Rockcastle did an amazing job creating our arrangements! Everything was lovely and came out perfect. I was a bit worried about everything coming together since my bridal bouquet was made with wooden flowers and I had no idea how it was going to turn out, and Robin did great working around that uncertainty. The bridesmaids bouquets didn't outshine mine which was a huge concern for me, and the subtleness of everything was great!

Thank you so much to Wendy, Keith, and the Rockcastle Florist team for making some beautiful arrangements, bridal party bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières for our vow renewal and reception! They were very accommodating when we had to change our plans multiple times due to Covid and were very helpful throughout our floral planning. We also appreciated that they sent a video of the bridal bouquet the night before our event, such a great touch! On the day of our event, our flowers arrived right on time and they were gorgeous. The Rockcastle Florist team is phenomenal! I communicated mostly with Robin for my wedding at Ventosa Vineyards. When I first booked them as a vendor we talked about what I was looking for, what was needed, and what style/design I wanted. Communication was mostly done through an online portal, which was great. I was able to upload pictures of flowers and bouquets to let them know what style I really liked. If I had a quick question I would just message them through there, and all the payments were done through the portal as well. The day before the wedding I received a picture of my bouquet and I was blown away. Everything about it was perfect and the colors worked together so well. The day of the wedding I wouldn't even have know they were there except for the fact that they dropped off everything. It all went smoothly and was one less thing for me to worry about that day. The bouquets , boutonnières, and ceremony pieces were absolutely amazing. The guests commented on how beautiful they were, they looked great in all the pictures, and when we weren't able to take a lot of the pieces back home with us the guests were more than happy to take some. I highly recommend Rockcastle for any event or occasion.

Rockcastle is my favorite florist in the world! They do such an impeccable job with everything. They did my corsages boutonnieres in high school, they have done countless mother’s Day bouquet and special occasion bouquets. They did my mom‘s wedding flowers and now they are done mine. They’re so good at knowing what you want I can’t even put into words how wonderful it was to work with them and not have to worry about floral arrangements because I knew they had them under control.

Robin was fantastic! She made a beautiful bouquet & they even smelled amazing. She was wonderful to work with & everything was so easy. We communicated through e-mail & phone (I am from out of state). The flowers were just amazing. I would give a million stars if I could!!!

Worked with Rockcastle via email because of living 3,000 miles away and not only were they really easy to communicate with, but knew exactly how to put my vision that was hard to describe into reality. All they needed were some pictures (which Pinterest became my best friend) and they were able to accommodate everything from there. The day of the flowers showed up beautiful and fresh.

I knew we had picked the best florist from our first meeting with Robin. My daughter was unsure of what she wanted for her wedding and it was hard for her to articulate what her vision was. Robin ‘read’ her style perfectly and began showing her options. We had so much faith in her that we told her to go wild with the bridal bouquet, to do whatever she wanted. The result was simply stunning. Everyone who looks at the photos has commented on the flowers and I don’t think you normally get that. The team at Rockcastle was AMAZING! Planning my wedding from Florida, they were great at communicating throughout the whole process and had great suggestions. Robin was great! She really understood what I was looking for in my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, flower petals, and welcome arrangement! The flowers were gorgeous! I loved working with Robin and Rockcastle in Rochester! My dress has ivy beading on it and Robin was able to incorporate a flowing ivy arrangement for my flowers. She has a great eye for design, listens to all requests and has great suggestions to make the flowers pop. I am not a flower person, I only ordered body flowers and bouquet for myself and my bridesmaids and I couldn't have imagined anything better.

Robin at Rockcastle Florist made an overwhelming process extremely simple and a total breeze. I had a lot of ideas for the look and feel I wanted in the flowers and Robin pulled together everything into what I had imagined. She even assured me she would send a sneak peek picture the night before, in case I wanted to make any changes. The flowers arrived on time at the venue and looked stunning. I kept my bouquet in fresh water and they lasted for weeks, so I could enjoy them for longer than just the wedding day. Robin and Rockcastle Florist are professional and their attention to detail is nonpareil.

Robin at Rockcastle was great from the beginning, she was very excited to do my arrangements (they were not your typical- I was going for a wildflower theme). She was on top of it from the beginning and was very organized and great with getting back to me on any of my questions or changes. The flowers turned out beautiful and she also did a great job packing them for the almost 4 hour drive.

