Rocky Meadow Farm completely exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding day! We got married on February 13th, 2026, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Erica and Ben have created something truly special. Erica’s straightforward approach was such a blessing during the planning process—it made decision-making so much easier and less stressful. Ben absolutely nailed it as our DJ—the music was spot on all night and kept everyone having fun! Kenzie , the lead event attendant , was incredible. She kept everything running smoothly and made sure every detail came together beautifully. The entire staff was so kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our day amazing. We chose the package that included their existing decorations, and it was a total headache saver. Everything looked stunning without the stress of sourcing decor ourselves. And the food—WOW. Uncle Paco’s beef and chicken tacos were a huge hit! The portions were generous and everything was delicious. One of the biggest highlights was the petting zoo we added—EVERYONE loved it! It made the experience so unique and fun, and all of our guests stayed engaged and enjoyed every moment. If you’re looking for a venue that delivers an unforgettable, stress-free, and joy-filled wedding day, Rocky Meadow Farm is it. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Whether a laidback vibe, boasting a professional feel or an amped up dance providing your guests with endless fun. Wedding Coordinator: Erica will do everything in her power to make your day perfect. She will assist in setup, decorating, food service, just about anything to help it go as smooth as possible. Meeting with couples 12 weeks out to get them going in the right direction, various phone meetings, and the decor and "final thoughts" meeting to help you feel calm and comfortable on your day. She will have a ceremony plan and a thorough timeline constructed the week of for you, your wedding party, and your vendors to stay on the same page. All you'll have to do the day of is relax, and take it all in. Petting zoo director: As a USDA licensed facility, Erica takes great care and pride in the animals. She strives to make everyone's experience at Rocky Meadow, unforgettable. And no, this isn't just for the kids! If you have questions, she has has the answers from our fennec foxes, to our alpaca, to the African serval, she will make your experience great!

Lead Event Attendant
Kenzie, the Lead Event Attendant, plays a crucial role in ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently. Kenzie is responsible for: Staff Management: Supervising and training event staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities. Petting Zoo Worker As a Petting Zoo Worker, Kenzie is responsible for the care and interaction with animals in a petting zoo setting. eat! They have an in house DJ, staff for set up/take down, staff for food service, and flowers and decorations for any color scheme!! The staff were amazing at providing exactly what I asked for and the communication process leading up to the wedding was very ideal. Not to mention the option to add an animal experience to the wedding! That is something my guests still talk about as it was so fun to meet new exotic animals! Rocky Meadow is very dedicated to making your day perfect while being affordable. I cannot say enough good things about them!

So I came to Erica and I talked to her about the entire situation and how we only had a short amount of time since my husband was in the military, and it was only going to be home for a short amount of time. So Erica being the best wedding planner with the best Wedding Venue ever, planned the entire wedding, set up the venue for us with the help of her lovely workers, had workers who are ready to work the wedding, sparklers, like I had wanted for my wedding exit, catering, everything you could think of, Erica did all of that in less than two weeks. Not to mention it was beautiful even during winter time where all the trees were dead. It was so so beautiful, so well thought, even drove me out to where I had to walk at, and let me sit in the car with the heater on, because it was so cold and I was in my wedding dress (I had wanted the Wedding outside, we could’ve done it inside too). It was just really great, especially with her making sure that everybody was on time and everything was done on time. I couldn’t think her enough, for helping me plan and set up my entire wedding, and taking away all the stress that I was having about it. She is by far the best and I definitely recommend.
