I recently had the pleasure of having the Rondo String Quartet play at my wedding, and they were absolutely spectacular! From the moment I first reached out to them, they were incredibly professional and a joy to work with. They were actually the first vendor I hired, and they set the bar incredibly high.
Their performance was nothing short of magical. As I walked down the aisle, I felt like I was stepping into an episode of Bridgerton, surrounded by the enchanting sounds of their string quartet. They played marvelously, creating a beautiful and elegant atmosphere that all our guests raved about.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rondo String Quartet. They are absolutely amazing. They were professional, helpful with music selection, and easily the most complimented part of our wedding by guests. We are so happy we had them play at our wedding!
Rondo was amazing. We hired them to play during our ceremony and reception, and everyone thought they were great. I've been told by guests that they were enjoying trying to guess what song they were playing all night and it turned into a fun game. We got married at Troy Historic Village, and they fit the venue so well and they sounded so beautiful. We are so happy we decided to spring for live music, and they truly made the night magical.

Rondo to the rescue! We had several mishaps on our wedding day and Rondo was always there to help. We began our day with our shuttle service being more than an hour late and Rondo happily entertained our guests for that time period. I am still getting comments about how much our guests enjoyed listening to the quartet during that time. So many other challenges happened during our day that we did not even know about until later. The quartet seamlessly helped along the way. Rondo String Quartet is flexible, helpful, kind, professional, and amazing musicians and people. We could not have gotten through our day without them. We are so happy we hired Rondo and hope we are able to hire them again sometime. It makes us happy to know there are such good people out there in the world.
They played beautifully but were very rude on the actual wedding day. Our shuttle service was delayed, pushing us back about 30 minutes for the ceremony and subsequently, cocktail hour and reception. We hired them to play ceremony and cocktail hour and due to the delay, they ended prior to cocktail hour ending (which I completely understand) the issue resulted from them requesting final payment day of. Our ceremony location was a few blocks away from our reception location so while the bridal party was taking after ceremony photos, the quartet was playing at the secondary location. We were delayed in getting back to the reception, due to the shuttle service which was out of our control and that was also where all of our belongings were. The lead musician came back to our ceremony location and demanded payment on site, immediately. (Again, our cash and check book were back at the reception site). She was extremely rude to the bridal party/mother of the bride. We ended up having to ask multiple family members to pool cash in order to pay her, as she refused to allow us to ride back to the venue without paying. We would have preferred if she had requested payment before the day, had waited for us to come back to the reception site, or had alternative payment methods, since she only accepted cash or check.
I want to make sure to note that the music was beautiful and they had plenty of options for music choices but her overall aggressive/rude demeanor and lack of flexibility for circumstances that were outside of our control would make me not want to hire them again.

My husband and I wanted something that would really help set our wedding apart. We found that with Rondo String Quartet. They provided us a robust selection of songs from which to choose, and their work was unparalleled. So many of our guests, both at the wedding and after, raved about how amazing they sounded and the uniqueness that their presence provided. We are so incredibly happy to have worked with Rondo!
Rondo String Quartet’s performance was exactly what I had dreamed of. They worked with me to pick the music that we wanted for our wedding ceremony and played flawlessly even with the colder than usual weather. Rondo did a phenomenal job playing for our Halloween party. They creeped us out with scary Halloween music, made us laugh with songs like Scooby Doo, and entertained us with songs like Sympathy for the Devil, Bury a Friend, and Superstition. The rondo string quartet played for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour at the Townsend hotel on 8/6/22. And we are still receiving compliments on their behalf for their performances!! From beginning to end they were perfect and so easy to work with. We coordinated with Lisa, filled out a questionnaire -gave a list of specific songs for ceremony and general genre for cocktail hour. They include a wonderful variety of songs they play. We didn’t really communicate besides that part so I wasn’t sure if or when they knew to play with our ceremony being a non traditional, but obviously they are professionals and knew exactly when to play!! It was beyond perfect. Thank you so much again
The Rondo String Quartet was amazing to work with, and we loved having them a part of our big day! They were very professional and Communication was fantastic right from the start, and all throughout the planning process. We had them play for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner. Their music was many of our guests’ favorite part of the day. Throughout the entire planning process they were always on top of everything, and answered any questions I had very quickly. For a very small fee to purchase music that wasn't part of their normal repertoire, they added (and practiced) a song my daughter wanted for her procession. We received numerous complements on their music during the wedding, with many people asking where we found them. I couldn't have been more pleased with EVERYTHING; this group is a Quartet I highly recommend.