There are definitely not enough words I can use to describe how amazing Rockcastle was for our wedding. Our family has used their services for weddings (and funerals) for years. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure our wedding flowers were exactly what we envisioned. She grew herbs to include in my bouquet in her own home! Her time and attention to preparations and set up far surpassed my expectations. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and completely perfect!!

Wendy and staff did an amazing job creating our bouquet, table arrangements and servicing our wedding. They took care of transporting flowers to the hotel, church and reception site which made it very easy for us. Wendy spent many appointments with us ensuring the flowers would be exactly what we wanted. Everything looked stunning.

I have used Rockcastle florist for any years; they are great! From my high school prom and ball to my wedding day. The people on the counter are friendly and always willing to work with you and give you exactly what you want. I had a very odd request flower to be in my wedding bouquet and it turned out gorgeous. Robin was fun and easy to get along with and listened t what I had to say and tried to stay in my budget as much as possible. I will always return here for flowers should I need any in the future (which I'm sure I will)!

Robin worked on my flowers for my wedding, my bouquet was amazing. I still have yet to throw them away and they are dead!!! I do not want to!!! I asked her to make it winter themed and she did! Added glitter, pine cones, and white roses! They were absolutely beautiful. I wish I could use the flowers as a center piece on my table for ever! She also did really pretty flowers for my bridesmaids (4) and the flowers for parents, groom and groomsmen!!

We love Rockcastle! We originally came to them for the wedding because that is where my husband normally goes for my flowers. After the first meeting, we were won over by Wendy's inventive ideas and attention to detail. I had some very specific ideas of what I wanted - the staff listened, made suggestions and came up with additional ideas to help us build the wedding of our dreams. We worked with the staff in the Greece location, but I am sure that each Rockcastle employee has the same outstanding service. The day of the wedding Robin was our wedding coorindator and I couldn't have asked for anything more! She even held my train when I was walking to the ceremony! What service! I would highly recommend Rockcastle to anyone getting married or even just looking for a beautiful arrangment. The flowers were very fresh and lasted for 2 weeks after the wedding in our house! That was a nice bonus as well.

My husband and I could not be happier with the amazing service of Rockcastle Florist. Lisa is truly wonderful!! Throughout the planning phases I changed my mind several times, which was never a problem! Lisa was so easy to stay in contact with and was full of great ideas. The day of the wedding, the flowers looked fantastic! Even more important, however, was Lisa's caring personality. When she saw me hungry and shaking she immediately went to have a cheese and crackers tray made for me and my bridesmaids! She also calmed the nerves of my husband before the ceremony! We highly recommend Rockcastle and cannot thank Lisa enough for going above and beyond on our wedding day!!!!!

Rockcastle did an absolutely wonderful job with our flowers and centerpieces! The bouquets were beautiful, and they turned out exactly as I had envisioned them, thanks to our florist, Wendy. Although their prices tend to be on the higher side, everything was completely worth it, as Wendy and her team were truly enjoyable to work with and really came through for us on the day of the wedding. Robin assisted me in creating my dream come true. I presented her with pictures of my dream bouquet and she made it happen. We were struggling with the best arrangement for our centerpieces and Robin was able to offer advice that made our centerpieces out of this world! Her suggestion of colored gel and floating lights made our centerpieces absolutely awesome. She easily accommodated all my requests and made things stress free for me. The flowers and centerpieces were perfect.

I had such a great experience with Rock Castle. I had seen their work in another wedding I attended and absolutely loved the flowers and arrangements that they did. The women at rock castle were great and Robin who worked with me towards the end did such a great job. I will continue to use Rock Castle even after my wedding for other special events.

Lisa is the best! She is a talented florist. I was out of town, so she would set up sample centerpieces and send me photos. It took a few tries to get it right, but she was very patient working with me and the finished product was amazing!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was worried it was going to be really expensive but it was not. I ordered 24 items and I thought it was very reasonable. I changed my orders many times and Wendy was so helpful and dealt with me and got back to me within minutes when I contacted her. So glad I went with them because my bouquets were absolutely phenomenal!

