She also was very responsive when we needed to reach out, and coordinated with our vendors perfectly. The venue itself is beautiful, and we were lucky to have a perfect spring day. The views from the rooftop looked amazing, and look great in photos as well. It's a perfect place to soak it all in on the big day. It also paired perfectly with the catering by Urban Crust. Pretty quickly, we could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else. It was perfect, and we owe a lot of it to Rooftop Event Spot. The value is easily unmatched.

op off our decorations with instructions. I really couldn't believe how easy it was, and they absolutely made our dreams come true. So many of our guests commented on how great the place was and that the food was excellent! We used the offset side room as a kids' room, and it was such a hit! The kids were so happy to have their own space to play. Annie also saved the day when the cake vendor flaked. They were supposed to decorate the cake with fruit and the cake topper on arrival, but when the delivery person arrived, they said they "just deliver cakes, not decorate them." Annie saved the day when she could have just left it. It certainly wasn't her job, but she did her best to decorate it and it looked great. Thank you Annie and Rooftop for the wonderful memories!! It was perfect!!!

g and this space marked all of our boxes with a comfortable atmosphere, great view, nice patio ambiance and plenty of inside space for those that didn't want to be on the patio. We were very impressed with the set up and the turn-around from ceremony to dance floor, etc. Also, the fact that the roof and windows can so easily be closed and opened and are so flexible with this crazy Texas weather was a huge plus. Not all roof systems can so easily be retracted. We got very lucky and all of this crazy October rain held off the night of our wedding. Overall it is a great place to hold an event. Between the food and the atmosphere you can’t go wrong. We opted for the Mexican cuisine from Urban Rio and it was a huge hit. Everyone commented on how good the food was. The event staff was so helpful the day of to make sure we weren't worrying about anything and to be sure we were able to eat and they kept things moving. We didn't have a wedding planner and it worked out just fine as Annie took over coordinating the vendors once we had them selected. Our only complaint was that it went by way too fast and we just want a redo!!! Would highly recommend this space for any of your event needs!!!

ftop was just that. It basically decorates itself, with the city skyline and the industrial modern design of the event space. The price was much better than other places we were looking at, and the size was perfect for us and our family & friends. We had our wedding on a Monday morning, which made it even more cost effective since they offer a discounted rate on weekdays. They even provide optional decoration packages, in-house catering (we opted for pizza from their sister restaurant, Urban Crust, which was awesome), napkins and tablecloths, and they decorate the space for you using the decorations you provide (which meant mom could spend more time with us and less time obsessing over centerpieces!) And don't get me started on Annie! She is FABULOUS. I never once felt like we didn't have total control over the event from start to finish. She kept everything moving, knew the answers when I didn't, made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when, helped coordinate the rehearsal, spoke directly with the vendors so that they knew where to go, made sure my husband and I had everything we needed to have fun and be comfortable during the reception (even brought our food and drinks to us) and was overall my favorite person to work with. Five stars for Annie and five stars for Rooftop overall. They helped make the best day of my life the most perfect day of my life.

One of the many perks of the venue was that they put up and take down all the decorations for the wedding. It made the week and day of SO much easier! The wedding day was beautiful and perfect! Even with the small hiccups that happen, Rachel and Kali handled them like true professionals! The price, location and staff make this place a 5+ star rating venue and was the BEST decision we made for our wedding!

mosphere. The food was delicious (we did breakfast tacos and chicke and waffles— HUGE HIT!) Rachel and Kali were always quick to reply to emails and phone calls. They were always so patient and kind as I had a million questions. I was able to take my decorations up there with pictures of what I had in mind and they took those ideas and elaborated on them making them more perfect! The day of the wedding Kali went out of her way to make sure me and my new husband had been fed. Not sure who, but someone else packed some to-go boxes for us to eat when we got to our hotel!! After the wedding, they cleaned up, packages all our decorations up and let me know when they are ready to pick up! This was my favorite part. My family, friends and wedding coordinator didn’t stay after the wedding to break down and clean everything up. The servers and bartender were on top of their game! Wonderful service by everyone. I HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone and everyone as it was the perfect setting for our new adventure as husband and wife! Thank you so much Rachel and Kali for all your hard work. She always was available to answer questions and made me feel really good about the process and not extra stress added. I would recommend this place to any bride/groom looking for something beautiful but not prepared to break the bank. It was very reasonable, price wise, and we were able to use one of their partner catering companies, Urban Crust, which was a hit with the guests!

ing day had severe weather, but we didn't even notice because it was all covered and just as beautiful closed in as it was open. Rachel was our day of coordinator and she handled everything so we could just focus on our special day. Kali was in charge of food and bar and she made sure everything was perfect. Micheal went out of his way to ensure the bride had her favorite adult beverage for the rehearsal, even though it's wasn't a normal drink offered. The location is perfect in Plano with plenty of parking and valet is available as well! Highly recommended!!

s, but the coordinators put this place over the top. Rachel and Whitney helped us put together the most wonderful beautiful wedding. They took care of setting up/tearing down centerpieces/decor, so our families could focus on celebrating with us, not needing to worry about cleaning everything up. Throughout the entire night they were checking in with us to make sure we didn't need anything, and if there was anything we did need it was immediately taken care of. Not to mention, they are two of the sweetest most accommodating people! Due to their professionalism and attitude we had the best wedding ever! Our guests had a blast, and could not stop complimenting the venue, the food, and the coordinators. We would do it all over again with them if we could! I highly recommend you give this place a try, if you are looking for something out of the ordinary on your wedding day.

ke advantage of the view. The space inside is alternative, in that it is not one big open square. It has rooms set off from the main area. We used one are for food, gifts, and favors, and the other area for a candy bar, seating, and a photo booth. We fit 100 guests in the main area and used the balcony as our dance floor. At the time of this review, I could only used Urban Crust (Italian) or Urban Rio (Tex-Mex) as my caterer. This was not a problem for me because both places serve delicious food and came at a very reasonable price. The best part about using one of these two caterers is that they use the kitchen on the 1st floor of the building to cook and prep the food for the event, which means hot, freshly prepared food! The restricted caterer options is definitely not a drawback to this venue. I enjoyed working with Rachel, the venue coordinator, and she made everything go very smoothly. She was always prompt with responses to my questions and truly enjoys her job, which shows in how she treats her clients. Parking is ample, but valet is also provided to your guests if you prefer to use that. We found the space to perfect for our event and several of our guests have told us how much they liked the venue!
