She helped us narrow down resorts and set up site visits. After we chose a resort she did a fantastic job getting great room rates and she has connections everywhere. I truly believe our wedding would not have been as beautiful and seamless as it was without Debra. If i was having difficulty with the wedding planning with the resort she went above and beyond to get it resolved.
I could write a novel about how fantastic Debra is! She cares about the travel and also the success of the wedding. Highly recommend!

hing with the hotel coordinating team in Miami was good. I was worried because I knew there were so many details that needed to be done for a destination wedding but with Debi I didn’t have to worry about anything. She made sure all guests paid on time, they all had their travel itinerary and travel to and from the hotel to the airport. She even did a triple check to make sure the hotel had everyone’s food allergies. She truly went above and beyond and not only exceeded our expectations but all of our guests as well.

She not only booked their trips but also helped them book transfers, answered any questions, and even provided a helpful fact sheet for the resort we stayed at (Dreams Onyx) and a travel guide walking them through the trip and even providing valuable tips on things like tipping and packing. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent for their group travel! Thank you Debi!

n weddings facebook group so I called her to see how I liked talking to her. I was convinced pretty quickly that she would have MY best interests at heart and I was so right! She not only helped me with getting as many room block quotes as I wanted but also gave me insight to each resort. She even helped me figure out which package would keep me in budget as much as possible, and where I could save money. Not only was she amazing to me, her direct client, but my guests loved working with her! She made it so easy and stress free on her end! Anytime I had an issue come up, she was there to help navigate it. We were having challenges in getting a site visit done in Mexico but she worked on it for weeks until it was resolved. In the end, everything she had to say about choosing Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa was true, and we had the wedding of our dreams! I don't think I would've made it through the planning process without her. She truly is amazing at navigating you through a destination wedding!

ooking on the custom website she made us, to the airport transfers, the stay itself and getting the cash back. She even went out of her way to coordinate roommates for a few solo travelers we had since we were booking at an all inclusive. During the trip one of our family members realized they had given incorrect information to Debi about the day they were leaving back home and she was able to secure them a room for another night for a fraction of the cost it would have been directly through the resort. We even needed to change our dates and she graciously redid our whole booking which I'm sure was a pain in the butt. And when I was overly anxious she handled it with grace as well. Everything was perfect I could not have asked for a better experience. It felt good to know I could trust her. She even reached out to guests for travel info/documents so that we didn’t need to worry about it and could focus on the big day. She really knows her stuff inside and out and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It makes me already want to do a vowel renewal just to have such a great experience again. I cannot say enough about her and would recommend her 1000%!

Debi set us up with the perfect resort in Fiji on its own private island surrounded by coral reef. It was AMAZING! Every time we had question she would get back to us in a very timely matter. She made it very easy to make changes and or to add rides from the airport to the resorts. Highly Recommend!!!

mately ghosted me. From our first conversation, I knew Debi was the right person to handle accommodations and travel arrangements for my wedding. She helped me negotiate great rates with the hotel and even re-negotiated with the hotel when the rates dropped. Debi arranged for private transfer for me and my family so I could comfortable travel with all of my wedding gear when we arrived to our destination. Not only that, she was patient with my family and friends and reassured me along the way during my guests booking their stays. She even helped us get a transfer to the airport in a bind. It was a wonderful experience working with her. And she had many surprises and upgrades for us that we didn't expect but greatly appreciated! It's nice to know that there are people that really care about making a major milestone in your life run as smooth as possible. If you're planning a destination wedding and need a travel fairy, Debi is your girl!
Debra was recommended to us by a friend that utilized her services for their destination wedding several years ago. We heard raving reviews, so figured why not reach out to her as ...
well!
Debra made sure that everyone involved in our destination wedding was ahead of the game on booking travel, securing rooms, and being aware of local customs. She made sure everyone made it safely to and from the airport by organizing the shuttle service through the resort. She provided a list of items to pack for those who have never been to a destination wedding, putting everyone's mind at ease. She also informed family and friends of local attractions if we wanted to leave the resort.
I dealt with some delays in responses with my onsite planner in Mexico, but Debi was quick to reach out to members of the resort when I had any concerns and was able to resolve any issues I was having. She has many connections! She is also a great resource if you are a novice bride and are unsure of the typical costs of wedding expenses. She was honest and let me know if she thought I was paying too much for certain features, which I greatly appreciated as I had no clue what average rates were for anything...flowers, lighting, DJ! She certainly works hard for her couples and I truly don't think I could have planned a destination wedding without her guidance.

