ng was wrong when they asked me to come in three times and I had never seen a sketch or been given a price quote.They blocked me on Facebook and Instagram so they know they messed up. They offered to do the work but by that point I was two months into a project that had yet to be started. When I went to collect the rings they had no customer service to speak of. Creating anxiety and fear in their customers that their family heirlooms were being held hostage. While I understand they are under new management making excuses and overcharging (when two months later I finally got a quote) is not taking accountability for lost time and trust. Even if it’s under new management this place is not to be trusted.

They even recommended a money saving tip rather than trying to coerce me into spending more than I indicated. Had the ring done on time and it looks perfect. I could not be happier with their work. They really do care about YOU and will make sure you are respected and not taken advantage of.
