I have had a wonderful experience working with Heather and Abby! They’ve been incredibly patient with all of my questions and have been so pleasant and helpful throughout the entir...
e process. From helping us choose the perfect destination and resort to guiding us through the details of planning our wedding experience, they have made everything feel much easier and less overwhelming. Their communication, guidance, and support have been greatly appreciated. I’ll be getting married soon and can’t wait to see everything come together! We also truly appreciated the sweet gifts they sent throughout the process. Each one was such a thoughtful and unexpected surprise!
I cannot recommend Lauren Nolan with Romance Travel Group enough! Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but Lauren made the entire process so seamless from the very...
beginning. She helped us compare different resorts and wedding venues, answered all of our questions, and guided us through the options until we ultimately chose Secrets Playa Mujeres, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision!
Lauren was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, especially when it came to coordinating communication with the resort’s wedding team and making sure we knew what to expect along the way. She also handled the travel arrangements for all of our guests, which took so much off our plate and made the experience easy for everyone attending.
Having Lauren’s knowledge, organization, and support throughout the process gave us so much peace of mind. Everything came together beautifully, and we are so grateful for everything she did to help make our destination wedding such an amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend Lauren to anyone planning a destination wedding.
We can't recommend Romance Travel Group highly enough for anyone planning a destination wedding. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, even with their own busy tra...
vel schedule; we never waited more than 24 hours for a reply, and usually much less.
What really stood out was how they handled our guest list. They personally spoke with and walked all 160 of our guests through the booking process, including several who needed to book outside our group block for personal reasons. No question was too small, and they patiently helped with every logistical detail that came up along the way.
Beyond their responsiveness, they were consistently kind, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. They also surprised us with several lovely little gifts along the way, which was such a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. We had already chosen our resort before working with them, but I later learned they can help with that decision too — honestly, I wish we'd reached out to them even sooner.
If you're considering a destination wedding, do yourself a favor and work with Romance Travel Group. They made a complex process feel manageable and stress-free.

lmed with the research and planning I’d have to do on my own, and then we found Romance Travel Group! After our first chat with Lauren, we were relieved that she would help us not only pick a country and a resort, but also contact them and help us book the whole thing. She helped us find our dream resort- Live Aqua Punta Cana, which was even still so beautiful for our back up plan ceremony inside due to rain. 🥲 Heather also made everything so simple and easy for our friends and family to navigate their bookings and was always there to answer all their questions. We couldn’t recommend RTG enough if you are looking to plan a destination wedding - we couldn’t have done it without them!

ation, Lauren recommended a few resorts, helped us decide which fit our needs best, and liaised between the resort & us in the early stages. The RTG team made everything easy for us! We ended up at Live Aqua Punta Cana and couldn’t recommend it enough! Heather was a blessing to us and our guests for handling all of the administrative work of logistics. All in all, we loved our experience working with Romance Travel Group and would recommend others trust them to help find their destination wedding venues!

when researching travel agents. We had so many questions and didn’t know what to expect when it came to a destination wedding as we are both new to this experience, but Abby and Heather were there to make everything so easy. When choosing a resort, they made the decision so simple by giving us options that fit exactly what we wanted and something that was affordable for our guests. There was also an included website and transportation service included that made all the worries we and our guests had easy to manage. After sending out invitations, RTG took care of all of our guests accommodations. They have been their main point of contact and that gave us more time to ourselves to worry about what we had on our plate. This process has felt easy and we are so grateful to have found RTG. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! You will regret not having RTG by your side!

on wedding in Mexico. I had so many questions as someone knew to this experience, but Abby and Heather were there to walk me through every step of the way. When choosing a resort, I was given multiple options based on my wants and needs for myself, my partner, and my guests. This included budget, location, activities, transportation to and from the resort, etc. After sending out invitations, Heather became superwoman. She has been the guests main point of contact and I don’t have to worry about a thing! This process has felt easy and we are so grateful to have found RTC. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! Use RTC, you won’t regret it!

