Weeks leading up to the big day she and her team were so organized and helped us get all the little details together. They made the nerves go away and we were just able to enjoy the whole process. The day of our wedding couldn't have gone more perfect. They helped us stick to our schedule and made sure all our vendors were taken care of and doing their part. If you are looking to hire someone for event planning, Gina is the person to go to!! The nicest person and really makes your wedding day the way you always dreamed it would be! actly what our vision was. She was incredibly responsive and brought up questions I never even had thought of (and I’m a fairly well organized bride myself!). Our venue had a very short time frame (roughly 3 hours) to allow for setup and we had many many car loads of boxes to setup and Gina and her team blew us away with how fast they got it set up and how perfect everything was. We were a bit nervous with the short timeframe but realized afterwards we did not need to be since somehow Gina worked her incredible magic and everything was setup beautifully and in time. I don’t know how they did it, but it was amazing! She sure knows what she is doing and we are so glad to have gotten the chance to work with her. Not to mention she also is the sweetest and truly cares about her clients!

In detail: We went with the full service planning and day-of package since we knew we were facing a number of challenges: wanting to get married in less than 9 months, wanting a vegan wedding in Milwaukee, cruelty free makeup, a smaller ceremony and larger reception at possibly different venues, ect. Then a global pandemic hit. Deciding to move forward with a micro wedding outdoors, our planning process between venue and vendor changes may have amounted to planning three weddings. Gina helped with these changes and we still got all of the out-of-ordinary things we wanted. Both she and Madison did a lot of research for our one-off requests, like the vegan desserts or articles on how to start writing my vows. Gina was there when I had three consecutive makeup trials go south and wanted to do my own makeup, helping me schedule what seemed like endless trials. She gave me advice when my seamstress had a different opinion about how my dress should fit and refused formulate a plan B. She collated our vendor contracts and payments so we knew what to pay when, and helped hone in our day-of schedule. She and Madison kept our day on track - helping with day-of decorations, arranging our cupcakes, making sure our things like our coffee table went in the right place, setting up our photo/guest book, taking care of our micro seating chart, and even at one point serving wine with our understaffed (aka COVID staffed) venue. She made sure the music worked for our ceremony and handed out Champaign flutes for our toast after. She really steps up and does what will make the day flawless for you - these are only the details I can remember now a month after the fact. We are so glad we hired Romantic Moments Event Planning. If you're planning a wedding, you should at least give them a call and let them land the interview!

I needed and gave me creative ideas along the way. She constantly checked in with me to see if there were things that I needed help with and was always a listening ear. The day of the wedding she took care of everything that needed to be done and she helped with things that I didn't even know I would need that day. She truly made the day stress free and allowed me to focus on enjoying the day! We couldn't have had the magical day we had without all her help and support. I'd HIGHLY recommend Gina for anyone looking for help from engagement to the "I Do's".

y perfect! And she’s the best support system when your nervous! Gina brought an emergency kit the day of that had literally anything and everything that you made need. From all of the emails, the timeline print outs, the ideas she brought forth, and the way she set up all of my decorations, I was so impressed by her throughout the whole process. She was always there for me-encouraging me to reach out with any questions/concerns and she was always prompt in responding! There’s just no way I could imagine not having her there on our wedding weekend and I’m so thankful for her, especially at the end of the planning process when things were happening fast and any last minute things were needing to be taken care of. Thank you so much Gina! I will forever cherish all that you did for us during such an important moment in our life!

