Rosanna & Co.

Rosanna took on the daunting task of managing all the details of our wedding, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment of our special day without the stress of coordination. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She meticulously handled the logistics with our vendors, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. This gave us the confidence to focus on celebrating with our family and friends, knowing that Rosanna was there to oversee every aspect of the event. What truly sets Rosanna apart is her impeccable communication style. She was always available to answer our questions, provide updates, and offer guidance, making us feel supported throughout the entire planning process. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism made working with her a pleasure. Thanks to Rosanna's hard work and dedication, our wedding day was nothing short of magical. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about making your wedding dreams come true. Thank you, Rosanna, for making our day unforgettable!

Her communication is second to none. We are so glad to have worked with her so that all we had to do was enjoy our special day. We highly recommend Rosanna’s services and will make sure to pass along her info to our friends getting married. Thank you so much Rosanna and team!!!

w a lot at them with a multi-day, multi-cultural wedding celebration and they didn't miss a beat. From literally putting on Elizabeth's shoes right before walking down the aisle, to managing our many vendors, Rosanna and Amanda's attention to detail, ability to listen and execute on our requests, and effort to genuinely make us feel cared for was apparent throughout the entire weekend. The genuine dedication they give to their clients is so evident in all that they do. We would highly recommend Rosanna and her fantastic team to anyone in search of wedding planning & coordination. We feel nothing but love for this incredible woman & team!

ire day ran smoothly. In the months/weeks leading up to the wedding, she helped us think through all the little things we might have overlooked, which made a huge difference. On the day itself, she managed everything seamlessly so we could truly relax and enjoy the celebration. Both Theresa and Rosanna were easy to coordinate with, and we’re so grateful they were such an essential part of the wedding day!

hairstylist in the industry, I was lucky enough to chose the best of the best after working with many professionals. It was an absolute no brainer to choose them. I always tell my clients they need Rosanna and Co, but now I can truly speak from experience.

finish, they were absolutely amazing: organized, calm, professional, and always one step ahead. They made everything feel effortless and allowed us to actually enjoy the day and planning period instead of worrying about logistics.  Theresa deserves a special shout-out — she was my backbone on the wedding day! Her support, reassurance, and attention to every detail made all the difference. I always felt taken care of, she is truly the best!! If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, trust me — Rosanna & Co are worth every penny. Best decision we made!

everything perfectly on time, and made the entire day feel calm and effortless for us. One moment that stands out is when she somehow identified the mysterious honey stain on the back of my dress moments before my first look with my bridesmaids. Rosanna completely handled it and got it out, all without stress or panic and without me noticing until it was done. That alone tells you everything about how prepared, composed, and dedicated she is. Because of Rosanna and Amanda, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. They are organized, kind, and truly care about their couples. I would recommend Rosanna & Co to anyone in a heartbeat!

professional, has a great attention to detail, and truly cares about the happiness of her clients. If we had to re-do our wedding, we would chose Rosanna and her team again without a doubt, no questions asked. All weddings have their ups and downs but with Rosanna and her team, we never once dealt with this (or at least never found out about it). Rosanna is a grade-A human being. She is extremely genuine, hard-working, thoughtful, respectful, and really cares about her cliental. From developing a timeline for day of logistics, to organizing photos, keeping the wedding party in line, and taking care of all vendors, Rosanna and her team successfully accomplished all of these objectives, and more. Rosanna and her team were absolutely amazing and world-class. I recommend their services to any wedding couple that wishes to have a stellar and unbelievable wedding preparation and wedding day!! We can't thank them enough!! Thank you for helping us have the best day ever!!

planning process feel so much more manageable than it would have been had we tried to plan on our own. She gave us stellar vendor recommendations, answered all of our questions, and helped iron out details. Our wedding was the same weekend as the Chicago marathon, but Rosanna carefully thought through any logistical issues that the race posed. On our wedding weekend, she and coordinator Ana were INCREDIBLE in ensuring everything went smoothly, from event setup/breakdown to keeping us on our timeline. Our whole family cannot stop raving about her above-and-beyond thoughtfulness, expertise and professionalism. She’s truly a joy to work with and made us feel so comfortable throughout our entire experience. We could not have done it with her!

