Whether a laidback vibe, boasting a professional feel or an amped up dance providing your guests with endless fun. Don't forget to hire him to make your event the real deal! if you didn't know, he offers a FUN extra, A KARAOKE station! For the groups that enjoy singing more than dancing, he can offer this - please see our "add-on services" under "Private Occasions" Petting zoo director: As a USDA licensed facility, Ben takes great care and pride in the animals. Wedding Coordinator: Erica will do everything in her power to make your day perfect. She will assist in setup, decorating, food service, just about anything to help it go as smooth as possible. Meeting with couples 12 weeks out to get them going in the right direction, various phone meetings, and the decor and "final thoughts" meeting to help you feel calm and comfortable on your day. She will have a ceremony plan and a thorough timeline constructed the week of for you, your wedding party, and your vendors to stay on the same page. All you'll have to do the day of is relax, and take it all in. Petting zoo director: As a USDA licensed facility, Erica takes great care and pride in the animals. She strives to make everyone's experience at Rocky Meadow, unforgettable. And no, this isn't just for the kids! If you have questions, she has has the answers from our fennec foxes, to our alpaca, to the African serval, she will make your experience great!

Lead Event Attendant
Kenzie, the Lead Event Attendant, plays a crucial role in ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves overseeing the event staff, coordinating activities, and managing logistics to create a positive experience for attendees. Kenzie is responsible for: Staff Management: Supervising and training event staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities. Guest Relations: Interacting with attendees to address their needs and concerns, ensuring a welcoming environment. Logistical Coordination: Overseeing the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place. Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during the event to protect both staff and guests. Problem Solving: Quickly addressing any issues that arise during the event to minimize disruptions. Petting Zoo Worker As a Petting Zoo Worker, Kenzie is responsible for the care and interaction with animals in a petting zoo setting. This role involves both animal husbandry and guest engagement, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors. Key responsibilities include: Animal Care: Feeding, grooming, and monitoring the animals to ensure their well-being. Guest Interaction: Educating guests about the animals, their habitats, and proper handling techniques. Safety Management: Ensuring that guests follow safety guidelines while interacting with the animals to prevent accidents. eat! They have an in house DJ, staff for set up/take down, staff for food service, and flowers and decorations for any color scheme!! The staff were amazing at providing exactly what I asked for and the communication process leading up to the wedding was very ideal. Not to mention the option to add an animal experience to the wedding! That is something my guests still talk about as it was so fun to meet new exotic animals! Rocky Meadow is very dedicated to making your day perfect while being affordable. I cannot say enough good things about them!

of her way to make sure we got them for the rose ceremony. They helped us feel at ease and made sure everything was smooth. And the animals! They were so cute! They were extremely sweet, communication was beyond perfect (coming from someone who over communicates, they never got annoyed by it), they are creative and so easy to work with. There are lots of packages to choose from, which made everything easier. They are a one stop shop (ask Erica about her “hobby lobby room”) and she wasn’t afraid to let me know if ideas clashed (and offered alternatives). I have nothing but good things to say and highly recommend them!

One of our favorite parts was choosing to have the petting zoo during cocktail hour — it was such a unique and fun touch! Our guests absolutely loved it. There were so many animals, and it made for the cutest pictures. The bridal suite is incredibly spacious. Even with seven bridesmaids, we all fit comfortably and had plenty of room to get ready without feeling crowded at all. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our special day!

ng location was scamming us. So I came to Erica and I talked to her about the entire situation and how we only had a short amount of time since my husband was in the military, and it was only going to be home for a short amount of time. So Erica being the best wedding planner with the best Wedding Venue ever, planned the entire wedding, set up the venue for us with the help of her lovely workers, had workers who are ready to work the wedding, sparklers, like I had wanted for my wedding exit, catering, everything you could think of, Erica did all of that in less than two weeks. Not to mention it was beautiful even during winter time where all the trees were dead. It was so so beautiful, so well thought, even drove me out to where I had to walk at, and let me sit in the car with the heater on, because it was so cold and I was in my wedding dress (I had wanted the Wedding outside, we could’ve done it inside too). It was just really great, especially with her making sure that everybody was on time and everything was done on time. I couldn’t think her enough, for helping me plan and set up my entire wedding, and taking away all the stress that I was having about it. She is by far the best and I definitely recommend.

t all day even checking in to make sure we had everything to get ready and offered to help if needed. The DJ was more than amazing and nailed it the whole day. Planning was a breeze and I never had to worry about anything being off or out of place because Erica was ON IT the whole time and never failed to reach out with any questions to make our day stunning! The venue is GORGEOUS and each room has absolutely everything you need to help you get ready. (Steamers, pins, etc.) The options are endless as for colors and decor. The animals are ADORABLE and definitely made our guest day!! We would recommend this venue to anyone 1000x!! It’s not even perfect for just weddings but ANY occasion! 10/10 we LOVE everything about it and Erica is the BEST!!!