Her suggestions on vendors was excellent - she has worked with some of the best people in the business and knows who will help bring your vision to life. Her suggestions regarding decorations when I felt overwhelmed was so lovely and I couldn't believe how amazing our venue looked when the big day came. I truly enjoyed my wedding day with no stress because of her and one of the saddest parts about this big day being over is that I won't get to talk to her as often anymore. She is incredible both as a wedding planner and a person and anyone would be lucky to have her help them plan their wedding.

planner- when I emailed Gina I received a response back the same day WHILE she was out of the country for vacation. I booked her right then! Throughout the process she remained in contact with myself as well as my vendors. But most importantly she made sure the day of the wedding went smooth from double checking arrival times to making sure my veil wouldn’t snag on the wood floor! Thank you for all your help Gina!

f and all of our vendors! When we first started planning we chose one venue and a few months after decided to switch locations. And that’s when I was able to meet Gina! At the time, The Loft at 132 was still in construction phases and Gina was able to keep in touch with Michelle as progress continued to be able to ease my nerves about its completion! I’m truly a planner and very organized person by nature and Gina complemented that and went above and beyond anything I could imagine! When first meeting Gina, I loved how relaxed, personable and down to earth she was! She found my amazing make up artist, suggested a florist and brought up "did you think about this" items. In the days leading up to the wedding, she was there to firm up details, which was amazing because it allowed me to work the whole week of my wedding! She allowed me to enjoy my wedding planning process! She helped the evening of the rehearsal and worked with myself and my officiant to make the ceremony perfect! The day of she sent her well wishes and was there if I need her, and I did. The morning of the wedding it rained and we needed an indoor option. She was able to contact The Loft for us and we could take our photos there! She ran out flowers to us and any items I needed to the ceremony space, and took items from the ceremony to the reception. She was there to aid in organizing our CRAZY wedding party into formation for our walk down the aisle. She was there from the start of the reception till the end! She was there and able to work with our caters and DJ so any and all questions could be filtered through her! I truly can't thank her enough for all that she did. She's truly loves what she does and it shows. She wants every couple to have the wedding and day of their dreams! My family, my husband and myself, our guests, and wedding party never had to worry the day of. At all. She’s the lady to go to if you want your wedding to be perfect!

I was stunned to see how much more there is to do than originally thought - and began to panic having already committed myself to planning a full on convention the same year! When first meeting Gina, I appreciated how down to earth, personable and relaxed she was! We got right down to business and within days helped me do things that I couldn't accomplish in MONTHS. She helped with rehearsal suggestions, found my make up and hair people, checked in on hotel suggestions, and brought up "did you think about this" items that I hadn't and then helped me with them. In the days leading up to the wedding, she was there to firm up details, calm me down and take handy notes! the night before the wedding, I could "breathe easy" (I put that in quotes because I was sick!) knowing that Gina had it down. Anything I didn't know/remember, she did. She ran last minute items here and there, and I truly can't thank her enough for all that she did. What she did and how she did it was like magic, and I never had to worry the day of. At all. If you want your wedding to be perfect - go with Gina! ittle details to make the day even more beautiful. When I was running short of time, Gina even did some of the little projects for us. She helped haul things and stored some things for us. She was beyond accommodating with our schedule and set up several meetings to make sure everyone was on the same page. Her communication with us and vendors was professional and helpful. She had great ideas for room arrangement and really helped to make the day seamless. Gina professionally and politely handled an issue with one of the servers so we didn't have to give it another thought. We had the wedding and reception in the same venue and she worked to quickly flip the room and coordinate cocktail hour so our guest could continue to enjoy the day. I could go on forever about how absolutely incredible she was!! Gina really made us feel like we were the most important people...even though she was also working on other weddings. There was never a time when she wasn't available for a question or to help with something. Knowing that we had Gina to keep things running smoothly, I didn't worry about ANYTHING!! And that says A LOT coming from the mother of the bride!! I can't recommend Gina enough. I will recommend her to friends and definitely use her again if we have another wedding in the family! Gina will make all of your wedding dreams become a reality...down to the smallest detail!

l. Out of a 5 star rating, I give her a 50 star rating . Gina worked with my daughter several months prior to the wedding, until the lights were turned off the night of the wedding. Gina even ran errands for us the day of the wedding. I think I thanked Gina over 100 times for everything she did for us. I highly recommend Gina, as she will do more for you than you would ever expect from an event planner. Thank you again Gina.

On the day of our wedding, Gina professionally and efficiently directed our guests, worked with our vendors to make sure everything was perfect, and provided a bride survival kit that contained anything and everything you could think of.
