Clean bus and showed up on time. Large enough for the whole wedding party. And the driver was very friendly.

We rented a 14 person party bus for our wedding. The bus arrived at the church on time. The driver was an older, grumpy man. We had the party bus reserved (and had already paid in full) for 3 hours. As soon as we arrived at the reception hall, the driver pulled away with everyone's belongings still in the bus (including an ipod, purses, coolers, etc.) and we still had half an hour of time we had paid for left. When my mother in law contacted the company about this, the man said he had another job booked and we had gotten mud in his bus so he had to leave early to clean it up. He had the nerve to tell her that she was going to have to pay for his gas, etc. to get us back our belongings. I will never use this company again for future events and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The price was great but the service was disappointing. It took MANY attempts to get in touch with the owner to book my shuttle and he told me he was very busy and that is why he didn't respond to me. Not good service. Then when the shuttle came, the driver had NO idea how to get from the ceremony site to the reception site which was five blocks away. He had to be given directions AND he didn't even know which venue he was going to. VERY unhappy about that.

We used Rock Star Limo for our wedding day and we were less than impressed. Our driver was 15 minutes late which almost made my entire bridal party late for their hair appointments. There was rust on the limo they used, the moon roof leaked, and when we encountered problems due to weather our driver refused to take us to a different location to take pictures. Rock Star Limo offered good pricing, but honestly you should pay more for someone else because customer service is not their priority and it shows.
