I’m Dani, owner of Scotto Soirees and lead wedding planner, and I had the pleasure of working at Rockledge Country Club this past weekend (November 2025). The entire experience was fantastic. The venue is stunning and incredibly versatile, making it easy to bring any couple’s vision to life. Jason and his F&B team were attentive, kind, and so helpful throughout the day, and Kristi, their venue events manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with. RCC is truly a beautiful and seamless place to host a wedding, highly recommend!

I had looked all over Brevard for where to have our wedding and I am so happy and thankful we picked Rockledge Country Club. Valerie and the staff were amazing! The food was great and I would highly recommend Kat's Kakes as well. They both helped make our wedding everything we dreamed it would be on the budget we had.

We had a complete wedding reception disaster the day before our wedding. Our original venue flooded due to fire-sprinkler system pipes in the ceilings. The Rockledge Country Cl...

s. Everyone had only positive things to say about the food (including cocktail hour and dinner). I definitely enjoyed my plate and ate everything. Venue was beautiful, and they decorated and set everything up as expected. My only issue was that it wasn't as 'transformed' as we had thought. After reading other reviews and talking to other couples, we thought the room would be more 'transformed', but really, it didn't change much. It made more of a difference at night, when the uplighting changed the mood, but I wish we didn't have to wait till it got dark to experience that. First of all, Kat has been so amazing. She's quick to respond, has been supportive of all of my indecisive design changes, and receptive to our requests. Our tasting was fantastic. Of all the cake bakers we tried, hers was consistent in flavor and texture, and was very professional. She even did an on-site sketch and is going to make us a mock cake to take home before finalizing the design (no other cake bakers offer this). She has provided sketches and examples throughout this entire process. On top of all of this, she is associated with the country club, so we save of travel/transportation and cutting fees. She's also very competitively priced compared to other cake venders. As far as the final product, absolutely beautiful. My only dislike was the lace appliques that were on the top and bottom tier. From far away, they just looked like blue fondant in diamond shape. Once up close, you can see there was a lace pattern, but it really didn't come off as lace. Otherwise, the sugar flowers, shape, size and taste were exactly as expected. Other than the lace appliques, I would totally get a cake from her again in the future.

i am a very anal bride and luckly valerie at the club is as well! She did an amazing job of making sure that everything we wanted happened! She took care of us as if we were a king...
and queen! I loved the outside ceremony and the reception hall! A fabulous place to go for a outside wedding!!!! The food was amazing as well!I would suggest her to anyone!Shannon Grose

ave a photo where a golfer drove through the picture with our photographer. Other than that every thing was great. The food and the service were also awesome!