groom's mom and I were able to be fully present in our kid's wedding day. We were able to soak in all of the love and joy without a single hassle for the execution of all of the little details. I'm sure things went wrong that day, but we were not aware if they did. We met with Rosanna a few times before the wedding and from the start she calmed our anxieties and kept us organized with all of the minutiae that happens in the time immediately surrounding the wedding day. Rosanna was always quickly responsive to all three of us and was so supportive and protective of R. There are not enough words to express my deep gratitude to Rosanna for caring for us during R & A's wedding prep and celebration. Do yourself a favor, hire her if she is available fro your day. It will be one of the best decisions you make! Rosanna, thank you, thank you , thank you! I will be forever grateful. L

ts, and passionate about her role, but she also goes above and beyond to ensure that our day was amazing. We worked with Rosanna as a day-of coordinator; however, when we were a year to 10 months away from our wedding, Rosanna was quick to answer any of my questions, help me sort out logistical vendor items, or provide support.  Creating and following timelines perfectly is one of Rosanna's many strengths. She is flexible in every situation, all with a calm, cool, collected mindset. Rosanna and Ana executed our wedding day flawlessly. They were so on top of every single detail. We were even way ahead of schedule on the day of our wedding!  Rosanna understood the vision I had for the wedding and ran with it, exceeding my expectations. Everything about our day was perfect, and we have Rosanna and her team to thank for that. We truly could not have had a more perfect day if it weren't for Rosanna and Ana. It was an absolute joy to work with Rosanna, and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a planner/coordinator. Not only were my husband and I able to be fully present on our day, but our parents were too. Her attention to detail is flawless; there is truly no one else I would rather work with. A huge thank you to Rosanna and Ana; we had the most perfect day.

her, she makes you feel like family—she truly cares about you, your vision, and every single detail. She goes above and beyond, not just as a planner but as someone who feels like a lifelong friend. Rosanna has a way of taking all the stress away so you can enjoy every moment, and her talent, warmth, and dedication shine through in everything she does. We are beyond grateful for her and her amazing team!

listened to our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and always kept us calm and confident throughout the planning process. Her attention to detail, creativity, and positive demeanor were beyond anything we could have hoped for. She navigated different personalities of vendors with grace and professionalism, always advocating for my husband and I’s wishes before anything else. Theresa was equally wonderful— extremely organized and a steady presence behind the scenes on the day of. Together, they made the perfect team. Everything ran so smoothly on our wedding day that all we had to do was enjoy every moment. If anything went wrong we did not know until after the fact because Amanda and Theresa were already working to clean up the mess. From the setup to the timeline to the tiniest little touches, it was clear how much care they put into everything. Amanda and Theresa, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping bring our vision to life. You made the planning process joyful and stress-free, and our wedding day was more beautiful than we ever imagined. We feel so lucky to have had you by our side! Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for warm, talented, and truly dedicated planners!!!

moothly was 100% because of them. Before I could even think about what was next in the schedule they had everything set up and ready to go. They were always one step ahead: handing me water, gum/mints, even fans — all without me even having to ask. Any little issue that came up, they handled it seamlessly and quietly, allowing me to be fully present and stress-free. That kind of support is truly priceless on such a busy and emotional day. They helped with everything — removing my veil, bustling my dress, and even changing into my second look. They made sure that all the special moments that I was hoping for happened. At the end of the night, they packed everything up for me and made sure I had a bin of personalized details from the day to take home — such a thoughtful touch that I’ll cherish forever. As if that wasn’t enough, they even captured behind-the-scenes photos and videos throughout the day and sent them to me the next morning. It was so special to wake up to those memories while waiting for the professional shots. I truly cannot recommend Rosanna & Co. more highly. They are professional, kind, incredibly detail-oriented, and just such a calming presence to have by your side. If you’re on the fence — do it. You will not regret it.

us feel prepared for the day. The detailed emails after meetings were so helpful. On the wedding day they were both so prepared to help with anything and we were able to enjoy and soak in the day. We are so thankful for their support and cannot recommend this team enough and we are so happy we made that early decision to choose Rosanna and a day of coordinator. I have already received feedback from family and friends wanting their contacts and just talking about how help and attentive they were to guests needs as well.

o glad she passed along the name. Hiring them was easily one of the best decisions I made throughout the planning process. They thought of everything, right down to a chair for the guitarist. When we had to make a last minute pivot for our ceremony location, Amanda was completely on it. She handled communication with all of our vendors and made sure I felt confident and calm, even with the sudden change in plans. She truly advocated for me and kept everything running smoothly. If any issues came up during the day, I had no idea. We had a unique venue since we got married at a zoo, and she didn’t even blink. Amanda was organized, communicative, and incredibly attentive, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the day. She was so on top of things that even our guests noticed. At one point, a guest’s shoe broke and they went to her for help. Of course, she had superglue ready to go. That’s the level of preparedness she brought to everything. I truly can’t say enough good things about Amanda and the entire Rosanna & Co. team.

