We rented 9 tuxes from rondinelli they looked wonderful and fixed any issues the guys had quickly. They lost some of the groomsmen information so definitely make sure you check with them often to make sure they don't loose anything!!

We ordered 4 groomsmen tuxes, a groom's tux, and a father of the bride tux from Rondinelli. The tuxes looked nice, but dealing with the store was a hassle. We ordered the groomsmen/ grooms first, then wanted to add on my dad's later after we decided what color he would wear. My fiance and I went in and told them exactly what we wanted for my dad, and that he would be in in the next few days for a fitting. When he went in, they treated him very rudely and acted as if they had no idea what he was talking about. They only measured him, and when he left he wasn't even sure they ordered him the right stuff. I had to call back later to confirm. Also, NONE of the tuxes fit day-off. Two of the groomsmen had to trade pants because the fit was so off, and then had to be safety-pinned into them. Another vest was so huge that it had to be folded and pinned several times. The groom could not get his jacket on and off without the help of two other guys because it was so tight, which meant he was stuck in it all through dinner even though it was incredibly hot. Finally, my fiance had ordered his groomsmen gifts (pocket watches) through them. They said they would take about 6-8 weeks to come in. We ordered in February, in June we had still not heard anything. My fiance finally called and was told that they had been in since April, and that they must have just forgotten to call. Ridiculous.

Rondinelli Tuxedo was the perfect choice for our November wedding in Youngstown. Most of the men in our wedding party are from out of town, but they were able to mail in their measurements. The advantage with Rondinelli is that all their stock is local! So if there were any issues, we'd be able to get new tuxes very quickly. Some of our groomsmen weren't able to pick up their tuxedos until the morning of the wedding, but everything was ready and everyone looked great! The groom and I were able to go to the store and check out the tuxes in person, as well as to match up shirts, ties, etc to pick the best combination. He looked so handsome! The sales rep was also able to get us a great deal where my husband rented his tux for free and we were able to split another free rental among the dads and groomsmen to save them some money.

They were more than willing to work with an out of town bride. However when all the groomsmen came to pick up their tuxes the vests were all purple and not marine. Good thing their warehouse is right down the street. They were able to fix the minor problem.

All the groomsmen had the wrong shirts. The groom had what the groomsmen were to wear. The father-of-the-bride had the wrong tie and vest. I had to run around the day before my wedding to correct the problem. Some of the groomen complained of stains on their suits before they even wore them. I was given a quote from a bridal fair if I booked early that was incorrect leaving out shoe and accident fee? Would not use this company again. Talked to manager and no one wanted to help. Unprofessional in Ohio. Some guys went to hermitage Pa location with better customer service there. No computer system to log suit selections. Each location has to call eachother if it is not original place to order.

We ordered our suits months before the wedding. Our wedding was on a Saturday, we were told that they would be in on Thursday. The men went Thursday to try them on, and the Groom's suit was a few sizes to small. The shirts for all the men (there were only 3) were the wrong color (white instead of ivory), and they had the wrong vest for the groom. Instead of admitting the mistake with the color they tried to hide it by not letting the groom try on the ivory tie that went with his suit(which would have made it very plain that the color was off). Once all had been revealed, they ordered new shirts, for all the men and a new vest for my groom. We were told that they would be in by 11 on Friday. They did not come in until 3 on Friday. Again the shirts were white and not ivory. There were stains all over the shirts and jackets. I know it is a rental but these did not even look clean. They had mixed up the size on one of the other men's shirts and the shirt was 2 sizes too large. When I called to talk to someone they said to tuck the shirt in, nobody would see it. I also complained of all the wasted trips and time and they said that I signed an aggreement stating that I might have to make more than one trip. I would never recommend them. Terrible experience all the way around.

All of the men in our wedding looked wonderful. My father had a hard time with his tuxedo but the employees were flexible and helped us find a tuxedo that fit better so he looked good on the day of my wedding. It ws great having the extra customer service.

We had a few problems with our tuxes from Rondinelli's. We rented from their Hermitage location. A few of the tuxes didn't fit when they came in, including my fiance's which was the most important! Eventually everything was fixed, but not until the actual wedding day which made me nervous. Also we had won a gift card from them at a mall event and they kept not having it for us every time we went in. My parents had to go back in after the wedding was over to get it for us. They also didn't have very current styles to chose from or a big variety of colors for vests.

Overall we had a good experiance, however there was a trainee there and incorrectly measured a couple of our groomsmen.

my nephew, the ringbearers pants completely came undone during the wedding ceremony. yikes!

Rondinelli Tuxedo Company did a good job with our tux rentals. Everyone looked very nice in their tuxes and we were able to take advantage of some of their wedding specials.

I used this vendor because they were the best price in town, and we wanted to make things as easy as possible financially on our attendants. However, we got what we paid for. The tuxes our groomsmen ended up getting although similar weren't the same, each had a different pocket style. Also, at least 2 of the tuxes that I am aware of were covered in loose strings and lint when received. Thank goodness somebody at the church had a lint roller or else the groom would have been covered in small white strings! What we got wasn't horrible and certainly served it's purpose; we had tuxes that mostly matched and they fit the groomsmen. If you're concerned about finances you're safe to use this vendor, just make sure you lint roll before the big day.

The girls at Rondinelli are great. We walked in and right away they showed us great ideas. My girls wore copper and they had the most perfect copper color to match them. Everything was so easy to pick out and put together. And the guys looked phenomenal!!

The tuxedos were great, they were ready early and very reasonable. If there is a problem the warehouse is close and easily fixable. The girls are good to work with and the owners are very nice.