She genuinely cares and was just super responsive, days/nights/weekends didn't matter! She was always available to our group! Our wedding was absolutely a fairytale and we have her to thank!!! Any time there was an issue, she jumped right on the phone resolving it, everything ran so smoothly cause she made sure of it! We cannot wait to plan and book our next vacation with her and Romance Globe Travel!

I tell my friends and family to use a travel agent for all vacations but not just any travel agent! Book with Debi, you will not regret it.

She treated us like family through the entire process and we are forever grateful for her. I recommend her 1000000%. We will always use her for our travel needs!

All of our guests were well informed and well prepared for their travels. With up to date notifications, welcome texts, and many other pings from Debi, she put a much needed ease to the stresses of international travel. The gratitude our guests had for using Debi to book their travel remains a discussion point and I expect many of them to use her again for future travel plans.
Deciding to go with Debi for our special plans was the perfect decision and I will be happy to refer her to anyone looking. She is an absolutely wonderful person to work with!
Thanks Again Debi, our Wedding day could not have been any more perfect and you were such a big part of making that happen!

ion would make my wedding dreams come true. What attracted me to trust her was her quick response and honest feedback. Debra helped us choose the perfect location (Jamaica). During the whole planning process we were in constant contact and even met in person when she made a trip to Boston. We became fast friends and I felt like she was my mother planning our wedding. She always had VERY honest opinions and made me at ease each step of the way. Debi fought for me during different negotiation process with the hotel and vendors. She made sure I was never sad/upset or disappointed. Oh and the perks we got from her as well....talk about getting your money's worth. My guests also spoke very highly of Debi. They would call or email her with questions and she always made sure to get back to them promptly. I have recommended Debi to many virtual friends on wedding sites and even my best friend who is having a destination wedding has snatched her as travel agent.
I would recommend Debi to anyone who is looking to have an amazingly perfect wedding. She is truly a fairy travel agent who will make all your dreams come true. Debi, you will always have a special place in my heart.

Debi is amazing! From our first dialogue I had a good feeling about her being our travel agent.
Debi took all of our needs and expectations into consideration while sending me ve...
nue locations and I must say I was very selective, I had an issue with almost every location but Debi being extremely patient just continued sending me options all the while telling me it was ok to be selective. Once my now husband and I agreed upon a location she presented me with a few travel companies that would put our group package together. I was in awe by how much she advocated and negotiated on our behalf to come up with the best pricing possible.
For almost a year Debi went from being our travel agent to my go to person whenever I needed advice or was just stressing out. She gave me constant encouragement, realistic budgets, helped me find vendors and handled a lot the back and forth with the resort and most importantly she stayed on top of our guest ensuring their information was submitted in a timely and organized manner. I would constantly think to myself; how would I have gotten through this process without her especially with a full time job. Debi took away my stresses and made the process of a destination wedding easier.
My husband and I are forever grateful for the time, energy and effort Debi put into our wedding being amazing!!! She truly is the best and definitely who you want in your corner!
Debi is hands down the most amazing travel agent and person I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with. I experienced her unique talents as both a guest at my friends destination...
wedding in 2016 and as a bride this past April in Punta Cana. Debi is detail oriented, cares about each guests, sends out reminders, gives her honest opinion and truly cares about both the guests and the bride/groom’s experience. One good example comes to mind when she tracked all the max 8 planes that were grounded prior to our wedding to ensure that no guests were affected/ help guests with flights who were affected. She gave honest advice about what wedding decor was necessary (and what wasn’t) and truly wanted to save me and my hubby money! She sent update emails to guests about passports, important travel info and was available for questions. She made my dream wedding effortless. Love Debi and highly recommend her!
