l as the candid moments throughout the day. Rory was flexible, although made sure we stuck to the timeline by stepping in as a wedding coordinator when we needed it most. Rory was timely after the wedding as well with sending us sneak peaks within a week and the rest of the photos within a month. We are so happy we discovered Rory as our photographer and will treasure our photos for a lifetime!

st seemed to get what we were looking for in our engagement photos and at our actual wedding. In 2019 we took beautiful engagement photos that are still some of my favorite pictures ever taken of me and my wife! Then COVID happened. We decided to have a very small ceremony with our immediate family the day before our previously planned wedding date in 2020. Rory was not available for that and we were very sad :( However, we decided to have a reception with our original guests a year later in October 2021, and this time Rory was able to be there to capture the day. I was so glad that we had Rory at the reception. She took so many great candid shots and told the story of the night. We also got tons of beautiful portraits with our families and just the two of us. The grounds at our venue were amazing and Rory incorporated them into the portraits really well. She also got really great shots of us getting ready. Thank you Rory for sharing in our engagement and reception! You'll be the first person we call for baby photos :)

ning process, we knew that the photographer was one of the most important elements for both of us. Aside from that we weren’t too certain on exactly what we wanted and chose to interview Rory based on her portfolio, which was diverse in every sense of the word and featured natural-looking shots of all kinds of people. From our initial consultation with Rory, she made us feel right at ease, and she was able to hone in on exactly the things we were looking for. If you are on the fence about getting an engagement shoot with her, absolutely do it! It wasn’t high on our priority list in our wedding planning, but it really meant so much to have a chance to meet Rory in person before the actual wedding day, and the photos she captured were stunning. The shoot took place in my parents’ backyard due to last minute rain the day before. It was shocking how unidentifiable the location was - the focus was not on the yard, but on the way Rory captured us! As for the wedding day itself, Rory captured it perfectly, even despite us getting rained out mid-ceremony. In photos, the transition mid-ceremony to cover was totally seamless, even though it was chaotic in the moment. Rory was super flexible with all of our needs - she worked with us to make sure we got photos at all of our must-have locations on the wedding day, along with all of the specific group shots that we wanted. She was also very observant and managed to catch a gap in the rain which let us get a few very special outdoor group shots. The other highlights in particular which stood out to us - - Rory was like a ninja on the wedding day. There are some photos we looked at and my first thought was “wait, Rory was there?” It was incredible how she was able to totally blend in the background and capture so many special moments on our wedding day, just totally unscripted. - We were shocked at how well Rory captured the personalities of our guests. Some of our guests are usually a little more reserved with their emotions, but when they let them show, Rory was there to document it. We ended up with so many special family photos because of it. Everyone who was part of the day, from the 2-year-old flower girl to my 99-year-old grandmother to my mom’s elderly dog, was photographed beautifully. There’s also a wonderful ‘progression’ of shots of us almost knocking the cake over that Rory got that still makes us laugh when we look at it. - The photos overall were beautiful! We loved the colors, warmth, and how perfectly Rory captured the day. It was like seeing a moment of our day frozen, rather than a posed and stiff Formal Photo. We also got a ton of them from her which we were so excited to have. Overall, our experience with Rory was so special, and left us with so many amazing memories. We would choose her again in a heartbeat if we are ever having photos done, and you would absolutely not be making a wrong choice to choose her as well

omfortable in front of the camera, so we wanted someone who would help guide and support us with formal photos, but be super natural about capturing the magic of the rest of our wedding, and Rory's style is perfect for that. She's so friendly we were both super comfortable in front of the camera, and she was amazingly flexible in adapting to the pandemic. We had to go for a shorter wedding, she made sure to wear an N95 mask the whole time, and she even set up a Zoom iPad so our extended family could watch! (It was fantastic not to have to plan for and worry about setting that up.) Even post-pandemic, we would highly recommend Rory for an amazing photo experience!

We had an intimate wedding with only 2 other guests. She has such a kind and thoughtful personality which made having her there feel like having a good friend, even though it was the first time I‘d met her! did. She was the third photographer we talked to and the only one we clicked with. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional about what she does. She listened to our specific preferences for pictures that we wanted in our album, and even took the time to trek some trails around our outdoor venue for best picture ops. Her style and creativity are magical. We felt like she took our every word and turned our wedding album into the etherial theme we requested. Rory even stepped in to save the day when my sister put my head piece and veil in crooked and when no one could figure out how to bustle my dress. Our pictures are gorgeous and we are so glad to have such perfect memories of our perfect day. We cannot recommend her enough. Neither of us are particularly comfortable being in front of the camera, but Rory did a wonderful job of making us feel at ease.

y was so amazing and helpful and was even willing to help finish setting up our venue for the big day. Also, I was the first of my friends to get married/be in a wedding, so she really helped with the planning/set up of the whole day from a timing perspective, and even helped put my veil in when we couldn’t figure out how. Her photos captured everyone’s emotions. They were so honest and real and nothing was cheesy/staged about them. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and our wedding guests kept asking about who she was because she seemed to be everywhere all the time. Our bridal portraits are beyond words and I could not be happier with them. Our reception pictures are so fun and multiple people have reached out to me asking for copies to frame/as gifts around the holidays. She really captured the exuberance of the wedding party and our guests dancing the night away, staying until the absolute end of the wedding. Her delivery time on the photos was prompt and earlier than per the contract. We have heard of other couples who have had to wait 4-5 months for their photos, which was so not the case with Rory. I think it was about 5 weeks post wedding.

She made sure to get all the information before hand so the day of it was like she was just another guest floating around being right there for every moment we wanted capture. top of all that, the photographs are stunning. We only have samples so far but they make my heart burst and bring me right back to how I felt on my wedding day. Highly recommend her for any brides looking for a phenomenal photographer.

urselves while she took gorgeous photos! Rory did both our engagement shoot and wedding (winter wedding - of course it was a blizzard!) and she was exceptional. She has a great eye and worked magic with lighting on our engagement day (summertime, outside in a field with wildflowers and a sunset) and was phenomenal on our snowy wedding day. One of the things that was really important to us was to have Rory capture our guests' experience which she nailed (she even brought a second shooter!) and the photos of dancing and celebration make us feel like we can relive our wedding day again and again. I highly recommend Rory. She was fast and efficient, quick to respond to email/text and last-minute needs.
