R returned my proposal video when they already took the payment in full. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANY EVENT. The videographer, Manuel Cuyun/Manny, at first promised he would deliver my videos in 2 weeks but did not. He kept pushing the delivery date out and when I called him and texted him to ask him for any updates, he kept lying about the delivery date and eventually just disappeared and stopped responding to me entirely. So he took my money and did not deliver my proposal video. They do not care about their clients and their emotions and how important something like an engagement can be to a person and hence in my case too, they never thought that and now there is no footage of my proposal video. Imagine hiring them for something as important as your wedding or baby shower and you never receive your photos and videos back. They are frauds. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