ies and I’m so happy we chose The Romance Travel Group! Compared to the other 2, they were prompt with their replies, patient, understanding, and informative with all of our questions, and made our entire planning experience stress free! They made our experience personable and made sure we didn’t feel like just another customer. From getting to know us personally to sending us personalized gifts throughout the process, I can’t say enough how seamless they made our experience feel. Even our guests were extremely impressed with how attentive and prompt they handled requests/questions. Abigail, I can’t think of anything that could’ve “been better” because everything exceeded expectations. We want to thank you and RTG for not only helping us make our destination wedding memorable, but just guiding us every step of the way and making this whole experience OURS! We absolutely would recommend RTG for anyone looking to plan their destination wedding. I honestly don’t believe any other agency could’ve made it as personalized as they did. Thank you all so much!
Where to start? I was recommended to use RTG by a friend who had an excellent experience. You don't know what you don't know: I could not have had such a successful experience plan...
ning a wedding in a country I had never been to without the help of many fabulous ladies who work at RTG. From initial consult, to website building, to frequent check-ins, they held my hand every step of the way. This was my first time planning a wedding, but it was certainly not theirs. Let the experts give you a hand, access to exclusive insight/info/rates, and individually tailored experiences. I feel immensely grateful and relieved that this team exists to help the naive bride such as myself navigate the intricacies of a destination wedding!

Their attention to detail and dedication ensured everything went smoothly, allowing me to focus on enjoying this special time. I highly recommend Abigail, Shannon, and Romance Travel Group for any destination wedding or travel planning needs!

ve gotten through it all without Abigail and Heather by our side.
They took on the biggest and most complex piece of the puzzle, booking the hotel and arranging airport transfers for all of our guests, and made it feel completely effortless. Our guests were so well taken care of and that meant the world to us.
What truly set them apart was their communication. Every email was helpful and thorough, and they always responded quickly, no matter what question or concern came up. Abigail and Heather are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and a genuine joy to work with.
If you're planning a destination wedding or any kind of group travel, look no further. We are so grateful for everything Romance Travel Group did to make our special day run smoothly!

process. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or help us work through decisions. They made the planning experience feel much less stressful and much more manageable.
What stood out most was how much support they provided when it came to choosing resorts, understanding packages, and coordinating details for guests.
The one area that could really use improvement is the technology side. Their booking system, website tools, and overall software felt pretty outdated and difficult to work with. We actually ended up making our own wedding website because there were very limited customization options available through their system. It definitely seems like they could benefit from newer technology to make the process smoother.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Romance Travel Group for destination weddings!

ul they have been with booking / travel tips / etc. I have recommended RTG to a few different brides too and they have all thanked me for the recommendation because they are also having the BEST time planning. They helped me choose a resort to get married at and they helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport once we get to our destination. Planning a wedding is hectic but having a team of professionals to help makes everything so much smoother. 10/10 recommend.

helpful with travel tips for our destination wedding to Mexico.
The support we received was above and beyond, especially when our plans were turned upside down. After Hurricane Melissa devastated our original choice in Jamaica, we spent hours researching new resorts without much luck. Once I reached out, Abby was a lifesaver. Because she had personally visited all the resorts we were considering, her detailed insights were invaluable. She helped us narrow everything down to our perfect location in Mexico, all while keeping a calm demeanor that really helped settle my own nerves.
I also can’t thank Shannon enough for her constant communication. Her updates were so thorough that they completely relieved the stress of having to manage our guests' many questions. Whenever the guest list drama started to feel overwhelming, Shannon and Abby jumped right in to take over and handle it.
We never felt forgotten, always felt like a priority, and we felt supported every step of the way. We also received little gifts along the way! I recommend Romance Travel Group to everyone I know and will certainly continue to do so!

