Ron Petrella, Wedding Officiant

Ron officiated my sister's wedding back in October 2021 and we loved him so much that we hired him to officiate our wedding in April 2024! From the beginning, Ron took the time to get to know us as a couple and what we wanted our wedding ceremony to be like and wrote a customized ceremony that reflected who we are as a couple and what we wanted out of our ceremony. He was extremely reliable and printed and completed our marriage license and all other required documents and brought them with him so we could enjoy a stress free wedding day with no additional responsibilities. Ron is an excellent public speaker and the ceremony turned out exactly how we had envisioned it. He even covered all of his bases and provided us with copies of the marriage license and paperwork after the ceremony in case we ran into any problems. So many of our guests came up to us at the wedding or texted us after the wedding and commented on how beautiful the ceremony was and how much they enjoyed it. We also love that Ron requests donations to Relay for Life or other local charities of your choice instead of accepting payment - he is a great person and it's evident that he does this work because he truly loves and enjoys it.

Ron was an absolute delight to work with!! He was so kind and incredibly intuitive and so very helpful the whole way leading up to our big day on 4/30/22!! Ron was perfect from the beginning of our process, and helped us the entire way, providing insightful advice, assistance, and effortlessly worked the crowd and various family members so everyone enjoyed the day. Our families and friends raved about him - noting that he made the day about the bride and groom, was funny, and knew how to make the ceremony perfect in every way. His expertise shows - and he is such an interesting, dynamic, and fun person! Everyone should work with Ron on the happiest day of their lives. We’re so lucky to have gotten to know him.

Ron is the best! He helped us plan the most simple, beautiful, and memorable wedding ceremony. He was very communicative and organized throughout the wedding planning process. He was efficient in turning in our marriage license paperwork, as we received our marriage license shortly after our wedding in the mail! We are so glad he was a part of our day - thank you Ron!

Ron couldn't have been a more excellent officient. When I chose Ron from a list of many I called, I knew he was the right choice. Everyone at the courtroom knew who Ron was. He was so friendly and happy. Ron worked with us for the exact type of ceremony words we were looking for. He does a broad spectrum of types of vows. He's non judgemental. There is a huge charm about Ron, he speaks so we'll, he's very funny and so reliable. We went to meet him at Panera for the final meeting before the wedding and everyone knew who he was! People just came up to him. He came to our rehearsal and told us all not to worry that he would guide us through everything the day of. He made sure to get a copy of our written vows in case we forgot. He just thought of everything. Ron donates all of his money to a cancer foundation. He refused to take personal checks. He's just a selfless person. We were so fortunate to have him as our officient. I would recommend him to everyone.
