About this vendor
The 'Baja Taco', is a natural fusion between the mexican pacific seafood & oriental traditions. When japanese fisherman arrived at the pacific coast, they showed the mexican cooks their tempura tradition and a blending of spices from the two cultures emerged, bringing a special hint of asia into the baja cuisine.
Inspired and thrilled by baja californian & asian gastronomy serving our food in an original form.
We are delighted to bring a simple but unique experience.

before the event date we contacted Rosaritio Food truck to confirm we were still good for the May 2021 date. We acknowledged their cancellation and requested a return of the deposit. Despite Rosarito Food Truck’s failing to cater the event and failing to fulfill their contract, they have ignored multiple requests for a refund and have not refunded our deposit.