with all our vendors. During our wedding week, she helped us put together a Plan B to work around a large protest that was happening on our day to make sure we didn’t have any issues with photo locations / transportation. If anything went wrong the day of, we had no idea. She made sure everything was happening on time and did so many little things that went above and beyond. We’ve had several friends use Rosanna & Co for their weddings before ours & there is a reason why they have all 5 star reviews!

perfect experience because of the hard work of Theresa. She answered our questions, responded to vendors, and kept everyone on task. She was quick to respond and even captured amazing content throughout the day for us to look back on. We highly recommend Rosanna and Co. you will not be disappointed!

m, kind, organized, experienced and just an overall stellar coordinator. She kept us on task, gave us valuable input and was a complete joy to work with throughout the wedding prep process. This is a second marriage for both of us and we have 5 u married adult kids between us and we will encourage all 5 to hire Rosanna for their weddings. We endorse her without reservation.

ndor we hired and they helped us in ways we didn't even know existed. The hardest thing about planning weddings are the unknown unkowns but Amanda and her team got ahead of so many little details for us that made our day magical and went off without a hitch. I would go to the end of the earth to recommend this team to anyone who needs help in their planning process. I can't tell you how many people came up to me during the wedding day and ceremony to tell me how impressed they were with how seamless the whole day was. Even though I was taking credit, I knew deep down I couldn't have done it without them. Use them , it will be the best investment you make!!! Love you guys!

ery little thing before I even had to think about it. I never had to repeat myself, she was on it from the get-go. We used Rosanna and Sarah as our wedding day of coordinators. Three months prior to our wedding day, she gathered up all the information that I had worked on and organized EVERY. SINGLE. DETAIL, making my life stress-free. From creating and managing the timeline to ensuring every vendor was on point, she handled everything with grace and efficiency. I was able to fully enjoy my day, knowing she had everything under control ( like my husband's 19 groomsmen, which was crazy enough for me to process). If you’re looking for someone who will treat your wedding like it’s their own, she’s the one! My husband and I truly agree that her team was the BEST money we had ever spent on our wedding day. 1,000/1,000

ct. They were attentive to every detail and made everyone feel seen, supported and heard which is no easy task. There are a million things going on in order to plan and execute a wedding and we couldn’t imagine doing it without her. From capturing behind the scenes to being our go-to for all questions and needs, she is superwoman! Thank you again for being so amazing.

s 100% worth it. We hired Rosanna & Co for our July 2024 wedding. We worked with Rosanna. We initially met Rosanna about 3-4 months before our wedding to talk about details and make our timeline. That ALONE was sooo helpful. Rosanna was there to help and guide us through the entire planning process. She was always a phone call, text, Instagram message (whatever - your name it) away whenever I needed anything. On our wedding day Rosanna made sure everything went as planned. She was so calm, collected and organized. She was our main contact between all of our vendors and did most of the communication to make sure everyone was on the same page. She had lists of recommendations for any vendor we were missing or interested in. Really, she made our wedding day stress-free. She was always checking in on my now husband and I to make sure we didn't need anything. I mean, she thought of everything**. Most wedding advice I got from people was "your wedding day goes by so fast!" "enjoy the moment" and really, I cannot thank Rosanna enough for all the work behind the scenes to allow us to truly enjoy every single moment. Our family and friends still talk about how great Rosanna was too. She literally is the best. She made sure all of our personal belongings were packed away and ready to be moved at the end of the night. She sent me a detailed text before she left with any information I needed to know as well as where everything was. Oh and not to mention, she ALSO takes photos and videos of special moments throughout the day and shares them with you. I wish I could hire Rosanna over and over again!!! Rosanna, thank you soooo much!!!!!

elped rectify any issues we had small or big (incorrect wedding bouquet/ Tardy Mother of Bride...) They truly went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail whole process enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend them - they are simply the best!

