I couldn't anticipate working on our first wedding, which happened to be in September 2017. From the photographers perspective, it is essential to have excellent communication with the wedding planner to get the best results and make our clients happy. Rock N' Events are always completely on top of it, and the wedding that we had in common ran so smoothly. The whole setting was just a feast for the eyes, and our client seemed to be beyond excited. Jen truly made me feel like a bride and her attentiveness to my every need really showed me what an amazing multitasker she is. My family really enjoyed having her coordinating the wedding as they kept on saying how amazingly kind, efficient and positive she is. I will be using Jen for all my upcoming events, she is truly the best!

not sure of the date yet cuz I havent gotten my visa yet at that time and to top it all we had an issue with the venue 3 weeks before the wedding! BUT Jenny - my amazing rockin party girl - with her magic wand made it all happen! Our wedding was intimate like how we want it, emotional, wonderful and enchanting. It wasnt just our wedding, it was also my 40th birthday and a chance for my now husband's family to gather and Rock N' Events made it all possible! Our wedding was last Nov 5, 2017 and was originally set to happen in Napa. Then just a few weeks before, the fires in the area happened. We were hoping and praying that our venue - being a family owned property - wont be affected but we we werent sure. We were in panic - we werent sure if we should go thru with the wedding and if we could. Most of our vendors are based in Napa and are already paid for! Even if we decide to relocate the venue, we werent sure if the vendors would still cater to the event and if not, if we could still get our money back. All those negative thoughts came to us and then we talked to Jenny and boy she made our day! She said: "My loves, your wedding is going to happen in Nov 5. I assure you that. Leave it to me. I'm on it." And sure thing, the next day she came up with not just 1 but 3 different beautiful venues we could choose from! And to add to that, she managed to bring all our vendors from Napa to the new venue at Woodside! This space is not enough for us to tell you all the good things we could say about Jenny, her girls (Bailey dancer and cheerleader Regina) and her company. Alice and her team were practically with us the entire wedding weekend from 10:30am Saturday morning until 5:00pm Sunday evening. Every time I think about our wedding, I’m brought to tears at how magical it truly was. As with all weddings, there were last minute fire drills, panic attacks, and unexpected changes up until the day of our wedding and Alice handled them with such calm, patience, and determination. Alice and 4-5 of her RNE colleagues were literally our secret service agents on the day of! They made so much happen behind the scenes from ensuring our vendors, favors, wedding signs, flowers, menus, candles, votives, etc. were all properly set up early in the morning; our first look was intimate and romantic; our ceremony started on time; our procession went flawlessly; our cocktail hour/photos transition didn’t go for too long; our grand entrance was on cue; that we ate enough food; had enough time for our speeches; and they cleared the floor for dancing! They were constantly communicating with our DJ, photographer, videographer, venue staff, and families to ensure everyone was okay and had what they needed. What a beautiful day! As mentioned in my previous review, Alice, Jenny, and her team were so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. Alice spent so much time coordinating with our venue, vendors, bridal party, families, and meeting with us to ensure that our vision truly came to life – and, wow, it did! ng a designer has to be her calling because not only is she on top of all the vendors but her energy keeps you excited for the big day even when things do not go as planned like for example the venue changing the event ending time. My wedding was on 4th of July weekend so that is why there was some discrepancy with the ending time but my point is I always (Jenny Chang, the founder, is very easy to reach so I do mean always) had Jen to assure me on things and keep me excited & positive. Rock N' Events knows what they are doing and can help a lot with the planning since not only do they have a lot of connections but even have a calligrapher among their team. I am so thankful I went with Rock N' Events and even more thankful to have met Jen!

Flash back to our first meeting with Jenny with Rock N' Events. Casual setting at a local coffee shop to just get to know my soon to be wife and I. I expected Jenny to have a huge book of ideas to start selling us on and I could just see the budget double after my morning latte. Nope. Jenny listened to all our ideas. Asked about our budget. 6 weeks before our wedding and she did not hesitate to start working right away. Even though we only got the "month-of" plan, she made herself readily accessible and available to me via email, text, or phone before the actual 1 month date. Our event was going to be mid-size with a little over 100 guests but we had big ideas and Jenny helped those ideas materialize into a truly awesome event for not only us, but our guests too. We decided to go with a roaring 20's theme for our wedding to match the amazing venue we chose in downtown LA. Jenny helped us to get casino tables, cigarette girls (Follies), an AWESOME Dj, and 1920's props for our tables all within budget and ALL WITHIN THE 1 MONTH we had to plan everything. She has fantastic design ideas and always presented her ideas as supplements to our own. When necessary, she offered constructive criticism in a way that was respectful and well received. One of the most surprising parts of how well everything came together with Jenny and the RE team was the willingness to tackle our flower arrangements and certain decor elements with us. Jenny expressed that certain members of her team were taking floral arranging classes and wanted to share their newly acquired skill with us if we were open to the idea. This was definitely one way that we saved some money (buying wholesale flowers at the market with her girls and purchasing the supplies wholesale as well) but the coolest part was that we got exactly what we envisioned! The flowers weren't run-of-the-mill roses and tulips but rather these awesome vibrant collections of ones I chose from the market and they artfully arranged. The girls even transferred the florals from the ceremony to the tables so as to get double use out of them. Besides the detailed arranging of ALL of our vendors, handling the day-of payments, and managing the flow of events Jenny and her team stayed professional and courteous to all of our guests throughout the night. They were helpful with any questions and stayed available as the party went on. I really enjoyed working with Jenny and the whole RE team that was with us but I cannot stress more how delightfully surprised we were at the many skills they brought to the table. You can go with any planning company and know with confidence that the details of your day will be managed but can any other company surpass your expectations? I doubt it. And I am glad that I don't need to find out.

Jessica was also a dream come true. She assisted me with my dress and all of the other details that went on behind the scenes the day of the wedding. And she did a fantastic job helping us find our new theme. Everyone can not stop talking about how great the wedding was. It really felt like a fairy tale!! d motivated about going through the wedding process with my lovely Bride. It was truly a roller coaster ride of emotions, especially when it came to dealing with my parents and my Bride's parents. I felt excited, I felt nervous, I felt happy and I felt discouraged because of all the things that happened during our wedding planning process.
