Over the course of months of research, spreadsheets, and plumbing the depths of my project management skills, I realized people are expected to plan their weddings without the benefit of professional training, and then never use those skills again. Hiring Kaila as our day-of coordinator was the best money we spent on our whole wedding! She was so attentive to my needs as the bride and our day went seamlessly. I was able to just enjoy my wedding because she handled everything!

Kaila is really great! We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our recent micro wedding and it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She was able to advise us on the event timeline, toast procedure, etc. in the months leading up to the big day, which was incredibly helpful since we'd never done this before. She also attended our rehearsal and helped make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew the plan. She was great at collaborating with our officiant during this process as well. But it was the day of the event when she really shined. As the bride, I didn't want to have to think about any logistics at the venue while I was getting ready and with Kaila, I didn't have to! She sent me one quick question via text that morning that I was glad to weigh in and otherwise, she totally took care of the rest. The venue looked amazing, everything ran like clockwork, and she made sure to keep us in the loop when (and only when) it was necessary. She even brought us some appetizers to snack on while we were waiting on a vendor to arrive to bustle my dress so that we didn't miss out on our own food! If you're looking for a great partner to provide just that little extra coordination the day of your event, I highly recommend Kaila!

Kaila was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in Silverton, OR. She was always there to answer questions and prompted us with insightful questions during regular video calls on all aspects of the wedding. Having a seasoned pair of eyes on our timelines, seating arrangements, and vendor orders helped avoid problems we weren’t even aware of. During the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Kaila took charge and lifted the stress of coordinating the wedding so we could focus on each other and those we love. It made all the difference. We highly recommend her!

Kaila was incredible to work with! I am convinced it would not have been the same day without her diligent work and sunny demeanor.
Our planning meetings were productive and she offered tons of insight to things we didn't think of.
From rehearsal she taught us how to be in a wedding ceremony, to the day of she seemed to be right where we needed her most!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kaila to make my wedding dream come true. Not only was she fun to talk with but she really showed how much she cares for us and our needs on our wedding day. She took such a load off me and my family and I can’t thank her enough. It was so nice to have our zoom meetings prior to the day and sort out all the details out! My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Kaila at Rose & Fern Events for your wedding.
As the bride (and someone who has anxiety), not only was I able to enjoy the last week or so leading up to the wedding, but I was able to fully enjoy the morning of the wedding (and the actual wedding) because of Kaila.
She is friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. She is so on top of everything, to the point where she knew that we were wanting to do a group shot with our little group of best friends, and she went out of her way to hunt down my husband and our best man to make sure we were all together to get it done.
We got married in April of this year and to this day, we STILL have members of our family and our friends talk about how impressed they were with Kaila and her skills.

Kaila ensured every detail of our wedding went perfectly as I had planned it. On the day of, she ensured we didn't have to think about a thing. She took care of it all. I have a hard time trusting people with my vision and Kaila executed it all literally perfectly. And she was also helpful. Even if we needed water or drinks or literally whatever, she was right there ready to help us and it was such a comfort. Prior to the day of, she also helped me a lot with managing my timeline. She helped me understand what we would have time for, what would be too hard to squeeze in, and how to orient the night so we got to every special moment we wanted in a smooth way. She was gracious, and prompt with all of my emails, even wellllll before the actual wedding, and I'm so grateful we had someone looking out for us so we didn't have to worry about a thing! Highly recommend Rose and Fern Events for wedding coordination! Kaila was communicative from the start, quickly answered questions when they came up during the planning process and went above and beyond to support us when we had a last-minute issue with another vendor. Kaila worked well with our other vendors and venue owner and took care of everything on the big day so that we could focus on enjoying ourselves. Kaila was a valuable addition to our day and we couldn’t have pulled it off without her!

I honestly knew I wanted to go with Kaila right after our first zoom call. She was so easy to work with and made sure to ask all the right questions when preparing for the big day. We did not feel stressed during the wedding day because we knew Kaila was directing and coordinating everything with decor and set up and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She helped with personal requests, made sure we stayed on schedule throughout the day and was just overall AMAZING! Cleanup was a breeze because of her and we could not have done the day without her!!!

Kaila was our day of coordinator and we’re so happy to have found her. You guys, weddings are hard to plan. Theres so much more going into it than i had originally thought. She made sure the wedding went extremely smoothly. She was a breath of fresh amidst all the planning and fine details. During the planning stages, she brought up things that we had not thought of and gave us ideas for decorating the place and the timeline for how everything would go down. She communicated with venues and caterers for us when she could, which was extremely helpful because they asked a lot of freaking questions. The way she structured our meetings leading up to our event was perfectly timed. Everything went flawlessly.

Kaila did a phenomenal job with communication throughout the entire planning process! When it came to the month-of and week-of meetings, she had all of the right questions to help us make sure we had everything together and ready for her to take over. On the day-of, she kept everything on schedule with our timeline, and worked out any kinks we had while not letting it impact the flow and experience of the wedding. Kaila was a vital piece to our wedding day and worth every penny in our wedding budget. If we had to plan another event, she would be our first call!

Oh my gosh! Kaila was fantastic. My sister found her a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding, because I was getting frustrated trying to iron out details and did NOT want to be responsible for all the day of action. So glad Kaila was available. What a pro - she jumped right in, ironed out & tracked details and was like a magic fairy floating around on the wedding day. I 100% recommend her. She is super nice and excellent project manager.

Kaila did a great job as my day-of-coordinator for my engagment party. She had very clear and timely communication prior to the event, and then on the day showed up and did an amazing job coordinating the event! She is easy to spend time with and very kind, and was willing to help out in any way! (m'cing, keeping bees away from the food, organizing group photos). We couldn't have ran the night without her, I highly recommend her services!
