After the first meeting with Tom and Kenny they made us feel that they were the real deal and they would help us day of hype our guests and enhance a good time. We stressed how important it was for us to have a variety of music played. He sent over sheets which we filled out about 60% of the way but had a phone conversation which he took notes and filled out the missing spaces. Come to day before rehearsal, he was an hour late, having us walk down a muddy decline in the dark. We had to use phone as flashlights so there were no accidents. After, we reviewed music with him again but this time face to face it seemed everything was set for the wedding day. In the day of our wedding he played the wrong ceremony song that the groom and bridal and groom party to walk down to. Moving onto reception he didn’t play most of the songs we specifically asked for. Then, cut the mother son song (it only lasted 30 seconds), leaving groom, MIL, and guests confused. As a day of wedding gift I gave my husband a smoke gun which he had REALLY looked forward to. We requested a specific song to be played but I noticed it was getting late and guests were leaving so I made my way over to him to request he play the song, giving us 2 more songs to get set up. Well, he played it right away instead of allowing a 2 song waiting period anyway, leaving the groom to scramble to get it ready and ultimately having to use it on a random song. He was disappointed to say the least. After the reception both he and Kenny waited around, expecting to be tipped after paying $1595 for their services and not even getting what we payed for. If I would have known any of this was going to happen I would have never even considered hiring them.
