Rolling Meadow Farm is a wedding venue located in Browns Summit, NC. In operation since 2020, this picturesque family-owned and operated farm offers a stunning backdrop to your special event.
Rolling Meadow Farm is a fifty-acre property that was once part of an old tobacco farm and still has several of the original old buildings, adding to its historic charm. There are two large ponds on the property as well as plenty of wooded areas. The brand new (2025) event barn is 5,400 square feet and can accommodate weddings with up to 250 guests for a magnificent rustic celebration. The main level is a large open event space and features vaulted ceilings and black chandeliers, giving it an air of romance. Your caterer can craft a delicious wedding feast in the on-site catering kitchen, and there is also an ice machine. Guests can toast to your new chapter at the built-in bar. There is also an office space and an additional get-ready space. On the upper level, there is also a get-ready suite with an ensuite bathroom where you can relax and prepare. This upper level also has a mezzanine that overlooks the main floor and offers your guests access to a raised deck where they can watch the sunset.

e was absolutely stunning and so was the reception inside. Robin and her husband were so helpful and quick to answer any questions. I can’t imagine getting married at any other place. Their hospitality made the worlds difference leading up to the big day but ESPECIALLY on the big day. I will forever recommend this place and hope that I can attend another wedding here just to visit this beautiful venue!

We LOVED getting married at The Barn at Rolling Meadow Farm. We chose this venue because of the attention to detail in the design of the barn. (Plus, who can turn down the aroma of...
fresh wood?) It was great that our guests could access the bathrooms during the ceremony without entering the reception space. We used the balcony as a VIP area with a lounge space, 360 Photo Booth, and the DJ. The outside access to the balcony also allowed it to serve as a hide out for my bridal party while the guests entered the reception space below. This minimized distractions so that we could run right back outside for photos!
The bridal suite was perfect for my crew of 7 (including the hairstylist). The groom’s suite was a little too small to meet our needs. So, my husband and the groomsmen got ready offsite. But, it was nice that the groom’s suite was separated by floor from the bridal suite. The space was offered to our photographer and videographer as a place to lounge, review photos, charge batteries, take a break, etc.
It was amazing to have the furniture included in the price of the venue. When we came in for rehearsal, Robin already had our tables and chairs out in the reception space according to our agreed layout so that we didn’t have to have a decor crew (ie, our bridal party) assist with this task.
The golf cart ride to the ceremony area by the pond for guests with mobility challenges was a plus. (Also perfect so that the bride doesn’t have to climb the hill in her heels.)
Parking was executed in an organized manner, enhancing guest convenience.
We appreciated Robin’s attention to detail throughout our wedding planning process and on our big day. This venue is beautiful and managed by sweet people. Highly recommend.

n called the cows over for us to get some great shots with them! Our Halloween wedding was a blast. The guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful the place was, inside and outside . Everything was a positively memorable experience, and I highly recommend booking your wedding here!

The bride dressing room is spacious and has a separate entrance and bathroom. The groom's dressing room is a little small and doesn't have a mirror or hanging rack so if those are important to you bring your own.
Overall, we loved our experience at Rolling Meadow Farm and would recommend it to future clients. We were so honored to be one of the first weddings here. Thank you so much Robin and Carroll
