is sweet, patient, and truly listens to the visions of her clients. Her highlights are precisely done and do not present as “chunky” but are natural and soft in nature. I was so pleased with the gloss and hair styling she was able to do for my rehearsal dinner. I absolutely believe Chelsea is the best hairstylist in Savannah and highly encourage anyone looking for color/cut/styling/extensions to consider her when booking your next appointment!
