bridal party and myself because we were all so calm. I did not worry about anything the entire day because I knew everything was getting handled. When you hire Amanda & Rosanna, you also get the best support system. We met with Amanda & Rosanna a few times before the wedding to get opinions on our decisions, went over schedules, vendor information, seating chart, and SO MUCH MORE. Amanda & Rosanna are nothing but professional, but are the most wonderful & fun duo to work with. These ladies fought for me during my rehearsal when the Church Coordinator was being a bit difficult. These woman made sure everything we wanted on our big day was going to happen. It made both of our families relax knowing that they didn't even have to lift a finger. These are just SOME of the things that these two ladies helped me out with: -day of schedule -make up & hair timelines -contacted all my vendors for me to confirm times and locations -made sure we were on schedule the entire day -set up all our place cards, table numbers, neon sign, guest book, went and got our late night snack -attended our rehearsal @ the church -took my phone and captured so many fun moments for me -they even used their phones to capture memories that will last a lifetime, I woke up to beautiful photos & videos -we had to change the seating arrangements & meals the last second due to some family members getting COVID and they handled that with ease -packed up all of my decor and put it in our room while we were partying late -texted me before I went to bed to let me know where everything was in my room -helped me go to the bathroom many times -helped the grooms put their boutonnieres on because who actually knows how to do that? -helped touch up my makeup throughout the day and made sure I was hydrated -directed my photographers on where they should be and what they should be capturing People got confused when I said I hired Wedding Coordinators. They all reply with "Isn't there one at the hotel?" Yes, but that person is for the venue, not for the couples. There is a big difference. We are so thankful for Amanda & Rosanna for helping us on our day. If you hire them, you will not regret it. We have no idea if anything went wrong either! We are so sad the day is over, but will forever remember this day and how much Amanda & Rosanna helped us and our families. Thank you so much ladies! e everything went the way she wanted. They confirmed vendors; they readily rearranged seating when we had an unexpected extra guest; they directed photography and made sure my sister had all the photos she wanted. They set everything up in the reception exactly how she wanted, and they even took it all down at afterwards and brought up to her room! At the end of the night, my sister was frantically looking for her diamond bracelet that she didn't remember taking off. No one knew where it was. No sooner, I got a text from Amanda with a detailed list of where everything was, and sure enough "diamond bracelet is in her room with personal belongings." They were ready for ANYTHING & EVERYTHING that came up that day. Hairspray, reapplying her lipstick, even helping her with her gown in the bathroom! And last minute double-sided tape for me! I was the Maid of Honor, so many of these stressful duties on the Wedding Day would have fallen on me. But because we had Amanda & Rosanna, I was able to fully enjoy and live in the moment, honestly without worrying about a thing. Amanda & Rosanna were our right and left hands that day and I am truly so grateful for them!!

on how great everything was & we owe it all to them! when they say they go above & beyond for your day they are not kidding! they made sure to get in contact with all our vendors so we were all on the same page. amanda regularly checked in with me to see how i was doing & if i needed anything or if we needed anything for the wedding. i looked to her so much for advise & help on the small details & last minute things for weeks/days leading up to the wedding; on the day of, she went out of her way to grab us another garter when the one i purchased was accidentally thrown out! i was blown away when i walked into the venue & saw how they set up for our ceremony & reception. the say of they constantly communicated with us & made sure we were good. i wasn’t expecting them to clean up, pack up all our decorations & gifts, but they did so without hesitation! when the time came for them to leave, i didn’t want them to go! i wished they could’ve stayed & enjoyed the party with us! they are so accommodating & helpful to not only the bride & groom, but to our families & friends as well! i would redo my wedding over & over just to be able to work with them again! to anyone asking themselves if a wedding planner/coordinator is worth it, the answer is ABSOLUTELY YES when it comes to rosanna & co!

It was a long road, including moving in different directions after working with a couple wedding planning teams, changing dates and venues, etc. I can’t imagine carrying the responsibility of balancing the logistics of a wedding ceremony and reception, all while not losing sight of the intent of the day. That wasn’t lost on Rosanna for a single second. To say Rosanna & Co has so, SO much heart, is an understatement. This team was honest, consistent, dedicated, determined, transparent and supportive through & through. I can hardly put into words what it meant to have Rosanna & Co by our side every step of the way, every shoe change, every timeline, every pep talk, every “it’s fine, breathe”. I didn’t realize the value of a coordinator in comparison to a planner. A coordinator helps a couple execute their vision, not plan the most appropriate, fundamentally sound day. if it wasn’t for Rosanna and Amanda I don’t think I would of been able to do it. Decided we needed a “Day Of” wedding planner to take the lead for our big wedding, and I am SO thankful we did. Rosanna was absolutely AMAZING!!! She took the time to get to know us as a couple and our vision for the wedding. She kept me organized and on top of everything for the big day. She was always quick to respond to my emails. She had great tips and advice I never would have thought of. She took care of running the rehearsal, she set up all of our decorations, she was the contact person for all of our vendors. She took care of everything the day of the wedding! Everything ran so smoothly and it’s all thanks to her. She even captured some really special moments by videos and photos on her phone and sent me them the day after the wedding! I am so grateful we picked Rosanna as our wedding planner. of coordinator is not necessary or worth the money - but this team is! IF you want to enjoy your daughters wedding day - Rosanna and team are a MUST! Put them at top of your wedding budget list. I got to enjoy the day with my daughter and her bridesmaids and all the day of activities instead of setting up last minute details or worrying about something not getting done. If you have Rosanna on your team, you will have no day of worries. Don't plan for months and months and then not enjoy every single minute of the actual wedding day! Even if you have well intentioned friends, in the end you will feel bad about them doing all the work. Let your friends help you in the planning but let Rosanna execute the plans. Then let your besties enjoy the day with you. Be with your daughter, enjoy your guests, enjoy the food, enjoy the music and dancing - let Rosanna and her amazing team do ALL the day of work - I promise you won't regret it!! They are kind and the hardest working women you will meet. There is nothing they won't do to make this your best day - including clean up - they're amazing! And besides, for all that Rosanna and team does, they are a real bargain!

