All of this, and so many people don't drive! David, Louie and Andrew of Romantique Limo helped me through every step and every decision. They didn't attempt to mislead or overcharge us in the least. Everything was on the up-and-up. And, believe me when I tell you, I was TERRIFIED that something would go wrong, (there were SOOOO many stops to make and people to pick up and drop off!) The day of our Wedding, not a thing went wrong. Sal the limo driver came to pick up my girls and I, and he was with us for the rest of the day. He was a perfect gentleman, was incredibly capable and prompt, and went above and beyond to assist my bridal party, husband, and I in any way he could. As far as my and my husband's families are concerned, though I don't know the names of their limo drivers, I've heard nothing but positive, pleasant things about them and the quality of service they provided. e best cars for our style. Not only that but Sal was such a huge help! I rented a white 49 Cadillac which I was in love with!!! This gave my husband and I some personal down time on the way from the ceremony to the hall. After the church, some goofballs dumped confetti directly on us that made such a mess. Sal helped clean us up and make sure that we were fixed and ready before pictures by the bridge. Plus he was incredibly entertaining! I cannot tell you enough how much of a pleasure it was to have this man drive us that afternoon!!!! We will be talking about it for years!

He kept saying over and over again that the air worked fine...okay Mr. Genius Know it all or Mr. "I can't admit we messed up." We had about 13 of us in the limo including 2 air conditioning engineers who all can attest that there was in fact a problem with the air conditioner but the guy who wasn't even there is going to go by his work log from his desk drawer. The desk drawer knows all apparently. Then he tells me that I should have called him for a different car. Ookay because I'm employed by you right?? Why didn't your driver call you, he had swear dripping down his face just like us so he knew what was going on. We sure let him know how we felt. And on the biggest time constraint day of our lives we're going to swap cars from the middle of a highway? uhhhhkayyyy! Funny how he insisted that his work log said the car was fine but now he's admitting there was a problem because I should have called him. Yea I'll facetime ya from inside the limo and you can fix it through the screen, genius. I think it's hilarious how he kept dodging me on call backs. He kept calling my wife's number from the contract where it specifically stated her name and my phone number clearly stated my name next to it. He even called my father's house because I had to put his phone number on the contract because that's where we started out to have photo's taken on the wedding day. He kept calling every number on the contract but mine...HILL-AIR-E-US! These guys were so wrong in how they handled just about everything. It's a shame it didn't work out but it's all show at this place. Go somewhere else. Limo's should be the easiest part of the wedding. All they need to do is just show up on time with a working car. It seems simple enough but it's a disaster for Romantique to attempt to pull off. Not sure why so many people use them...I guess because like us, we figured: "What could possibly go wrong??" ...well now you know.

he car in the middle of July, there was no air conditioning. Regardless of it not working or not working properly, it should have been blowing out cool or cold air. The driver tells my mother-in-law: "it's an old car what do you expect?" ...oh I don't know, maybe we were expecting to at least be told about our most basic of expectations being provided for before we pay you over a thousand dollars...maybe that's how a business should be run? Then the same deal with the limo. We left the church and again no air conditioning. Our entire bridal party was completely miserable on the way to the hall. Everyone felt sick the entire ride up and the rest of the night. We were supposed to take pictures at a beautiful castle in a park in New Rochelle and nobody was well enough to take those pictures. We had to squeeze our pictures in at dinner time because of how sick everyone was from the limo being so hot! Then the limo driver took off with my wife's flowers and I called and spoke to the manager and they sent the driver back with the flowers about an hour later (more pictures we never got to take with her flowers). We were so eager to get out of the limo that the flowers were left behind. Funny how I said that I spoke to the manager on the day of the wedding about sending the limo driver back with the flowers because when we returned from our honeymoon I called and spoke to the same manager to complain about the air conditioning not working in our limo or our rolls royce and he told me he wasn't around on our wedding day so he didn't know anything. He felt like a complete moron when I reminded him that we spoke on that day, haha (Continued in next review)

t. When my mother asked the driver to crank the air, we were told "THIS IS AN OLD CAR, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT". So although this was a super short drive from my house to the church, we sweat the entire way. Then my bridal party and my husband get in their 9 month old infinity truck limo to bring us to the hall and the vents are blowing out WARM air. There were 13 of us...including men in tuxes, 2 kids, a pregnant woman and a bride and groom...and it was the most miserable ride of our life. An hour and 40 mins bumper to bumper traffic with no air. My pregnant bridesmaid had her head in a bucket the whole way, every ones makeup was running, i felt as though i was going to pass out...to the point i had to have my sister UNDO my entire corset of my dress. By the time we got to the venue, we were all miserable...i was so nauseous all night, my husband had a pounding headache and everyone else looked like hell. After my honeymoon when my husband and i decide to call and complain, the responses we got were "why didn't you call us from the limo, we wouldve sent another one out." First of all that is why we have a driver, that is his job to call and complain. Second, on my wedding day while we are dying in the limo, the last thing we want to do is call and argue with someone!! And my favorite of their responses was, "Our limos only get 20-25 degrees hotter than it is outside. So on a 100 degree days its only going to go down to about 80." OH OK!!! So if this is the case, they new BEFORE we even got in the limo that this would be a problem!!! Why didn't they tell us and let us make the decision to get in or not!!! And also, no warning about the rolls not having a working air conditioner??!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL business. Completely disgusted...stay away from them! Although we had an amazing wedding night...they ruined a good portion of that day!! We had to forgo wedding pictures at a park that my husband and I were dying to go to because of how terrible we felt from that limo ride!! Again, a complete DISASTER thanks to ROMANTIQUE.

, calm and fun! The interior and exterior of the limos were pristine. The cost of the service was extremely competitive as well. I highly recommend them. They helped make our wedding flow smoothly and that meant a lot to this bride!

With that, our driver knew the EXACT way to go, which was the back way via the streets and successfully delivered us there within 15-17 minutes. Thank goodness we had an experienced Brooklyn driver because there was a big accident on the BQE that would have had me over an hour late! Good job!