I can’t believe how incredible this group is! They were so kind and helpful all the way through two date changes due to Covid. They made things so easy to book them and were extremely helpful in choosing music. We wanted some non-standard music and chose Concerning Hobbits for our bridesmaids, Sweet Child of Mine for my now wife, and Crazy Little Thing Called Love for when we walked out. Ever since I was a little girl, the one dream I had for my future wedding was to have a string quartet play during my ceremony. The Rondo String Quartet made that dream come true! As a piano and voice teacher myself, it was important to me that our string quartet was well rehearsed and showcased their musicality through their playing. I couldn’t have made a better choice! Rondo String (Lisa) in the planning phase was very quick to respond and suggested music that was in line with our personalities and the mood/vibe that were trying to achieve. They have a very wide range of selections to pick from, so a very robust list. Further, guests let me know that the music was executed perfectly and ques were on point. They are also extremely reasonably priced, so an easy addition to add to your wedding!

Rondo is incredible! They demonstrated their experience playing for weddings at every moment. They were also the kindest vendors we had. We were thrilled to have live music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Rondo was able to play our processional, 'All My Love' by Zeppelin a bit slower than the recording and it was just beautiful! Our guests raved about their classic rock and current music selections during our cocktail hour. We have already recommended Rondo to a friend and will continue to tell everyone we know. Rondo String Quartet was incredible! They played both our ceremony and our cocktail hour with total professionalism and skill. Working with them leading up to the day was a joy - they were very responsive and collaborative. Together we created the perfect mix of music that totally captured the essence of our day. What impressed me most was how they expertly switched between classical masters, Smash Mouth, jazz classics, and everything in between. We chose to have our family walk in to the Beatles' Here Comes the Sun, our party to walk out to The Beatles' In My Life, and I walked out to At Last. The meaningfulness with which they played those pieces brought me to tears as I walked down the aisle (there were other reasons too ;)), and they were the perfect soundtrack for the most wonderful day of our lives.
I am so happy we chose Rondo String Quartet for our ceremony and happy hour. Their music is beautiful and set the mood perfectly for our day. My husband and I were blown away by all the music options we had to choose from and had lots of fun picking what we wanted for the ceremony. We chose Don't Stop Believing for the seating of the guests and Best Day of my Life for when I (the bride) walked in with my dad. They played an awesome mix at our cocktail hour. The Rondo String Quartet was my one wedding "splurge" and one of the highlights I was most excited about for my wedding. According to numerous guests, they delivered a wonderful performance! Unfortunately the downfall of being the Bride and hiring them for the ceremony and cocktail hour was that I barely got to experience them at either. I was super bummed, but again, very pleased to hear that the guests loved them, which I'm certain is as much as I would have as well. They made communication before and during effortless and assisted me whenever I had questions for them. They were worth every penny and I hope that I can conjure up some fancy event in the future so that I can have them again and actually be able to enjoy more of the performance for myself!

Rondo String Quartet was amazing! They did a great job at our ceremony! They have a wide selection of music to choose from. Lisa was helpful when it came to choosing the music for my walk down the aisle as I did not want the traditional ‘Here comes the Bride’. My husband was also very excited they knew the Game of Thrones theme which is what we had them play for the recessional! Definitely recommend!!
I'm so glad we chose Rondo to play at our wedding ceremony. While we were planning our wedding from across the country, Lisa made all the difference putting me at ease with quick communication, getting to know our preferences, and making recommendations on the spot for additional music. Their repertoire is so expansive yet is played so well and professionally. We received many compliments from our guests! My only wish is that we hired a videographer so we can go back and listen to Rondo play at our ceremony over and over.
Rondo was a wonderful part of our ceremony, and we received a lot of kudos from guests on the quartet and the songs. Lisa was very communicative throughout. They have a large repertoire and added an arrangement for us for a very reasonable fee.

We loved having the Rondo String Quartet at our non-traditional ceremony. They played exactly what we wanted and we got so many compliments. I was nervous as we hadn't practiced the walk down the aisle with them for timing. But they were absolutely professional and everything was timed perfectly. Thank you!

We had Rondo string quartet play the music for our ceremony and they were fantastic! My only regret is that I wasn't able to listen to them for longer! Their song selection is massive and allowed us to choose songs for each part of our ceremony that truly meant something to us. Highly recommended!
Rondo string quartet was fantastic! We hired them to play for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, and their music was a great part of our wedding. They had a great sound, which filled the venues. Allison was very responsive to emails and special requests, and made sure to include all of our music requests. They played a good mix of classical and contemporary music, and provided a very nice atmosphere for both the ceremony and cocktails. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, Rondo was WONDERFUL to work with. We got so many compliments after our ceremony on their performance. Rondo even learned our favorite song so we could walk down the aisle to it. Lisa was so wonderful to work with- I was a little scattered , and she was so patient and helpful. Wish I could use again for something! BOOK THEM! One of the best decisions I made while planning. A beautiful touch.
Rondo is amazing! We were so happy with our decision to go with them for our ceremony music. Their music was beautiful and they had a wide range of songs to choose from on their song list.
There was a particular song that I wanted to walk down the aisle to that they didn't have on their list, so they connected us to a reputable composer, and he was able to arrange it for us and Rondo played it perfectly during the processional!
They were great to work with from start to finish and always responded to our emails in a timely manner. Overall, we would strongly recommend Rondo String Quartet!
