Susan was absolutely wonderful in creating our vision for florals on our wedding day. We had some unique requests and she would quickly respond and ensure they were incorporated as...
part of the planning process. Susan ensured the flowers arrived before photos and worked with our timeline. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, more than I could have ever imagined. We received so many compliments and our flower girl was so excited to keep her pomander!! We can't thank you enough for being such a big part of our special day! ❤️
I recently used Susan for my wedding, and she heavily lacks communication. She never told me the total price, and did not communicate anything with me. I only spoke to her on the p...
hone once when we had our consultation. I then heard nothing from her until I reached out via email a couple of weeks prior. When she arrived at the venue, she was rude as I was trying to coordinate getting someone to the venue to hand her a check as I was busy getting ready. Keep in mind that Susan does not accept any card payments, cash or check only which is easily forgotten in months of wedding planning and not speaking with her ever again after the consultation.
She did a beautiful job with the floral arrangements, but I recommend looking elsewhere for a florist.
Susan was my absolute dream florist to work with. I have little to no idea about anything flowers. I simply new colors and found a few ideas I liked that I had seen on Pinterest. W...
hen I met Susan at our coffee shop for our consultation we immediately hit it off and she created the most beautiful, and unique flower arrangements I could have ever asked for. My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely breathtaking. The boutonnieres on the men were incredibly well done. She even suggested a corsage for our mothers because she knew they would give 1000 hugs that day, and she was absolutely right. Then she personally filled the mason jars with flowers for the tables inside of our venue, and left a breathtaking arrangement for our caterer to add to our cake. The flowers looked so fresh and healthy during the entire day and the arbor decoration for the ceremony might have stolen the whole show. As if all of that is not enough, the week before the wedding she was able to add in a few more roses for a last minute rose ceremony we decided to add on. Please, PLEASE do not look to anyone else for your floral needs. You will be in the best hands and will not be disappointed with the beautiful arrangements she creates.
Our flowers were absolutely beautiful!! I asked for a huge bouquet and that is exactly what I wanted!!
Susan took our vision and made it reality. The flowers are truly gorgeous and our bridesmaids bouquets look beautiful 2 weeks later! She made the process super easy for us!
Susan is great! I would recommend her.
Susan created absolutely stunning bouquets for our wedding! If your looking for something beautiful and unique to you, she’s your lady. Very kind, lovely to work with, and honest....
She is a true professional. I highly recommend Roots Florals!
Our wedding flowers from Roots turned out absolutely beautiful! Susan did such an amazing job, and I was so happy with everything she did. I wanted the flowers to be just right, as...
they were a main focal point of our decorations. We had a very big order, from bouquets and boutonnieres, to individual flowers for centerpiece vases and large arrangements, to head table garland and a flower crown. I really only had one specific request of a large cascading bouquet which I showed her pictures of, and everything else I had just told her to have be similar colors and to use whatever flowers and greenery she thought would look good and were in season. I am SO glad I left those decisions in her hands, because she is the professional and really knew how to make everything tie together and it just looked beautiful – even better than the pictures I showed her!
Overall, I am extremely happy and I received so many compliments on how gorgeous everything looked. I would definitely recommend Roots to other brides!
I was a little clueless when it came to the wedding flowers. I knew I wanted purple calla lilies and very little greenery. I gave Susan my wedding colors, showed her a picture of m...
y wedding dress and the bridesmaids dresses, and how I wanted the decor; and that is all she needed to create beautiful arrangements! Susan did an amazing job with such little information. I couldn't even imagine wedding flower arrangements as beautiful as she made them! She made, what I thought might be a stressful part of the wedding, one of the easiest! Fantastic!
Roots was very reasonably priced. Susan's flowers were beautiful and the centerpiece she made for our birch archway was breathtaking!

edding colors (spa and gray). On our wedding day, the wrong color ribbon was tied around my bridesmaids bouquets. Luckily, it was the opposite color of my girl's dresses so you could only tell how badly it clashed when they stood next to the groomsmen.
Susan is the best! She has such great knowledge of flowers, herbs, and greenery that she can make your vision happen and works hard to make sure it's stays within your budget. Abou...
t 2 weeks before there was a mix-up in colors and flowers and she switched it up no problem. Since flowers were my main decoration it was important for me to have it look just right. My bouquets, garlands, and head piece were stunning and would recommend her to anyone who asks!
Susan did a beautiful job with our wedding flowers. The bouquets were stuffed with flowers--no fillers here! For a brides bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouqets, 2 flower girl baskets, 3...
boutonnieres, 3 corsages, a tribute bouqet and two large arrangements, as well as flowers and ribbon for the cake, it was less than $800. Susan works out of her home, so there's very little overhead. She also has a great eye for flowers, and keeps things modern and elegant. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
