The group gets paid through the resorts, so there was literally zero cost to me and my husband for her services. The booking process was so smooth, and the transportation to and from the airport was professional, clean, and easy to find. She answered questions about our wedding that not only pertained to travel, but articulated herself as a travel expert and was extremely helpful. Tiffani coordinated our wedding party’s travel, which was 60 people’s travel. This was a seamless process, and an absolute pleasure to work with her. Leveraging Tiffani with Romance Travel was advantageous to our wedding and our wedding party, and we will recommend her to any of our friends and family seeking a destination style wedding.

Before Shelli, the thought of planning a wedding away from home seemed too daunting, which is why we just couldn't commit to it. After a few calls with her, we were put at ease and jumped into planning. Fast forward 17 months and now here we are, married and so happy with our choices. We had the best time in Mexico with our guests! Everything you hear about having a destination wedding is true if you have the right people helping you. I would 100% recommend Shelli and Romance Travel if you're thinking about a destination wedding.

r a couple options I was interested in and she provided details for those options. After finding out something all inclusive was not possible in the areas we chose, I asked for suggestions. She did suggest the El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya, which is gorgeous but I had asked her for something other than Mexico & the DR. She basically told me that I would not find all inclusive outside the area and she really thought the El Dorado would be unable to compare to any other place she found-she listed 3 more options. Even asking for other options again, she continued to push the El Dorado. Multiple times I had asked her when the best time (financially) of year to go would be since we are on a budget but yet open for availability, she never answered my question. I finally caved and asked for more information on the El Dorado and inquired on the difference between 2 of the suite options since I was unable to find a difference on their website. She had let me know she would look into it and never got back to me (this last email came on July 19). I never followed up with her since I had a bad taste in my mouth from our conversations and she never emailed me back. Even though the option she was pushing for looked beautiful, it just wasn’t what I was looking for and the semi-refusal to look into anything else for me was just a disappointment when I had so looked forward to working with Romance because of my co-worker’s referral.

us 3 different country locations with a list of resort options for each country. We narrowed it down to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and Lisa sent us additional resort options for this location. She was very prompt, patient, and professional in all her responses with our many emails. She made sure every detail was connected between us and the resort we chose - Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana. Everything ran so smoothly and her help was greatly appreciated! She also arranged our transportation to/from the airport. Lisa also put together our wedding website and took care of all the questions and concerns that our ~60 guests had. She proactively checked in with us multiple times before leaving for Punta Cana to make sure every detail was in place and there was nothing further we needed. Looking back, we couldn't have been happier with the resort that Lisa helped us pick...our beach wedding was perfect and everyone loved the pools, beach, food, amenities, etc. Overall, Lisa was awesome to work with and we will absolutely be contacting her again for future help with travel plans!!

e did not have water...couldn't brush out teeth, flush the toilet, and shower. We also lost power 2 nights...it went out at 11:30pm and did not come back on until 4:30 am...meaning we slept in a 70 degree room that was humid. I WOULD NOT recommend this travel agent to any bride! Very sad this happen, the bride and groom are extremely disappointed.

Group was seamless from the time we landed in Jamaica and clear custom to when their bus took us to our resort. As excepted, the check in process took minutes as all our information were prepopulated in the resort’s system. After the wonderful wedding, our departure was just as stress free as our arrival thanks to coordination from Romance Travel Group. n something in another country really made us worry. We just wanted to make sure things would go well for them. We helped them interview a few travel companies who claimed they could plan a destination wedding. We just were not sure. Then we called and spoke with Shelli at Romance Travel Group. What a difference she made! You just know when you’ve found the right person. Shelli was leaps and bounds better than everyone else we spoke with. We started planning the very next day and never looked back. Our son’s wedding was one of the best days of our lives. We entertained 98 guests for 4 days in Mexico and it was planned flawlessly. We can’t say enough good things about our experience.

We got to spend 4-5 days with our guests. We ended up taking everyone on a catamaran cruise to celebrate and had a ton of fun. Many of our guests are already talking about going back. Romance Travel Group made it happen and we will be forever grateful for their guidance and advice. Don’t get dragged down by the pressure to do a traditional wedding! If we did it, so can you.
