What really stood out was how they handled our guest list. They personally spoke with and walked all 160 of our guests through the booking process, including several who needed to book outside our group block for personal reasons. No question was too small, and they patiently helped with every logistical detail that came up along the way.
Beyond their responsiveness, they were consistently kind, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. They also surprised us with several lovely little gifts along the way, which was such a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. We had already chosen our resort before working with them, but I later learned they can help with that decision too — honestly, I wish we'd reached out to them even sooner.

After sending out invitations, RTG took care of all of our guests accommodations. What stood out most was how much support they provided when it came to choosing resorts, understanding packages, and coordinating details for guests.
The one area that could really use improvement is the technology side. Their booking system, website tools, and overall software felt pretty outdated and difficult to work with. We actually ended up making our own wedding website because there were very limited customization options available through their system. It definitely seems like they could benefit from newer technology to make the process smoother.

After Hurricane Melissa devastated our original choice in Jamaica, we spent hours researching new resorts without much luck. Once I reached out, Abby was a lifesaver. That way, I could focus on the wedding, and less on all the questions and concerns of our guests. They advocated on our behalf when we felt like the wedding planners at our resort were not being responsive. The only caveat I have is that weddings at all inclusive resorts are advertised as being “affordable” but I will say that there are a lot of hidden fees and up-sells when it comes down to all the final details, of which I think other couples should be aware.

I cannot recommend Abby, Heather, and the whole team highly enough. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish, and there's no way we could have pulled off our destination wedding without them.
The first phase was picking the resort and locking in our room contract with Abby. We had some back and forth trying to nail down the right date for us, and we also needed a larger room block than originally planned. Abby made both happen. You could tell how hard she worked behind the scenes to get us exactly what we needed, and she never made any of it feel like a hassle.
Once we moved into the booking phase, we worked with Heather, and honestly, all of my family & friends love her! She was incredibly responsive, sent regular updates throughout the process, and as we got closer to the wedding she proactively sent out important information for our guests that I never would have thought to include myself. They set up a room block and a booking website for our guests (which was super user-friendly!). Our two primary contacts at RTG were Abby and Heather and they are both exceptional! Abby was our initial point of contact and she guided us through selecting the perfect resort for our wedding. Dreams Riviera Cancun in Puerto Morelos turned out to be the ideal location for our wedding—absolutely beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. It was the perfect size for our wedding group of just over 70 people.
Once the resort was booked, Heather stepped in and took amazing care of our guests. She handled room reservations, communicated important details, and arranged transportation to and from the airport. Her communication throughout the entire process incredibly smooth for everyone attending.
