From the owner~ My name is Jamie, and I am the owner, pastry chef, and cake artist behind all the magic! I have an associate's degree in baking and pastry from the Le Cordon Bleu and have been in the industry for 16 years. expectations! We didn’t sacrifice flavor for design or look, which is a huge plus. We don’t live in Pensacola anymore or she would be our go to for all of our events, no doubt. Worth every penny, although I think she is reasonably priced as well!