ell, because she truly goes above and beyond. Despite living in a completely different time zone leading up to my wedding, Amanda always made time for texts, emails, calls, etc. when it was convenient to me. She was extremely organized, hands on and helped me stay calm leading up to the big day. Had she not helped with our timeline and final vendor confirmations, I literally do not know how I would have gotten everything done and stayed sane. On the day of, Amanda helped with everything under the sun - picking up my brother-in-law’s tux jacket after a sizing issue occurred, snipping flowers off our bouquets for detail photos after my florist forgot them, making multiple trips to transport myself (!!!) and my bridesmaids to the church in her minivan, bustling my dress, putting in my veil, making sure I had food and drinks during cocktail hour, arranging decor at the reception and keeping track of all of mine and my bridal party’s personal items so we knew exactly where everything was when we needed it. There are probably hundreds of other things she helped with that I’m not even aware of because she makes it that easy. I could go on and on, but the last thing I will say is that you should absolutely hire Rosanna & Co if you are looking for an stress-free wedding day. Thank you so much for everything!!!

already picked out”) said she was his best money spent. My husband & I got married on February 17, 2024. We only had a four month engagement and we hired Rosanna about a month before our wedding. From the very beginning she brings 150%. Anyone could imagine the stress levels that comes with a short engagement and the second she started an instant weight was lifted off my shoulders. Most importantly, beyond her professionalism (and extreme attention to detail!) she brings personality and passion. She was someone I was excited to have apart of every moment of our wedding day. Her and Amanda were the perfect duo. Every vendor enjoyed working with them. And our 32 person wedding party loved them, too. On my wedding day Amanda was making charms for my bouquet that somehow went missing days before the wedding. I needed 2 pictures for the memory photos printed to different sizes for the frames- they stopped and got them immediately after church. They literally made every second of our wedding day feel at ease. Watching a video, they figured out how to bustle my dress (literally took about 20 minutes- my train was no joke!). And somehow managed to capture endless footage of our wedding day for me on my phone. I would recommend them to anyone getting married. You will not be disappointed and you will genuinely fall in love with them. I spoke with countless planners & Rosanna stood out immediately. Her dedication to her work speaks for herself but it is hard to find someone you are genuinely excited to have stand in your corner on the biggest day of your life. I would choose her a million times over! The best in the business.

nuinely passionate about making our special day everything we dreamed of. Her attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of the wedding was executed flawlessly. She took the time to understand our vision and preferences, and then went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Her professionalism and calm demeanor kept us at ease throughout the planning process, even during highly stressful moments. On the wedding day itself, she was like a well-oiled machine, orchestrating everything seamlessly so that we could simply enjoy the moment without worrying about a thing. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful and smoothly everything went. We can't thank Rosanna enough for her dedication and expertise in bringing our dream wedding to life. She truly made our special day unforgettable, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch wedding planner or coordinator.

ing coordinators! We often work with day-of coordinators who are more trouble than they are worth from a vendor's perspective, but Rosanna and her team go above and beyond to make sure each wedding day is perfect. And they do so in a way that is quiet, calm and low-key. They are consummate professionals and truly a joy to work with, we would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a day-of coordinator! You won't regret hiring these amazing women to ensure every detail for your wedding day is perfect!!

en, and she kept me calm through all the nerves. Every family member that interacted with her raved about how kind and professional she was! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend her for a smooth and stress free wedding experience.🤍

r very first meeting I knew she was exactly what I needed. During our initial meeting we discussed things I would have never even thought of. The weeks leading up were so calm. I kept hearing are you nervous? My answer was always no, I’m ready! And that is because I knew Amanda helped me iron out every detail. She kept the entire day running smooth! If I needed something, she already had it taken care of! Not a detail was missed because of Amanda and her team. Her detailed timeline kept everything on track! Her and Rachele became everyone’s go to girls! The next day when you hear from your guests, we heard the usual comments on food, music, decor…..but a very common compliment we received was how outstanding Amanda was and what a huge help she was! So to Amanda, Rachele, and the Rosanna&Co team…THANK YOU!!!!! We literally could not have done it without you!!

s, asking where they should be. What time they have to be at the ceremony. What they need to specifically do. Some are telling you things went wrong or one of the vendors got sick. Your day would be filled with coordinating everything instead of enjoying your day. My wedding was two days ago. Everyone asked me, Sammie, why are you so relaxed? I’ll tell you why. ROSANNA. I booked Rosanna and Co. a month after I got engaged. She was one of the first vendors I booked; and let me tell you, it was the best decision I made (aside from Marrying my Husband 😉). Rosanna and Sarah took care of everything! Even with my type A personality, she put my heart and mind at ease. I genuinely got the opportunity to enjoy my wedding day. From the moment I woke up until I got back to the hotel at 1 am. Worried about your soon to be hubby running late and not making the ceremony on time??? Sarah was there to make sure he was doing everything he needed to do! (Robert is always late but was early and ready day of wedding; THANKS SARAH!!!!) Things that I forgot at the venue and was saying to myself “omg where did I put that??” Rosanna texted me the next morning telling me where everything was; she packed everything so neatly and literally took care of the things I didn’t have to think of. A lot of people say they don’t need a day of coordinator. I get it; you may think you can do this all yourself and you probably can! But is that something you want to do on your wedding day? From months before the wedding, to my rehearsal at the church to the wedding day, she has been by my side through it all. So don’t think twice. I’m telling you, book Rosanna and co. They are incredible! Rosanna, you will forever have a piece of my heart! Thank you, thank you, thank you! ♥️