Lisa was absolutely wonderful, she took the time to listen to what we wanted, shared her ideas and presented us with an arrangement that was beautiful and one of a kind just for us. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

I'm so glad we got our wedding flowers done by Rockcastle Florist. First of all, Lisa from the Canandaigua shop is an absolute sweetheart and so much fun to work with. I wasn't very keen on all the names of different flowers, so when we met I just told her the color scheme I was going with and she helped me come up with some beautiful arrangements. We got the "full-service" option which was totally worth it because she came to the church and decorated it and ensured everyone got their bouquets/boutonnieres, and then went straight to our reception site and had it all decorated with the center pieces. The flowers were fresh, fragrant, and absolutely beautiful, and the service was outstanding. I couldn't be happier!

I worked with Nancy, we discussed what type of flowers and how to save on cost by what might be suitable but more available. We filled little glasses with flowers for 24 tables. they were unique and bright like I hoped.

I was absolutely blown away with the whole process and execution of the service Lisa provided for me and my wedding :) She was WONDERFUL, friendly, creative, and so very helpful. Not to mention great prices and amazing quality of flowers and decor! On the wedding day, Lisa was on top of EVERYTHING, and followed through on all her promises (even carrying my train behind me until I reached the aisle). She touched my heart when I arrived home from my Ireland honeymoon, by sending a thank you note. She sent ME a thank you note! Saying how fun and happy it was to be a part of my wedding. I would suggest her to anyone and everyone - one of my favorite vendors throughout the whole wedding planning process :)

I can't say enough good things about our flowers from Rockcastle (Greece location). They did an amazing job at capturing my vision for all of the flowers, but I especially loved my bouquet. The price was very reasonable and they were very easy to work with. In fact, out of all of my vendors, Rockcastle was the best one to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rockcastle was pleasant to work with and did everything I asked for a very low cost. I had 6 girls and 6 guys Bride, Groom, 2 ring bearers, Mothers, fathers, grandparents and cake flowers, which is a lot and they did an amazing job on everything, for under 700.00

I was very happy with Rockcastle Florist in Canandaigua. They did the flowers for my wedding at Bristol Harbour. I requested a garden / wildflower theme and they got it exactly right! The bouquets were beautiful and stayed alive for about 2 weeks after wedding! They also did boutineers and corsages, in the same theme and they were perfect. Also, the service was great! The flowers were more expensive than I wanted at first and the florist helped me with my vision to reduce the cost. The flowers were pretty still expensive but I didn't get other quotes since I left the flowers to the last minute so I don't have much to compare with.

We shopped around a lot for flowers but the staff at rockcastle (Robin) won our business over immediately! She was so creative and great to work with. One of the things I liked most about rockcastle was if you couldnt imagine what the boquite would look like they would grab some flowers from the back and give you an example. A little more pricey then some other places but totally worth it!

They had great suggestions to help accent the type of flowers we wanted to use, the bouquets and center pieces were beautiful! Very pleased with how simple it was to organize this aspect of our wedding.

While price was decent and they were kind and convenient, I still look back at my pictures and cringe. It's not because the flowers themselves weren't beautiful, they just were not done the way I had asked at all. I specifically said "no roses", yet there they were in my bouquet, as well as the wrong color & size sunflower, wrong size and type of dahlia, and there were these un-bloomed things that i did not ask for. The lace detail from my mom's dress was supposed to wrap around the stems, and it did, but I gave them extra, just in case, and they used all of it. This resulted in a wrap that was indistinguishable from just plain white ribbon, no detail was visible and it was clumped up on itself. One of my maids had mini-gerberas instead of full-size and my brother (whom I explained would not be wearing a jacket) was still given a straight pin to adhere his boutonniere with which looked so sad and droopy. That is definitely one i wish I could do-over.

Karen did a fantastic job on my flowers. I planned everything from Boston so emailed her photos of what I liked and she immediately understood. She also worked with me to make the bridesmaids bouquets stay in a certain budget. I even had the bouquets made into a wreath that hangs in my house now.

Absolutely GORGEOUS flowers!!! I did not have a very clear idea of what I wanted for bouquets - ended up with something perfect. Colors and flowers were PERFECT and just my style. Reception centerpieces were exactly what I asked for even though I had somewhat oddball requests (different flowers for every table - some of them wild flowers). Went the extra mile for sure.
