and emcee for our wedding. Rock the house entertainment made our wedding one day us and our wedding guests will never forget. Best wedding anyone had ever gone too.