Heather was equally outstanding, handling all the room coordination and travel logistics with impressive organization and attention to detail. She was always responsive, patient, and proactive in making sure everything aligned perfectly for our group.
Throughout the entire process, both Abby and Heather created a sense of ease and trust, which made a huge difference during such an important time. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care truly set them apart. I would highly recommend Romance Travel Group to anyone planning a destination wedding—they go above and beyond to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Heather and Abigail, who were both incredibly kind, responsive, and always there to answer our questions. They helped us find the perfect location for our wedding and even created a website for our guests, which made everything so seamless.
Even after we were introduced to the team at the venue, they continued to check in with us every couple of weeks and offer their support. They were also available to our guests, answering questions right up until the wedding, which took so much pressure off of us.
Overall, it’s been such an amazing experience. I would highly recommend any bride consider working with this group if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free wedding planning experience! :)
Romance Travel Group was incredibly helpful when selecting and organizing our destination wedding. They were very knowledgeable about the different all-inclusive resort options and...
helped us pick a resort that best fit our needs. They helped us secure a room block and took care of all our guest bookings. That way, I could focus on the wedding, and less on all the questions and concerns of our guests. They advocated on our behalf when we felt like the wedding planners at our resort were not being responsive. The only caveat I have is that weddings at all inclusive resorts are advertised as being “affordable” but I will say that there are a lot of hidden fees and up-sells when it comes down to all the final details, of which I think other couples should be aware.

I cannot recommend Abby, Heather, and the whole team highly enough. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish, and there's no way we could have pulled off our destination wedding without them.
The first phase was picking the resort and locking in our room contract with Abby. We had some back and forth trying to nail down the right date for us, and we also needed a larger room block than originally planned. Abby made both happen. You could tell how hard she worked behind the scenes to get us exactly what we needed, and she never made any of it feel like a hassle.
Once we moved into the booking phase, we worked with Heather, and honestly, all of my family & friends love her! She was incredibly responsive, sent regular updates throughout the process, and as we got closer to the wedding she proactively sent out important information for our guests that I never would have thought to include myself. That kind of attention to detail took so much stress off our plate and made our guests feel taken care of too.

Their email responses were always quick and thorough, which helped provide peace of mind, especially when trying to plan a destination wedding from afar. The planning resources and guidance they provided were invaluable and kept everything on track through the final details. The content creator they provided is a thoughtful and memorable addition to our wedding experience. organized, and proactive (Abigail and Heather were wonderful)—booking flights, arranging group transport, and securing resort reservations with clear, timely communication. They also created a dedicated website for our guests. Their detailed itineraries and helpful reminders meant our guests arrived relaxed and on schedule, which let us focus fully on the celebration. Romance Travel also offered thoughtful vendor recommendations and practical tips for enjoying the resort, which enhanced the weekend for everyone. Their professionalism and warm service took a huge logistical burden off our shoulders and helped set the tone for an unforgettable destination wedding. Highly recommend Romance Travel for anyone planning a wedding getaway.

What impressed us most was how they handled guest communication directly (answering questions, troubleshooting travel issues, and resolving concerns before we even knew there was a problem). They provided incredibly helpful planning documents, timelines, and tips that made the entire process organized and manageable. As an added bonus, they included a FREE content creator for our wedding, which was such a special and unexpected perk. Planning a destination wedding has definitely been overwhelming at times, but Romance Travel Group made it seamless and enjoyable. We truly couldn’t have done it without them.

o our every need and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. While we know the whole team makes the magic happen, we worked most closely with Abby and Shannon to make our big day perfect. We are so glad we used an agency to help take away the guesswork. There was so much work that went into planning a wedding so we were happy to count on the RTG team to handle researching the venue, booking and transfers, and taking care of any other issues that
arose. Shannon even talked me through some tough moments and was patient with my guests who switched things up last minute. We would happily recommend RTG to all of our family and friends for future wedding travel support. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Romance Travel Group has been a total game changer for our destination wedding! What could have been an overwhelming and never-ending planning nightmare turned into a smooth, organ...

Abby helped us compare what felt like a million resort options in Mexico, Punta Cana, and Costa Rica until we found the perfect fit in Punta Cana. They set up a room block and a booking website for our guests (which was super user-friendly!). Their experience with resort planning is truly unmatched — they knew every detail, every question to ask, and every potential hiccup before it even crossed our minds.
They handled all 70 of our guests’ resort bookings and transportation and fielded all of my very frequent emails. Shannon and Abby always checked in on me to see if I needed anything and were so patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process.
I genuinely have no idea how we would’ve survived this without them. If you’re planning a destination wedding, do yourself a favor and work with Romance Travel Group — they made this so much easier and so much better than I ever imagined!

