Rebecca and David were a dream to work with. They were communicative via email and easy to talk to. They made us feel very relaxed during the posed shots (and we can be quite stiff so that's an achievement!) and took amazing dance photos and candids. I can't recommend them enough!

I literally am in awe of Rebecca and David and all of their work!! Rebecca honestly made my day so so so perfect. So happy God brought them to me for our big day. Rockhill Studio is the absolute BEST to work with! I just can't wait till the wedding to post a review. We were supposed to have our wedding this coming spring, but because of COVID-19, we had to reschedule. Rebecca helped ease our stress about the whole situation and was so professional and helpful about everything and we were able to move our date to a later time with no problem. I can't wait to work with her on the actual wedding day! Their work is gorgeous and having our day captured by our dream photographer is worth the wait!

Highly recommend Rockhill for your wedding shots! Rebecca captured our day beautifully! Your wedding day can be a bit of a blur - tying up last minute details, getting ready, greeting everyone, etc. but Rebecca’s got your back! We looked back on our photos and were reminded of precious moments we forgot about, the details we missed, the decor setup, etc. From engagement shots, to the first look, to the ceremony, our reception, and every moment in between, Rockhill was awesome to work with! Rebecca captured our personalities perfectly! She included formal photos and lots of candid shots! We love them all!!! Her work is phenomenal! Not to mention, she’s so nice to work with!!!

Rebecca is amazing! We could not have been more pleased with our engagement photos — since we didn’t have our heart set on a particular place, we asked Rebecca for suggestions. She spent a lot of time emailing back different options with explanations and example photos! Not only did the pictures turn out great but the entire experience of shooting next to a waterfall in northern Michigan was unforgettable! Based on the engagement shoot, we were ecstatic to have her photograph our wedding. We had spent a lot on our venue, a winery in northern Michigan, and she captured the beauty perfectly. From our first conversations via email and over the phone, Rebecca understood our vision for the wedding and what we wanted. I cannot say enough amazing things about Rockhill Studio! Hands down the best decision we made in regards to our wedding planning. Rebecca is super professional and truly a joy to be around. Did I mention her photography is ridiculously amazing as well? She has been so accommodating for us (traveling 4 hours away for our wedding and even offering an extra engagement shoot so that we could get some photos at my parent's cabin). She was also so helpful making us feel comfortable in front of the camera and truly made the entire experience enjoyable. We took our time looking for the perfect photographer for our wedding. With many photographers/websites/emails/calls made and looked at, we choose Rockhill Studio. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Rebecca was incredible at making us feel comfortable at our photo shoots (which we are not great at) and the pictures turned out stunning! Rockhill Studio was INCREDIBLE to work with. A husband/wife duo, their years of experience show excellence in their professionalism & work. Rebecca contacted me within one day of inquiry & we had our contact, payment, & agreement signed within two days! She gave us several days & places to work with for our engagement shoot, drove TWO hours to meet with us, and gave us extra time. Very personable, I have over 20 emails of correspondence back & forth! When our wedding day came, they kept in contact via text all morning & finalized plans a week in advance. She & her husband made us laugh, smile, and relax. We had an enjoyable photo shoot and every memory was captured. The photos were professional & returned to us within 3-4 weeks of our wedding. HUNDREDS of photos given to us to print wherever we please. Don't look any further for your wedding day, Rebecca & David will impress you with their professional shots, encouraging smiles, speedy correspondence, and commitment of time! During the first week of November 2012, we had selected Rockhill Photography [d.b.a. Rockhill Studios] to shoot our engagement photos, as well as photograph our upcoming wedding in May 2013--- or so we thought. In November 2012, the company was based in Northwest Arkansas at the time, and our wedding and engagement photos were to be taken in Tulsa, Oklahoma--- a 1.5 hour drive from Northwest Arkansas. We had set an oral agreement to do our engagement photos in late December 2012, and our wedding in May 2013 in Tulsa. We chose Rockhill because the photography quality seemed excellent, and the price we had locked in was also impressive. After agreeing to a price, we had mailed in a written contract. Almost a month had passed, and in December 2012, I had called to confirm whether Rebecca had received our signed contract in the mail, as Rebecca had not made contact with us since mailing the signed contract in early November. Much to our confusion, when we got through to Rebecca on the phone, she claimed that she had not received the contract. She then proceeded to tell us, without any prior notice, that she and her husband would be moving to Washington State, and would not be willing to do our engagement photos or our wedding, despite having already set an oral agreement with us, and us mailing in our signed contract. Surprised at this news, I offered Rebecca to pay for her airfare at my expense to fly her from Washington State to Tulsa—for both the engagement photo shoot, as well as our wedding photo shoot. Rebecca declined, and said it would not be possible to do either photo shoot. After doing research, it appears RockHill has moved from Northwest Arkansas to Washington State to Michigan, with all moves being conducted in less than 3 years. These frequent, long-distance moves would make sense if either Rebecca or her husband were in the military, or a fulltime student. To the best of my knowledge this is not the case. I am wondering the case to why this company has moved so many times in a short amount of time. You’ll notice that despite these frequent moves, the company continues to maintain their cellphone with an area code of 479--- this is indicative of Northwest Arkansas. Ultimately my wife and I found a different photographer for both our engagement photos and our wedding; he’s earned numerous awards, and we were impressed by his work. We were lucky to have found the other high-quality photographer last minute in January 2013—less than 3 months before our wedding. I would proceed with caution when dealing with or even considering photography, unless you’re comfortable with oral agreements being broken, and claims that the company never received your signed, written contract. For major photographic events, like ours--- engagement photos and wedding photos, you should be able to trust your photographer, and not hire one that misleads you, like Rockhill.
