Updated review - Finding the dress and alterations was fine. The team recommended their steaming and pressing services so the dress is at pristine conditions prior to the wedding day. My wedding was on a Saturday, but with family events on Friday, I wanted to pick up on Thursday, which thankfully gave us some flexibility time. I went to pick up the dress on Thursday, and they brought out the dress in a plastic garment bag. My first thought was that I had left it in a black cloth garment bag, not a plastic one. Panicked, I went to check the dress, thinking it's not even mine. It was, but I noticed knots in the skirt of the dress and loose threads on the seams, that the service was supposed to take care of. I asked if they could do something with the knots, especially the ones up front, and they said no problem, and took it back to the seamstress. 15 minutes go by, we're waiting. 30 minutes go by and we're still waiting. They asked for me and let me know that the dress will not be ready because it's wet now and will not dry in time. So I asked when I could pick up the dress, like later tonight or early tomorrow morning since my family had ceremony plans for Friday. We figured out someone who could separate from the group and let the front know that they could pick up Friday afternoon anytime after 2:30pm. The front desk also said that the person picking up will require a photo ID and matching the name I provide. Friday comes, our ceremony goes by, and the person designated to pick up the dress is on the way. I receive a text from them asking where I was at 2:30pm. I didn't respond and come to find later that they never checked the ID of the person who picked up the dress. I would be weary of their protocols even though they've ensured safe handling of the dresses. Started great and now I'd worry using their services. In addition to all this, after the second pick up, the original issues with the knots and loose threads were not resolved and the dress was wrinkled and not pressed. 1st review - Had the dress I was looking at online in stock, ready for me to try on at my appointment. Also really liked the wide selections for every budget. Love the bright lighting and the large mirrors for try ons. Staff is super friendly and straightforward, helpful with gauging timelines and providing input and suggestions.

Fantastic experience trying on dresses to picking up my dress. When I went for my first bridal dress shopping, I had showed Joana a few sample dress styles & fabric that I liked. she grabbed about 7 different dresses. The third one I knew it was the one. The dress also came back within 6 1/2 weeks. It was super fast! When I tried on the dress when picking it up I was just as impressed with their customer service! I can't wait to go back for alterations once it's closer to the wedding next year (:

I had already purchased my dress when I arrived at Romashka Bridal to see if they would press it for me. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. Yuriy and his family took care of me and my dress and treated me as if I was a top dollar customer! When I mentioned that I had not yet secured my “something borrowed” veil, Yuriy took me around the store showing me their selection and assured me that they would help me find the perfect match for my dress even if it became last minute. His family went above and beyond making sure my alterations were done right and even added a more secure loop to tie up my train. I would recommend this store to anyone… and already have!!

I loved shopping at Romashka, they were so helpful and made the process so much fun! After trying on dresses several other places Maria wasn't put off when I didn't pick my dress in the first 5 but just kept pulling more dresses. The selection was amazing. They know their dress selection really well and did a great job pulling additional dresses based on what I did or didn't like about the one I tried on. When I was interested in bridesmaid dresses too they quickly checked availability. With tux rentals and in-house alterations too there's no need to to anywhere else for the wedding party attire!

I bought my dress and got married in Chicago, but needed my dress altered closer to home in Seattle. The team at Romashka did a fabulous job with tailoring my dress to fit me as I lost more weight for the wedding. They are very friendly, professional, patient with answering all of my many questions, and definitely know what they are doing. Would highly recommend them for alterations!

Romashka is the BEST. Mariya is so sweet and personable. She made me feel at ease as soon I showed up for my first appointment and it made each subsequent appointment that much better. I work nights and have a pretty limited amount of time to come in but their hours worked great and they were always super nice and helpful to make sure I could come in almost right after work and get home ASAP to sleep. They have a TON of dresses, veils, and accessories to choose from and have such an eye for what would work well for you! When I came in for my last fitting, Mariya immediately knew exactly which veil would work perfectly with my dress. They are thorough, prompt, and do amazing work together. The best in the business. I cannot recommend them enough.

I can’t say enough good things about Romashka! I had a death in the family and a very sick MIL a month before our wedding and had to fly out of state to be with my family, causing me to have to cancel my dress fitting. They let me reschedule my alterations to a couple of days before I had to fly out for our out of state wedding. When they heard of everything we had going on, they altered my dress on the spot so I didn’t have to make the long drive from Anacortes again, and would have one less thing to worry about. They are family owned and so amazing! They genuinely care about every customer and make sure your experience and dress are absolutely perfect. I left their store that day in tears. Thank you for being the good in a very difficult time in my life! It was much needed ❤️

Romashka Bridal is the best! From the first appointment, to selecting the perfect dress, to the alterations, and until the cleaning and preservation they are always very friendly and accommodating. They helped me find the dress by suggesting the ones that I would like and would fit my budget. I found my dress on the first appointment and I'm glad that I got it here. The location is far from where I live+work but it was worth it.

