I think she also has great eyes for design and aesthetics, she did a great job with making sure that everything looked beautiful on our special day. wedding, to all the logistics on the day of, we are truly grateful. We didn’t hear of any issues throughout the day as she just took care of it all. In fact, several of our bridal party and family members commented to us afterwards on how organized she was. We would highly recommend Rose & Fern as a wedding coordinator!

She also helped us think of little things in the weeks leading up, like including a pen with our marriage license so we’d have something to sign it with.  Kaila helped keep us both stress-free so we could focus on each other and having fun. The week of the event, she was the one communicating with all our vendors to ensure they knew when/where they were supposed to be. I contacted Kaila who was already booked for my date, but she put me in contact with her associate Samantha. Samantha was absolutely fantastic! She helped me plan all the details, big and small. I was in contact with her months before the wedding and extra time the week before to make sure everything was taken care of. She was in contact with all of my vendors to confirm they would be at the right place at the right time, and thought of things I would have totally forgotten about. The day of she did most of the setting up and took care of any issues that came up. I couldn’t have done it without her. I definitely recommend choosing Rose & Fern for your wedding planning!

earer, we realized we would need some outside help. Enter: Kaila. She responded to our inquiry the same day, and we set-up a time to meet to discuss our wedding. We left that initial consult knowing that she would be the right choice! We had A LOT of questions, but every time we met, Kaila had answers or suggestions. She was patient with us when we were still deciding about certain aspects of the wedding and flexible when we wanted to adjust things later on. And she was always prompt in her responses to our emails! Having her take the reins the day-of reduced our stress immensely, allowing us to enjoy each and every moment of our wedding. She helped with setting up decor, worked closely with our vendors, and actively communicated with the wedding party to make sure everything ran smoothly. She also attended our rehearsal and helped make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew the plan. She was great at collaborating with our officiant during this process as well. But it was the day of the event when she really shined. As the bride, I didn't want to have to think about any logistics at the venue while I was getting ready and with Kaila, I didn't have to! She sent me one quick question via text that morning that I was glad to weigh in and otherwise, she totally took care of the rest. The venue looked amazing, everything ran like clockwork, and she made sure to keep us in the loop when (and only when) it was necessary. She even brought us some appetizers to snack on while we were waiting on a vendor to arrive to bustle my dress so that we didn't miss out on our own food! If you're looking for a great partner to provide just that little extra coordination the day of your event, I highly recommend Kaila!

so leading up to the wedding, but I was able to fully enjoy the morning of the wedding (and the actual wedding) because of Kaila. She is friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. She is so on top of everything, to the point where she knew that we were wanting to do a group shot with our little group of best friends, and she went out of her way to hunt down my husband and our best man to make sure we were all together to get it done. We got married in April of this year and to this day, we STILL have members of our family and our friends talk about how impressed they were with Kaila and her skills. Do yourself a favor and hire her!

Kaila worked well with our other vendors and venue owner and took care of everything on the big day so that we could focus on enjoying ourselves. Kaila was a valuable addition to our day and we couldn’t have pulled it off without her!

We did not feel stressed during the wedding day because we knew Kaila was directing and coordinating everything with decor and set up and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She helped with personal requests, made sure we stayed on schedule throughout the day and was just overall AMAZING! Cleanup was a breeze because of her and we could not have done the day without her!!!
