When she arrived at the venue, she was rude as I was trying to coordinate getting someone to the venue to hand her a check as I was busy getting ready. Keep in mind that Susan does not accept any card payments, cash or check only which is easily forgotten in months of wedding planning and not speaking with her ever again after the consultation. She did a beautiful job with the floral arrangements, but I recommend looking elsewhere for a florist.

hone call. I had major communication issues with Susan who kept forgetting that she had already talked to me about certain things in the prior days and needed to discuss them again. I made it very clear that I DID NOT want any type of mason jars in my wedding but when I showed up to the venue, there were mason jars everywhere. The groomsmen did not get their boutonnieres, but again, she was not around for me to ask her about them. The day before the wedding she insisted that I had not ordered an arch piece, but instead had told her I wanted an table arrangement for the unity ceremony (which we never planned on having a unity ceremony or table for that matter). Even after the venue reminded her that I had in fact ordered it, she he was extremely snappy and rude, and even said that myself and the venue staff were lying. I tried to calm her down and apologized for the "miscommunication" because I needed my wedding flowers and really felt like she was not going to give me anything. At that point she then agreed to put a small arrangement together, but did let me know that it was going to be really small because she used the rest of the flowers for another wedding.

iately hit it off and she created the most beautiful, and unique flower arrangements I could have ever asked for. My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely breathtaking. The boutonnieres on the men were incredibly well done. She even suggested a corsage for our mothers because she knew they would give 1000 hugs that day, and she was absolutely right. Then she personally filled the mason jars with flowers for the tables inside of our venue, and left a breathtaking arrangement for our caterer to add to our cake. The flowers looked so fresh and healthy during the entire day and the arbor decoration for the ceremony might have stolen the whole show. As if all of that is not enough, the week before the wedding she was able to add in a few more roses for a last minute rose ceremony we decided to add on. Please, PLEASE do not look to anyone else for your floral needs. You will be in the best hands and will not be disappointed with the beautiful arrangements she creates.

big order, from bouquets and boutonnieres, to individual flowers for centerpiece vases and large arrangements, to head table garland and a flower crown. I really only had one specific request of a large cascading bouquet which I showed her pictures of, and everything else I had just told her to have be similar colors and to use whatever flowers and greenery she thought would look good and were in season. I am SO glad I left those decisions in her hands, because she is the professional and really knew how to make everything tie together and it just looked beautiful – even better than the pictures I showed her! Overall, I am extremely happy and I received so many compliments on how gorgeous everything looked. I would definitely recommend Roots to other brides!

I couldn't even imagine wedding flower arrangements as beautiful as she made them! She made, what I thought might be a stressful part of the wedding, one of the easiest! Fantastic!

r ribbon was tied around my bridesmaids bouquets. Luckily, it was the opposite color of my girl's dresses so you could only tell how badly it clashed when they stood next to the groomsmen.
