Except for Desiree at the Elk Grove location all of the staff seem to be pretty clueless. Especially when it comes to putting my fears at rest. They told me when I ordered the ri...
ng that my diamond from my engagement ring would fit with "no problem at all". Yet when I took my engagement ring in for them to set the diamond in the wedding ring everything went to sh*t. They kept telling me if all else fails and your ring isn't ready for the wedding. We will make sure we give you back the engagement ring with a CZ in it that you can use for your ceremony. Are you serious?? Do you really think that is a valid option?? All in all it ended up turning out ok but the stress they added to the last few weeks before the ceremony was a huge dissapointment. On a bright note, my ring is fabulous and amazing!!
