are very responsive and prompt to emails and let me check out the venue a few times to measure various details in the space. While this isn't the owners' fault, the parking is terrible and very difficult to find as there is no signage coming off the main road. If you are having any more than 30 people, I would not recommend this space. They claim is fits 48 but not comfortably and actually not at all if you want your guests to be able to get up and walk around to mingle or eat comfortably and not on top of one another. This is also applicable to the parking situation as we had to have guests park down the alley behind other businesses because there weren't enough spaces. The door facing the parking lot has the smallest, hidden indication that it's the door to the space and the front of the building is also pretty hidden and poorly marked. It should not be the responsibility of the renter to mark the way back to the parking lot/entrance. If you're hosting in the summer, bring fans and many of them. The AC couldn't keep up with the 40+ guests we hosted, and the room became excruciatingly hot, very quickly. (our homemade cupcakes melted by the time we got to dessert...) If you are choosing the "all day" package, be aware you are only allowed in the venue starting at 10am to begin your setup. While I would never consider "10am" to be the start of an all-day rental, this also made it quite difficult to get a whole party set up by our 1pm start time and we were still setting up when guests arrived. Having the venue as a blank slate has its perks as you can decorate as you please, however, for me, I felt like this was a terrible drawback. I had to spend much more time, money and effort to make this into a beautiful shower for our bride. The Knot lists this venue as "inexpensive" and maybe compared to other similar venues it is, but I do not feel the cost was comparable to what you get - or don't get: lack of time to decorate for an early party, a few folding tables and chairs, no space to move once the room was set, poor signage for parking and entry. While I was able to turn this space into a beautiful shower for our bride and her guests, this venue has a lot of work to do in my opinion before I would ever rent again or recommend it to anyone.

f town guests. I found Roen and decided that would be perfect! We were able to book the space for a full 12 hours making clean up and set up easy and it was so fun being able to fully customize my event. Set up was also very easy as they will arrange the tables however you need and it’s a nice space so I didn’t feel like I needed to do a whole lot. Everyone had a blast and it was nice to be able to bring in our own food and drinks as wedding related expenses can be so much and this way we could also customize our budget of what we spent. Would highly consider renting though them again for future event needs as they were so quick to get back to me with questions and everything was simple and smooth. Thank you!