Really great experience here! Sushi was so so helpful, silly, and entertaining! I didn’t feel pressured to make a choice and wasn’t rushed at all like some places can be. There was a really unique dress selection, A LOT of different options, lots of sales going on and really great quality dresses. I was so comfortable there, it helped me be able to have a clear enough head to say yes to the dress!! Love it- would for sure recommend!

Romashka bridal is where my sister found her dress a year ago and now I found mine today! They had a great selection that wasn’t overwhelming but had enough that provided variety. Super reasonably priced for the high quality dress you receive. The lady who helped me was very kind and helpful when helping me find a dress I love.

I absolutely loved this place. Adored this little family owned business. The staff was very accommodating to my needs. We appreciated how they didn’t limit the amount of ladies I brought with me (some boutiques I found charged...smh) . I’m glad we found THE DRESS & we are definitely going back for our groomsman! We went bridesmaid dress shopping this last Saturday and ended up at Romashka Bridal. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted and told we could look, even though they were booked. Mariya was available for every and any question we had and never made us feel pressured to buy. She answered our questions honestly and we found dresses we loved from a previous show at a lower price and more colors offered. Everyone at the shop was pleasant to talk to and it seemed like everyone genuinely enjoyed working there. I had called a few times prior and both times spoke to Yuriy, who was courteous every time. I absolutely recommend them for all your bridal needs!

If you are looking for variety, good customer service and a bridal experience this is your place. My focus throughout my wedding planning process has been to be selective about who I give my hard earn money to! I want to support local businesses who are customer focused and a place where my sale (money makes a difference). I could not be more thrilled to have purchased a gorgeous dress at an affordable price from Romashka Bridal. Maria, Sushi and Yuriy are wonderful people and made my experience wonderful! Over the top customer service and again – the selection!!!! My only advice is if you can go during the week – do it. The weekends get busy and although they stagger the appointments it is easy to run over. I ran over myself by 40 minutes and they were very understanding and didn’t kick me out, but if you are waiting on a room it would be annoying to the next customer. Overall, I highly recommend getting your wedding dress from them!

This was the 3rd bridal salon that I went to find my dress and sure enough, I found “the dress”. The selection is fantastic. Not only that, I called and they fit me in the same day! Everyone there was so nice, friendly, helpful and very patient. I highly recommend this salon if you are shopping for a dress.

Wow. I had the best experience at Romashka Bridal. I'm from Alaska and flew to Seattle for a weekend to find my perfect dress. This place made me feel at home. They were so patient, understanding, and did not pressure me at all. I came with my mom and three members of my bridal party. Sushi, my consultant, took the time to listen to their suggestions as well as my own. She knew the inventory very well and picked out great selections for me. She also let me and my friends explore the store to choose dresses we thought I would like. What really sold me on this store was their exceptional customer service, and their option of same day alterations for when my dress comes in. The entire staff was extremely helpful, and they even stayed open an extra hour so I could come to a decision on my dress. I have nothing but praises for this store. I HIGHLY recommend going here, you won’t regret it!

I had such a wonderful experience finding the perfect dress at Romashka. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They have a wide variety of dresses and Maria picked out several beautiful dresses and helped narrow it down to my favorite. She had great advice and ideas on how to tailor any dress to fit the look I wanted. She let me take as much time as I needed and I never felt rushed. I love that this is a family business and all the tailoring is done in the store. The Romaska Bridal Team is made up of absolute all stars. This family run business is full of experts who were able to efficiently and effectively help me pick out some fantastic dresses for my body type and my budget out of the thousands of beautiful gowns they have in their store. They were patient with me as I tried on more than 20 dresses over the span of two appointments (such a hard decision!). Even after an event leading to me switching my dress, they were willing to work with me to make sure I was happy with the final dress I purchased. After receiving my dress, they truly showed their expertise in the dress fittings – suggesting a beautiful and practical bustle option that stayed secure through an entire evening of dancing! I highly recommend Romashka Bridal to any brides looking for a more personal experience while they choose a beautiful gown and avoiding the “Seattle,” boutique price tag.

Romashka is simply AMAZING! I bought my dress at a sample sale (at a different location) so it was a few sizes too big. I have OCD and the idea of surrendering the most expensive and most important dress that I would ever wear, made me beyond nervous. Yet, Mariya and the rest of the staff put me at ease as soon as I tried my gown on. Mariya truly knows her bridal gowns and suggested things that I didn't think of. On my wedding day, I felt like a princess and have never felt more beautiful. Thank you Romashka Bridal for making my dream a reality! I was so impressed with the service and quality from Romashka Bridal that my new Mother-in-law and Maid of Honor also had their dresses altered there. They were even able to squeeze my Maid of Honor in at the last minute for an emergency appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. Words cannot describe how wonderful the team at Romashka Bridal truly are, but I will try. First, I am a size 12-16 in bridal gowns while most bridal stores carry only sizes 8-10 in sample gowns. Needless to say, I had horrible experiences at other places. However, Romashka carries size 12 sample gowns from tons of designers which meant I could try on any dress I wanted in store (basically my Pinterest board). Maria and Yuri were an amazing sales team that instantly made you feel taken care of like family. Plus their alterations team is the stuff of legends. Your dress will fit you perfectly once they are done! Highly recommend to all the brides looking for their dream dress!

