Ethan and his team went above and beyond for our wedding. We had a memorable night with amazing food that exceeded our expectations. The prime rib was cooked to perfection and the horseradish sauce was probably the best I've ever had! Everything served was delicious and had our guest raving about it weeks later overall we are very pleased with the Rockwell team and will be sending more business their way in the future.

The food was INCREDIBLE! We had so many compliments. We went with a more casual meal, BBQ, and it was delicious, hot and ready perfectly on time. Ethan gave us a free tasting, and worked with our menu for anything we wanted. The price was great, unbeatable for the quality. He also gave us appetizers included! I definitely recommend.

We had such a great experience using Rockwell Catering! Planning for food at our wedding probably gave me the biggest headache in the beginning. I had two other caterers bail on me, and was having a hard time keeping all the family members happy. So glad we decided to take a shot at Rockwell Catering. The food was delicious! Seriously delicious. People keep commenting on how our food was amazing, and they couldn't believe we fed people so well at the reception. The service was great and we especially enjoyed working with Ethan. He has a great, happy personality that made me feel so relaxed about planning the menu. He even provided a free tasting so I knew what I was getting. He worked with us on a budget, and even kept his cool when our venue manager was being rude. He was awesome. He went above and beyond and even made these cute little chalk board signs for the buffet table after I told him I was thinking about doing it. Seriously, what more could a bride ask for?

Rockwell Catering is amazing! From the first conversation I had with Ethan over the phone, I knew he was our guy! Everything he promised (amazing presentation, delicious food, professional service, reasonable price) came true. We loved his food and services so much, we've booked him again!

Rockwell Catering is absolutely amazing and we couldn't be more thrilled! After a different caterer cancelled on us last minuet, Ethan stepped in a saved our charity event! The food was incredibly delicious and the setup was beautiful! We received so many compliments on the food, especially the marinated chicken breasts (seriously wow!). We were so impressed with how professional and kind Ethan and his staff were. He communicated with us every step of the way and was great to work with. We would definitely use Rockwell Catering again!

Rockwell catering was recommended to me by a family member. The food at her wedding was delicious, so I figured it was a safe bet, and I was right! The first thing that impressed me about Ethan was his customer service. The first time we talked he spent a lot of quality time learning about what we were interested in and explaining all of our options.He was open to any suggestions or requests we had of our own and always had several different options to choose from. (We had originally planned a very specific menu ourselves, but ended up choosing dishes that he had suggested because they were so delicious at the tasting.) He also accommodated SEVERAL menu changes over the course of wedding planning, which is super helpful when planning your own event. He took the time to meet with me at the venue a few days before the wedding. This was so helpful because I had time to go over how I wanted everything before hand and had no worries at all the day of. The food was just as delicious as it was at the tasting, if not better. I received numerous compliments over the course of the wedding about how delicious the appetizers and meal were.His servers dressed and acted professionally and were so friendly and helpful. He also let us take home all of our leftovers (which was a fun bonus, as we were not expecting this), so we got to enjoy the deliciousness for several days afterwards. I am still day dreaming about the salmon crisp appetizers and the creamed corned side dish (MUST TRY THESE THEY ARE SO YUMMY!) Overall, great service and AMAZING food. I would highly recommend Rockwell Catering.

Many friends of mine had used Rockwell catering and I was always impressed with the food. When it came time to plan my big day I knew I wanted to look into having them cater my wedding. I specifically chose a venue that would allow outside catering so I could use them. The whole process was so easy and Ethan attended to our needs every step of the way. He made sure we had the reception we wanted and dreamed of. The food was delicious!! We did an Italian soda bar which our guests loved and thought was delicious. We also had Pulled pork sliders, meatballs, bruschetta, fruit, and many other options that 3 weeks later our guests are still raving about. I would recommend Rockwell catering in a heartbeat. You pay for amazing food as well as the quick, clean, and professional service. Ethan and Rockwell catering really made our wedding day wonderful. I look forward to using his services for future events.

As the bride, i wasn't spending the entire night at the food table. From what I understand someone in the family said something rude about the caterer and so he packed up and left at eight thirty. AN HOUR AND A HALF before the reception, an open house, ended. In my opinion, this was ridiculously unprofessional. After paying $3000 I was really disappointed. I asked for bacon & chedder slider (mini burgers) with ranch as a dip (my inspiration was from Chili's) what we got was dry & under cooked burgers with thousand island dressing, which I don't like, so was very disappointed with. I could go on but I just want to warn future brides: UNPROFESSIONAL, you wont get what you asked for and it is REALLY expensive.

Rockwell Catering saved my wedding! The first catering company I tried to go with backed out a week before my wedding. I was scrambling to find a caterer and I called rockwell catering a week before my wedding and they were able to save my wedding! The food was incredible, all of the guests at my wedding loved the food and have been commenting on it every since. My wedding was on September 1st. Their price was very fair and they worked with me so much.They showed up early and helped set up the food. Ethan bent over backwards to make my wedding go smoothly. He was a huge help and he saved the day!!! I would highly recommend them for any type of event. Thank you so much to Rockwell catering!!!!

Ethan was extraordinary! He was so easy to work with! When it was difficult for me and my fiance (and my parents) to come to him for the tasting, he came to us! And the food was delicious! He made sure to go through everything with us so that we didn't have any questions on what we were getting. He made good and inexpensive upgrading suggestions and made me feel that he truly cared about our happiness. He even signed our guest book thanking us for having him apart of our day!