I felt so behind on so many things leading up to the wedding & they always instilled a confidence in me that it would all get done & there was no need to worry. A lot of times I would have other vendors make comments like, "well you really have to get that done..." or "it could be a bit late for that but we'll try.." Rosanna & her team never made comments like that & never made me feel stressed about things coming together. They were patient & uplifting & in the end, everything did indeed come together so wonderfully. :)

before the night ended with photos of the evening taken on it. My groomsmen needed to focus, Walla, they charmed them into a straight line with million dollar smiles. Floating candles were missing for our tables, Cha Ching, they appeared in the vases looking stellar on our escort table! Our flour girl was missing minutes before the processional, Za Zam, she zestfully came into the door right at the knick of time! Some boutonnieres were missing, Ding Ding, they appeared with them. The bride was nervous about having the extra bouquet for the toss, Zing, she turned to her right and there it appeared being handed to her. You can have a beautiful wedding but these ladies add that magic. They make things happen and make that stress magically disappear so you can enjoy the moment. Please make sure Rosanna is the FIRST vendor you hire because she will be the LAST one to leave your side! FYI, this is the groom leaving this review, imagine how the bride must have felt.

In addition, as we were taking pictures, Rosanna and Amanda headed to the reception hall to organize our decorations and help our wedding vision come to life. I would recommend Rosanna and Amanda to literally ANYONE. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without them. They were life saviors and now our close friends. We love you Rosanna and Amanda!!!

Rosanna coordinated with all my vendors and even pointed out important details that I missed during planning. For the rehearsal, she sent one of her assistants, who was wonderful. Her assistant made sure the rehearsal ran smoothly and every detail was covered. As for my wedding day, I don’t even know where to start. Rosanna and Amanda put my mind at ease the entire day. Rosanna made sure that we were on time all day and took care of EVERY detail so my family/friends, my husband, and I could all enjoy the day. We had a lot going on with 2 sites getting ready (the guys at the hotel and the girls at my parent’s house), a location for the first look/pictures, the ceremony at the church, and then the reception at the banquet hall. They made sure that everybody was exactly where they were supposed to be including my photographers, videographer, and party bus drivers. Rosanna and Amanda were prepared for ANYTHING! They even had TUMS when I had an upset stomach. They kept my ring bearers focused and entertained. They even took pictures and videos for us to look back on. I could go on and on! I will definitely be referring them to all of my friends and family!

She gave us vendor recommendations that saved us tons of money, organized our timeline, organized and set up our decor, and kept our vendors and people on track. But she did soooo much more than what your typical month of coordinator sells you. She truly made our wedding. Everything felt like a well oiled machine and we didn't have to worry about a thing! It was not only how she seemed to read our minds and know exactly what we wanted, made our vision for our wedding come true, but the little things as well: she would just be there with a bottle of water asking when the last time I had some water was, she fixed a crazy bustle when it was falling apart, she was sensitive to my now- husband's anxiety and our huge families. She had such attention to detail, remembering important information about people in our party, coordinating all the vendors, and keeping everyone on task. She went above and beyond to make sure the day was special for us and it was! It was so nice to not have to worry about anything. To hand it off and have confidence that it would be taken care of as if I was doing it. I honestly don't know that anyone else could have done it quite like her! ou ladies nailed. The number of times you went out of your way for us, how often I saw you both going over and beyond and the dedication I saw to your work was breathtaking. You ladies tackled an outdoor wedding of 150 where almost everything was DIY. When it started down pouring 2 hours before the ceremony, you were so prepared. I loved how you kept in contact with me and helped us decide how to move forward. I watched you both hustle to wipe down chairs and make sure everything was dry for the ceremony. The white umbrellas were such a blessing to have, we will be sending you those pictures! There were a few times I saw you carrying my nephew, like he was your own, so my brother could walk down the aisle and yet still stayed productive. We had guests coming up to us all night and telling us how amazing you ladies were and how good of a job you were doing. They were just amazed at how hard you ladies were working. You could double your fees and still you would be worth more. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I owe a lot of that to both of you. I am so grateful to you both.