Friendliest service and BEAUTIFUL gowns! Romashka has a huge selection and the prettiest dresses I've seen, at really affordable costs! The staff are there to help in every way. They go above and beyond with their customer service, I really felt like I was priority even when they had several other brides in the store. My dress has been ordered so I haven't had any alterations done yet but my best friend also purchased her wedding dress there and got it altered at Romashka so I've seen the seamstress's talents already and she is AMAZING! I'm 100% confident that she will do the same flawless job on my dress. I highly recommend Romashka Bridal!

I have been to five different bridal stores. This is by far my favorite. The employees are friendly and the customer service here is amazing. Alterations are lighting fast! I love that many dresses can be bought off the rack here which saves you money! I came in to Romashka on a Saturday afternoon, fell in love with a dress, and told them I was flying home Tuesday morning. I was planning on having the dress altered in my own town, but they said they could get it done on Monday with no extra charge to me. I agreed because they seemed confident that it could be finished in time. I came back on Monday to find the seamstress had altered the size 12 dress I bought off the rack down to around a size 4; she had taken in the sides, adjusted the hemline, and added a bustle. Once I had tried the dress on, she made minor adjustments on Monday such as adding in cups and cinching in the waist and bust more, but just as promised, by Monday afternoon the dress fit like a glove. Yuri and his sister Maria are effortlessly kind and a joy to be around. Their mother, the seamstress, is extremely talented and will make sure your dress fits perfectly. I highly recommend this bridal shop to any brides for the truly vast selection of dresses and thoroughly impressive customer service that makes you feel cared about. A wonderful experience all around!

I bought my dress in Portland, Oregon because Ramashka did not carry the designer I wanted. I wish they had because I would have loved to buy it from them. Although I did not buy my dress there, Ramashka is why it looked so amazing on me. There was A TON of beading on the bodice and The White Dress (I do NOT recommend them) in Portland, Oregon measured me wrong and ordered my dress 3 sizes too big. If it weren't for Ramashka's alterations, I would not have felt as beautiful on my wedding day. I absolutely recommend them for alterations. They have a ton of dresses as well, they just happened to not have the exact one I wanted. Regardless, I will tell people to look there. The business is family-owned and Yuri and his staff/family are wonderful. Thank you Yuri and thank you Ramashka. I would not have gone anywhere else for alterations.

Had such a great experience here! The first bridal shop we went to was a disaster so we called ahead here and they made sure to make our experience wonderful and what every bride should feel! They made us feel right at home! I will recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking!

Romashka Bridal was wonderful! Mariya and her brother were so incredibly helpful. I had been to several dress shops and not finding what I wanted. I was starting to get overwhelmed trying to coordinate dress shopping with my mom, sister, bridesmaids, mother-in-law and really didn't know what to do next. On my first visit to Romashka, it was just me. I needed time to look at dresses by myself and really get myself back on track and figure out what I wanted. Mariya and her brother were the sweetest. They let me look at all the dresses on my own without bothering me, but being so helpful. After many room fulls of dresses, I finally narrowed it down to five. I returned a few weeks later with my mom and sister, and they easily grabbed all five dresses for me to try on for them. Ultimately it came down to two dresses. I was so torn and didn't know what to do. I loved them both. Mariya came over and asked, "Do you like to dance? Do you plan on dancing a lot at your wedding? Go with that one." It was immensely helpful, and that nailed my decision. I loved going back to Romashka to pick up my dress and return for my fittings. The staff is amazing! It was the only bridal salon where I felt like my needs were taken care of. They didn't treat me like one of the thousands of brides that comes in. They treated me like I was the most important bride. It felt like family.

I wasn't sure if I would be able to say yes to my wedding dress without my out-of-state family, but everyone at Romashka was so helpful and nice they made picking a dress so easy! And they were so patient as I sent photos to my family of the dresses! Not only is the staff amazing but they also had a great selection of dresses in a wide price range and variety of styles. I highly recommend them for wedding dresses!

This is the best bridal boutique in the area hands down! They are an absolute pleasure to work with...always helpful and never pushy. I made some major cosmetic changes to my Sottero & Midgley dress and Mariya was amazing to work with; the dress turned out exactly how I envisioned it. The alterations for fit were also impeccable. I also had a cocktail dress altered here and it was done perfectly as well. I especially appreciated their honesty when something I requested was impossible to do, and also when something did not look right/was not flattering. I would recommend Romashka to every bride I know! They are truly amazing.

Best Alterations and Customer Service Ever!! This shop is one hundred percent where I would take any item to be fitted. They are extremely timely, cost effective and overall the best tailors I have ever worked with. Not only is the whole business friendly but they are so communicative on what is going to look and function the best throughout the whole process. You always understand what is going to happen and with all the items I have taken to them, I have never been less than ecstatic to pick up my fitted items. They truly can transform anything into something that looks beyond perfect. Best in the Northwest thats for sure!
