When he went in, they treated him very rudely and acted as if they had no idea what he was talking about. Two of the groomsmen had to trade pants because the fit was so off, and then had to be safety-pinned into them. Another vest was so huge that it had to be folded and pinned several times. The groom could not get his jacket on and off without the help of two other guys because it was so tight, which meant he was stuck in it all through dinner even though it was incredibly hot. Finally, my fiance had ordered his groomsmen gifts (pocket watches) through them. They said they would take about 6-8 weeks to come in. We ordered in February, in June we had still not heard anything. My fiance finally called and was told that they had been in since April, and that they must have just forgotten to call. Ridiculous.

surements. The advantage with Rondinelli is that all their stock is local! So if there were any issues, we'd be able to get new tuxes very quickly. Some of our groomsmen weren't able to pick up their tuxedos until the morning of the wedding, but everything was ready and everyone looked great! The groom and I were able to go to the store and check out the tuxes in person, as well as to match up shirts, ties, etc to pick the best combination. He looked so handsome! The sales rep was also able to get us a great deal where my husband rented his tux for free and we were able to split another free rental among the dads and groomsmen to save them some money.