nteractions, the professionalism, the kindness, the camaraderie, the knowledge, etc., Rosanna & Co will execute in ways you didn't think were possible. My husband and I were incredibly fortunate to work with Rosanna and Amanda. I feel like I've known these women for years, even though we have only spent a short bit of time together. Where there wrinkles throughout our wedding day? Probably, as that's inevitable. But I can guarantee you that I did not notice a single thing other than perfection, because of the skill and dedication that is this team. I generally like to think of myself as an organized person, but there were so many gaps that I didn't even consider, and Rosanna helped me fill in every. single. one. She gave me honest advice whenever I had any questions. She's like Mary Poppins - aside from having a bag alongside her that could fit every wedding-related emergency item you'd need, she's practically perfect in every way. I will forever recommend their services. And wow I truly hope that our paths cross again in the future. It just shows that while their wedding coordinating abilities are top notch, they're also incredible human beings. Wishing them continued success!

f the day, creating beautiful memories. As the bride - I’m not one who can easily enjoy an event that I’m hosting cause I’m always worried about the details or ensuring everyone is having a good time so I knew I had to find a team that I could trust and this 100% was the team for that. They handled all the hiccups with grace - not that I would of known of any, leaving us stress-free and able to enjoy every moment to the fullest. By far one of the best decision we made for our big day. Rosanna even helped us get our marriage license delivered the next day so it was one less thing to worry about. They were just the best team and our wedding day wouldn’t of been as perfect without them from setup, to keeping us on track with our timeline and packing up for the night - they do it all! Don’t hesitate - BOOK Rosanna & Co!

able and fun as well which made my wedding day 1000x better than I could have dreamed of. Every time I met with Amanda leading up to my wedding day I felt a huge sense of relief knowing I was in the best hands. Every little detail is accounted for during the planning process which I greatly appreciated. She was the day-of contact on my wedding day for everybody - not only for me, but also my bridesmaids, groomsmen, family members, vendors, etc. - which as a bride was one of the best feelings knowing that she was there to take care of anything that came up. She is so passionate about her work and will do everything she can to make sure your day runs seamlessly, while also checking in on you personally to ensure you are having the best day :). THANK YOU Amanda + team for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!!!

ossible, Rosanna & Co made my wedding dream come true. Not only was our wedding day seamless, but the months leading up, Rosanna was available, supportive, creative and an advocate. Our venue was not your average wedding venue and among the MANY obstacles along the way, Rosanna was confident and calm the entire time.. which really settled my worries, I trusted that everything would be okay! There was a lot of prep work the venue was not going to do. Rosanna went above and beyond in the days leading up to ensure tasks were completed. Our wedding day ran seamless. Rosanna and Theresa were the most professional, respectful, compassionate and loving. Everything and everyone was taken care of. Rosanna made sure we ate and had our cake. She made sure my grandparents got cake, cookies and coffee without having to leave the table. Several guests said how amazing they were throughout the day/night. I could go on forever about the best day of our lives and how much we love Rosanna and are eternally grateful for her! Hiring R&Co. was the BEST decision we made. If you are thinking about hiring a day of coordinator.. DO IT, and make sure to choose R&Co.

just having fun & getting married! She went above and beyond all day long making sure that every detail was covered and perfect for us and really made sure our dream wedding came true. Loved working with Rosanna & Co!

