s our DJ, Jose was our Photographer, King was our Videographer, and Doc Rob was our Photobooth attendant! All of them were amazing and made our night perfect! The communication between all of them and us throughout our wedding planning was so easy. They kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted to include on our special day. We received calls from all of them and Jose even met us the weekend before our wedding at the venue to discuss the flow of the night and to scout some picture locations ahead of time to make the day of the wedding go as smoothly as possible.
Over the past week and a half, we have had so many of our guests reach out to tell us how amazing the night was and how awesome Rod was as the DJ! He got everyone on the dance floor and had them all moving throughout the night! Jose and King made sure to get the most fantastic pictures and videos in all locations and with all family and friends. Doc Rob was a genius at the photobooth! He had the most amazing props, and everyone was so happy using it as evident by all the photos in our guest book! The night was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! If you are planning on having an event, put Rod Bell DJ Services at the top of your list!!

Their work was professional and talented, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how fun the night was. The digital photobooth was a huge hit too-people were lined up all evening taking pictures. We loved working with them and would recommend Rod Bell DJ Services to any couple looking for a team that truly cares about making their day special.

warm and engaging personality instantly created a great rapport. That connection convinced us to hire him, and we're so glad we did.
Rod was professional, personable and detail- oriented. He worked seamlessly with the videographer provided as part of the service we selected. The videographer was also very kind, down to earth and easy to work with. Rod Bell DJ Services also supplied an incredibly fun photobooth as part of our chosen package upgrade, which our guests absolutely loved and couldn't stop using!
His music selection was outstanding, he read the crowd perfectly and kept the dance floor alive all night. The "Dancing on the Clouds" experience upgrade we selected was a magical highlight that created such a special moment for us.
Overall, we received great value and an elevated experience thanks to Rod's expertise. He handled every detail with care and made our wedding celebration smooth, fun, and stress-free.

ewtown. After our initial contact emails we were extremely impressed by their responsiveness, knowledge, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness in every response. They clearly stood out above the other vendors we contacted. On the day of the event I arrived early and was greeted with a huge smile, a handshake, and a congratulations from Rod Bell DJ Services who arrived on site early to ensure everything was set up and ready to go for our event. The audio was perfect for the ceremony and they were on site the entire time to make sure everything went flawlessly. for this company, our communications from the start solidified my choice to move forward with this company. I chose the photography, videography and drone package for our wedding day. Communication was clear and always consistent from start to finish. Emails were even sent on the weekends and beyond normal work hours, which impressed me even more. The entire team worked with all of my needs and they were dedicated to ensuring every detail was addressed. Prior to the big day the videographer/drone (King) and photographer (Rob) reached out to ensure my vision was understood. They were both attentive and excellent in capturing every precious moment of our celebration. Guests commented on how professional, organized and dedicated the team was while performing the services.
If you are looking for a one stop shop company to fulfil your wedding need, I would highly recommend Rod Bell DJ service. I posted some photos captured during our wedding. We are thrilled with the services provided and anticipate the same for anyone planning on utilizing their services in the future. Thank you from Mr. and Mrs. Shaw and our wedding party!
Perfect wedding DJ! DJ Rod took all of our requests & kept the party going all night!
We had an amazing experience with Rod Bell DJ Services for our wedding! We first met Rod at the Philadelphia Wedding Expo and immediately appreciated how flexible and accommodating...
he was. One of the biggest things we loved was being able to fully customize our package to fit exactly what we wanted for our day. We booked DJ services, photography (including our engagement shoot), a second photographer for 2 hours, videography, and they worked with us to make sure we received all of our raw photos and video footage so we could do some editing and creative projects of our own afterward.
Our wedding included a lot of meaningful cultural and family traditions, and the team handled every single moment beautifully. They captured and coordinated highlights including our Vietnamese tea ceremony, jumping the broom, the horah, lion dancers accompanied by live instruments that transitioned perfectly into DJ music, and even our reverse anniversary dance. We created detailed playlists and shot lists, and I also shared inspiration photos along with inspo wedding videos to help communicate the style and vision we were going for. DJ Rod and the team truly understood it all and matched the vibe perfectly.
A huge shoutout to the incredible team: DJ Rod, Ron (our main photographer), Sharon (our second photographer. She even thoughtfully brought a beautiful hanger for my dress!), and King, our videographer. Everyone worked so hard throughout the entire day and made us feel supported and cared for. Our guests had an amazing time, and we’ve received so many compliments on the music, photos, and videos. We especially love how the photos and videos captured both the energy and emotional moments of the day.
We would absolutely recommend Rod Bell DJ Services and the entire team to any couple looking for talented professionals who truly listen, care about your vision, and work hard to make your wedding unforgettable!

