Places we plan and coordinate the most are, metro Atlanta, the North GA Mountains, Cumming, Buford, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Gainesville, Winder, Athens, Lake Oconee and the surrounding areas. As far a destinations... well we love to work in Charleston, Savannah, Hilton Head and Destin Florida. Vicki is amazing! She has a great personality and is easy to get along with! We hired her to be our day-of-coordinator, but she was good about checking in periodically. Vicki and Lydia helped us come up with our day-of timeline. Lydia is great! She was very punctual and knows what she’s doing. The day went by smoothly, at least to my knowledge, which is a good thing! I would recommend them to a friend!

Rooted Events was my life saver during my wedding season. I met with them on multiple occasions during the planning process to make sure everything was perfect. They helped save the day when COVID tried to ruin everything. They have amazing connections and know exactly what you need even if you do not know you even need it. Day of was a breeze and I had to deal with nothing which made the day so much more enjoyable. Everyone one this team is like family to me and If you aren't using them you are missing out.

We used Rooted Events and Designs for our wedding rehearsal dinner at Reunion Golf Club. Everything was perfect. Vicki M. was by our side every step of the way working to make the evening perfect. She was accessible for several meetings leading up to the event and worked very well with other vendors involved in the event.

Rooted Events and Designs is absolutely amazing! The staff is very organized, detail-oriented and extremely easy to work with!! The communication was always on point and they always made sure that all of the vendors and the couple were on the same page about all of the details before the wedding. Vicki was great to work with she goes above and beyond what you would expect. Reunion is a great place to have an event we did my daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding reception here July 2018. The chef and his team are also awesome. I would highly recommend doing an event at Reunion. Vicki will make your experience fabulous.

Every mother dreams of the perfect wedding day for her daughter, and Vicki did an outstanding job and made my daughters wedding day perfect in every way! The venue was breathtaking, the food was fabulous, and her vendors were excellent. We didn’t have to worry about anything and she had an answer for everything we wanted, but still remained within the budget. We are forever grateful for Vicki and her team, and would highly recommend them for all of your event needs!

Vicki was absolutely amazing from start to finish for our big day! I came to her with all of my ideas, and she took her experience and expertise and brought them to life! Vicki took care of every detail and made sure that the day ran perfectly. From the food, to the cake, DJ, and flowers, there wasn’t one detail that she missed! Vicki and her team were amazing! Our son and daughter-in-law's destination wedding plans were cancelled due to a hurricane and Vicki saved the day! With just a week to replan the wedding, Vicki was by our side and helped us find a venue, flowers, cake, music, photographer and more. Her connections, attention to details, support and tireless effort made for a beautiful wedding! You'd never know it was put together in such a short period of time. Vivki handles my mother's 80th birthday and took great care of us. She helped us with everything we thought we needed and walked us thru all the things we would have never thought of. She did everything while keeping what we wanted the priority. Highly recommend Vicki for any event management.