It seemed overwhelming to choose a resort on our own, and RTG created a presentation for us; highlighting their top selection of resorts that best fit our vision and budget! This saved us so much time and made the process a lot less stressful! RTG has been super kind and responsive throughout the process. Our wedding guests were happy with their quick responses to emailed questions. Abby was also super helpful by reaching out to the resort on our behalf when we were having a hard time contacting the resort ourselves. They handled all of our guests’ room reservations and private transportation, too! Overall a great experience!

Romance Travel Group. From start to finish, they made planning our destination wedding an absolute breeze. We went from overwhelmed to stress free with one quick call with Abby at RTG.
Our two primary contacts at RTG were Abby and Heather and they are both exceptional! Abby was our initial point of contact and she guided us through selecting the perfect resort for our wedding. Dreams Riviera Cancun in Puerto Morelos turned out to be the ideal location for our wedding—absolutely beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. It was the perfect size for our wedding group of just over 70 people.
Once the resort was booked, Heather stepped in and took amazing care of our guests. She handled room reservations, communicated important details, and arranged transportation to and from the airport. Her communication throughout the entire process incredibly smooth for everyone attending.
We also heard so many compliments from our guests about how great Heather was to work with and how easy RTG made everything for them. As the wedding couple, it was nice to know that our guests had such a great experience with Heather and RTG.
From start to finish, both Abby and Heather were pleasant, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us have the perfect wedding experience. They answered every question, eased every concern, and made everything incredibly easy for us.
We give Romance Travel Group our highest recommendation. If you’re planning a destination wedding, do yourself a favor and work with them—you’ll be so glad you did.

d clear about what to expect at each step. We appreciated that they didn’t overcomplicate anything. When we had questions, we got direct answers and helpful guidance. Our guests were even impressed. They stayed organized, kept communication steady, and helped everything stay on track leading up to the trip. Once it was time to travel, everything went smoothly and we didn’t run into avoidable issues, which says a lot with a wedding group. Overall, Romance Travel Group did exactly what you hope a travel team will do: reduce stress, handle details, and help the trip go as planned.

nks to their consistent, organized, and clear communication. They truly went above and beyond by advocating for us when we were struggling to get timely responses from the resort, which made a huge difference during the planning process (BIG shoutouts to Abby and Shannon). They also took the time to clearly explain all contract details, ensuring we fully understood what was expected of us and what they were responsible for—everything on their end was handled flawlessly. The personal touches—like sending us customized mugs—and the opportunity to check in over the phone made us feel supported every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel team and highly recommend them to any couple planning a destination wedding.
We cannot say enough great things about Romance Travel Group! My fiancé and I initially tried to plan our destination wedding in Mexico on our own, and it quickly became overwhelmi...
ng and frustrating. In desperation we did some research about destination weddings and saw great reviews about Romance Travel and decided to give them a call. From our very first call with Abby, we knew we had finally found the right team. She listened carefully to what we envisioned, helped us narrow down the perfect locations, and ultimately we decided on Dreams Riveria Cancun Resort and Spa in Puerto Morelos, which turned out to be an absolutely beautiful and perfect choice. Abby patiently listened to and answered our many questions and then coordinated everything with Dreams Riviera. We literally didn’t have to do anything other than make decisions!
Once the resort was selected, Heather became our main point of contact for all guest arrangements. She was truly amazing. She handled hotel bookings, travel logistics, and airport transfers for every one of our guests with patience, clarity, and kindness. We heard repeatedly from friends and family about how helpful and responsive she was throughout the entire process.
Thanks to Abby and Heather, our wedding planning went from stressful to effortless. They took care of the details, answered every question, and made sure that both we and our guests felt supported from start to finish. Our wedding week was amazing and everything we hoped for and more.
If you are planning a destination wedding, do yourself a huge favor and work with Romance Travel Group. They turned what felt impossible into one of the most joyful and seamless experiences of our lives. We recommend them wholeheartedly!