r. Sharon was AMAZING! So I'd give her five stars. From our first phone call I was confident that she would photograph my wedding well. Can't wait to see the images. She ended up being a little late (which ended up being fine because we told people it started at 4 when it started at 430) She did stay a little longer to make up for that, which we appreciated. I'm only giving a 4 star here, because I had some issues with Dennis. I did not feel like he was prepared after our first call and he kept insisting that our wedding was too short and tried to convince us to cut down on our introductions. (I had 4 people in our bridal party so it wasn't that big) This gave me added stress I did not need. I ended up having to resend him a lot of info I had filled out on the DJ checklist because he was having issues with things being cut off. I hate doing double work so this was an annoyance. And I think this is why my closing song was not played because it was on the checklist but not on the playlist I provided to him. I did give the company feedback to take a look at their PDF because maybe they can fix that for future clients. During the reception I thought he did okay, but I did get complaints from guests that if they requested songs not on my playlist he refused to play them.
DJ Rod was amazing! He kept our guests on their feet throughout the night and was very engaging! We are so happy we chose you Rod! Our day was a success!
Before our wedding, we were excited to work with Rod because of how helpful he was over the phone. Of course, never being in this situation before, we were nervous to see how our D...
J would capture the vibe throughout the wedding (at the ceremony, at cocktail hour, and at reception). Thankfully, not only did Rod do exactly what we discussed on his DJ checklist, but he threw in more songs that really made the night special. We thought we had a very good playlist for all the dancing we wanted to do, but Rod enhanced it. He played the best of the best songs, and when family members wanted to play something obscure off of Youtube, he was very open to taking requests. With Rod as our DJ, we had so much fun that we (the bride and groom) BOTH forgot to have any dessert at all. We were both having too much fun on the dance floor to even notice the line starting to form. Thank you, Rod, for being the best DJ we could have ever asked for. Please book DJ Rod Bell if you need a DJ!!

Our wedding video was awesome and we also got the photobooth. Splurge and get the printouts with the attendant and the book. It was worth every penny. The guests loved it and we have a book with their pictures and signatures to look back on.
Overall everything was a great experience and Rod Bell is also reasonably priced. I am so glad we choose his services.

We’ll definitely be working with DJ Rod Bell again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional DJ who knows how to create unforgettable moments!

ented DJ! My family is from France and West Africa and my husband’s family is from Maryland and Rod perfectly and seamlessly emceed in English AND French throughout the wedding. My family started dancing when salads were still being served because they couldn’t resist getting on the dance floor. The mix of french, african, american music (+ taking requests from guests) was so impressive! Rod was even dancing with our guests and with my 80 year old grandma (pictured here!) who raved about him all night. His wife and him were lovely during every meeting we had and extremely responsive and kind. We cannot recommend him enough to all our friends and family! Merci Rod!

perience on our wedding. We had a live musician for our prelude, ceremony and cocktail hour. Not only did he work flawlessly with her, ensuring everything would flow perfectly outside for her and those times, he had music going inside our venue so that guests could enjoy music inside and outside. He set the vibe for the day. My only ask of him was to make sure the dance floor was packed. He delivered beyond my wildest dreams. Young and older guests were having the time of their lives from start to finish. I asked him to select the songs to start and end our reception and he killed it! We had our first dance and he immediately made our first request come to life. We wanted everyone up and dancing before dinner so we asked for a 10 minute set to get the vibe going. Rod played a “through the years” set that had people excited to hear which song would be playing next. It was an absolute party from start to finish and given the chance, we would hire Rod again and again for any party we ever host!

Rod Bell brought an incredible energy to the event, seamlessly reading the room and keeping the dance floor packed the entire night. His transitions between songs were flawless, and his ability to mix genres meant that everyone, young and old, had something to groove to.
What really stood out to me was his attention to detail—he didn’t just play music, he created an experience. He worked closely with the couple to curate a playlist that was personal and meaningful, and he had a knack for weaving in those special moments that added depth to the celebration. Every announcement he made was on point, adding just the right touch of professionalism without being over the top.
DJ Rod Bell wasn’t just a DJ; he was an entertainer, a master of ceremonies, and a key part of what made the night so memorable. If you’re looking for someone who can elevate your event and make sure every guest leaves with great memories, look no further than DJ Rod Bell. He’s top-tier talent!

tor and bringing all of his own equipment. All of our songs were included in his playlist as well as several other songs That matched the ones we have chosen. Many people came up to me during the reception and said he was the best DJ they had ever heard. The set up was fantastic. He brought all his own equipment, including a great sound system computerized so we could make changes on the fly or play requested songs. He also brought a photo booth system, which was a big hit with everybody . It allowed people to go into the area and have their photos taken and printed immediately afterward so everybody could take pictures with them. He started on time. He coordinated the events of the reception, including announcing the bridal party, the bride and groom, the best man speech, and The prayer before lunch. He was very engaging with the crowd and got everybody involved. I think the services were very excellent and I highly recommend him. Rod has a great personality and works well with the crowd. He even helped out when the bride threw the bridal bouquet. I would hire him again. I recommend him to all my friends.
