Rosarito Food Truck took a deposit of $479, failed to provide food to a wedding rehearsal dinner in Fredericksburg TX in May 2021 and, to date, failed to refund our deposit. Just before the event date we contacted Rosaritio Food truck to confi...rm we were still good for the May 2021 date. They replied they would be unable to meet the written contractual obligations and left us without a food vendor 11 days before the event. We acknowledged their cancellation and requested a return of the deposit. Despite Rosarito Food Truck’s failing to cater the event and failing to fulfill their contract, they have ignored multiple requests for a refund and have not refunded our deposit.
