On top of great organization and impeccable music selection, he also went above and beyond and trimmed my father/daughter dance to include all the parts I wanted and none of the parts I didn't. ue to Covid-19, our son in-law's favorite Uncle was unable to attend. Amazingly, Ron recorded his long-distance toast from Argentina, played it during the reception, and helped us surprise our son-in-law with this gift, bringing tears to his eyes. onsultation Ron explained his services. It was that moment when we realized everything that a DJ does and how important it is to find a good one. Ron not only served as a DJ but also as a wedding coordinator. If you think about it, a DJ can run up to 3/4 of your wedding! He started working with us about 3 months before to help plan out timing, music and flow. He helped us get organized on paper (who walks with who, what song plays when, who speaks where). It was probably one of the funnest parts of wedding planning. He also communicated with people giving speeches as well as other venders and our venues. Our other vendors raved about him by the way! Ron was on top of everything and had great announcements. The wedding/reception went flawless and our crowd loved the music. Everyone stayed on the dance floor pretty much the entire night. One thing about Ron is that he was always truly present in the wedding. For example, we had given him our 10 must play songs. Within my father's speech my dad spoke on making my now husband learn Ragtime Cowboy Joe (on the top 10 list). Ron and I made eye contact and next thing you know it is playing and my husband and dad are singing it together on the fly. The end of our reception was the true icing on the cake. Our friends and family surrounded Mitch and I singing Bohemian Rhapsody (a friendship wedding tradition) and spontaneously picked Mitch and I up in the air. It was not a second later that Ron had a light shining on us. It was truly a blast. Every person I have talked to has said it was the funnest wedding that they have been to. I think that has the most to do with Ron. Thank you Ron! It could not have gone better, but I wish we could do this all over again!

about our wedding music as I was (I had been planning it since I was in middle school). It turns out I had nothing to worry about. In our very first meeting, I totally geeked out about music with him, and Evan and I decided to hire him immediately afterward. Fast forward to our second meeting and he was always willing (and excited!) to hear about our unique music choices/dances ... including a slow-motion Chicken Dance á la "New Girl!" Ron is a pro in every sense of the word and did a great job of playing music that everyone would enjoy (which is no small feat—Evan and I do NOT agree on music often). Everyone had a blast dancing, and the "extras" he offered were well worth the price (do the shoe quiz!). If you would like about 50% of your wedding-planning stress to be instantly siphoned away, hire Ron. He was a great help and comfort through the entire process, including the rehearsal. He ran the reception flawlessly and made us feel very special from the very first meeting. Thank you so much, Ron! We are so grateful that you were such a big part of our wedding!

r first meeting that we had “Post Traumatic DJ Disorder.” Let’s just say that we had been to several weddings with less than desirable DJs. After our first meeting with Ron, we knew he would make our Big Day perfect. Ron is professional, creative, organized and responsive. Ron is absolutely fantastic at what he does; and he has a way of really getting to know you as a couple, as well as getting acquainted with your family, friends and guests in general. He has a way of reading the crowd and knowing just what is needed to get the party started and continuing! To add, what I loved about Ron was how collaborative he is; I must say, we had some unusual requests for him, but he didn’t hesitate. He found a way to make it work and make the reception very “us!” In fact, the dance floor was still on fire for the last song – almost every guest was still there! Oh, and when you meet with Ron, ask him about the “Love Story.” The Love Story was absolutely one of the most memorable parts of our entire wedding day, and even our guests agree. Overall, I cannot recommend Ron enough!

When we had a medical emergency during the reception, Ron did a great job getting the atmosphere back after the emergency had passed. I cannot stress enough how happy we were with Ron!

The music played during the reception was perfect: all of them were upbeat and fun to dance to, without being "inappropriate" for any grandparents. I'm even more impressed with Ron because, during the reception, we had a medical emergency, during which EMTs arrived to take a guest to the hospital. During it all, Ron had a handle on it, playing the exact right kind of lower key music, and then when the EMTs left, he asked everyone to applaud the medical services of them. It really drew everyone together, acknowledged what happened, and allowed the party to continue. I cannot thank him ENOUGH for how AMAZING it was!

While Ron does a great job as a DJ, I think it is as master of ceremony where he really shines! We were originally on-the-fence about hiring Ron in the capacity as well, and I very glad we did. Ron did an awesome job of drawing guests attention to the important events and helping making sure everything flowed seamlessly together. It was awesome to not have to worry about the flow of the night. As MC, Ron also did our ‘Love Story’ and a ‘Remote Toast,’ both of which were incredibly meaningful for my wife and I.

As for the wedding— Ron guaranteed he would have everybody on the dance floor the whole time, especially the first and last song— and he did! We have nothing but great things to say about Ron! ht at first I could get away with creating playlists of our favorite songs, it was clear to me on our wedding night that your DJ should be able to read the crowd. He did that and so much more. We were close to 10,000 ft above sea level and everyone was still dancing despite being completely out of breath. With everything else going on during the day/evening, I didn't feel stressed about the timing, events or the music during the ceremony or reception. I should note that I live in Australia and he was very accommodating and scheduled Skype calls with me and my husband so we could nail down the specifics. We didn't meet until the rehearsal and that didn't matter. We took him up on his idea of a 'long distance toast' to bring something unique to our reception. I surprised my husband with a voice message from his best friends in Vietnam that couldn't make the wedding. Ron coordinated and worked directly with them - I didn't have to do a thing. Turned out perfect. Thank you so much Ron!

and I was afraid it would be majority country, since that is our preference, which was fine with my husband and I, but most of our guests can only tolerate so much. But I had nothing to worry about. Ron has an excellent ability to read the audience and adapt on the fly to what they like to hear. The music was spot on and the reception ended up being a great party where everyone had a blast and stayed until the end, dancing the night away. Ron is likeable, fun, easy to work with and has an excellent reputation with other wedding professionals (photographer, venue manager, etc.). Many times we heard, as the planning for the wedding got underway, “Oh, you’re working with Ron? That’s great!” If you need a great DJ and want the event to stand out, Ron is your man. We’d hire him again in a heartbeat.