I would've done without her. I am organized and detailed in general, she thought of things that never even crossed my mind. My family and friends did not have to lift a finger (how it should be) and I was at ease knowing everything was taken care of. She put out fires with grace and didn't break a sweat! There wasn't a moment when she wasn't caring for someone or something. We are beyond lucky that we had her there, I think it would've been a shit show without her quite honestly. She bustled me, put my shoes on for me, gave me confidence, and captured behind-the-scenes footage for me on our special day.... and that's not even scratching the surface. She also proofread my vows as well as our wedding script, gave me many recommendations for other vendors along the way, and came up with a seamless day of plan. I would give her 10 stars if I could!! You will not regret hiring her and do the 12 hours it is most definitely worth it. A wedding coordinator at your venue is NOT the same thing, not even close. She is the calm in a storm. She is a boss and she looks good doing it! I hope I have an occasion to work with her again because she is the best of the best.

nce for both the couple and me as a vendor. Their unwavering dedication and remarkable expertise made the wedding day a truly unforgettable and stress-free event. From meticulously coordinating every detail to ensuring flawless execution, their knowledge and attention to even the smallest of aspects were remarkable. The harmonious harmony they created between the couple's vision and the vendors' services was truly remarkable. I highly recommend Rosanna & Co. to anyone seeking a seamless and remarkable wedding experience.

ization. We were able to be present and enjoy our entire wedding with no worries in the world because the coordinators handled everything!! I cannot say enough good things about Rosanna & Co!

ame way, that is all the more reason to hire a day-of coordinator. My husband was extremely on the fence about the extra expense of a coordinator, but I was confident it would be worthwhile. Rosanna and her team provide so much more than just the day of coordination, there for you if you need anything ahead of time, and then a lot of support the month-of the wedding, which is a very stressful time in the wedding planning process! During our calls and communication leading up, Rosanna created a thorough minute to minute timeline for the day, thought of so many details I hadn’t even considered, and communicated with all of our vendors. Rosanna helped run our church rehearsal and then she simply didn’t miss on the wedding day, she was always one step ahead! Everyone always told me leading up to the wedding that things will go wrong on the day, so I mentally prepared myself for that. I can honestly say, with having Rosanna & Co. there really wasn’t anything (that I know of!) that went wrong. My husband and I were able to be truly present and just enjoy our day with friends and family, stress free! Rosanna helped us have some alone time on our day, would bring us our signature drinks, food, water, anything we could need! Overall, Rosanna is professional, detail-oriented, passionate about her work, and most importantly she is just a joy to be around and you can tell she really cares about her couples. She even doubles as your BTS content creator :) Us brides spend so many months, and sometimes years planning our dream wedding and pining over every detail to make sure it is perfect, you should be able to enjoy your day with your new spouse and know that you have someone there who is not only making sure everything you planned is executed perfectly, but that also has your back and best interests in mind. Think of it as an insurance policy on your day! So even if it takes some convincing to your fiancé, I guarantee he will be singing Rosanna’s praises after the wedding like mine did! Hire Rosanna & Co.!!

gs, I immediately hired them when I got engaged and have zero regrets. They were ON IT! Rosanna helped create a timeline and make sure we stayed right on it. They came prepared with any little thing we could think of needing that morning. They were just a phone call or text away at any minute during the busy details of the last month of planning. You will not be pulled away by any vendor the morning of your wedding because they all go through her. You are truly able to sit back and soak in the most magical day of your life! And ladies, the way they bustle your dress so promptly is amazing. You will not miss out on anything. I had a couple future brides take down their info at my wedding because they stood out that much! People are still talking about how fun they were and how great they were at what they do! 10/10 isn’t even a high enough rating. Hire Rosanna & Co, you’ll be so happy you did!!!

entation, responded to every email and call in a timely manner, shared behind the scenes photos. Even when we had multiple late changes they handled it with grace and professionalism. Our rehearsal and wedding day ran so smooth because of them. Rosanna and Michelle made sure everything was completed and ran according to our timeline, nothing was out of place. It was such an ease of mind, all we had to do was walk down the aisle, get married and dance, everything was handled. If you are hesitant about hiring a coordinator….HIRE ROSANNA & CO. you will not regret it. We are actually based on the West Coast and didn’t even get to meet Rosanna and Michelle in person until the day of our rehearsal, so if you live outside of Illinois, don’t worry Rosanna & Co is still the right fit for you. We already plan on hiring them again for our 10 year anniversary party. Can’t thank this wonderful team of coordinators enough. What are you waiting on….stop reading and hire them now before it is too late!!!

y other upcoming wedding that I have. Rosanna and Amanda were there the day of the wedding, and they got. ish. done. Everything worked flawlessly, and the timeline moved so smoothly. They worked so well behind the scenes of everything that it seemed like the day just naturally happened on it's own. Highly recommend Rosanna & Co. as your wedding coordinators. Don't even bother looking anywhere else. I wish that all of my weddings had them as planners.

d absolutely every detail pre planned- it was magical!! You truly thought of everything- we cannot thank you enough! We will be referring you to everyone and anyone we can think of. It was truly such a pleasure having you as a part of our big day :)
