beth designed and created the most amazing flowers for an Indian wedding that I planned on April 2017 in Louisville, KY. Communication was a big deal for us as I’m based in Brooklyn and the Bride too. The bride didn’t want to have the traditional Indian wedding in terms of flowers and decorations, so I knew that we needed a great florist to achieve the look that she was looking for. Elizabeth is fantastic! She communicated everything effectively via email and phone calls. She made sure to go over every detail in the first consultation and then she sent a detailed proposal with pictures of the flowers she'd chosen to make the vision a reality. She is very sweet, easy going and 100% reliable! I don’t have enough good words to describe the great experience that I had working with her. The day of the wedding when I Saw the flowers the I was speechless. They were absolutely gorgeous!!! She was able to take the bride’s vision and create a work of art. In addition, Elizabeth worked with us to make sure the design plan was within our budget and she put in the extra mile doing things behind the scenes the day of our wedding that we had no idea about! As the groom I had very little say in the design plan (largely by choice!) but I couldn't have been happier with the final outcome. Highly recommend Elizabeth!

The flowers were stunning, the designs enticing with lots of attention to detail. She carried the theme throughout the entire venue which made it even more elegant. We are lucky to have Elizabeth here in the Bluegrass and I definitely count her among my friends. The event she planned for me was stunning in every way and exceeded my expectations beyond.

ot just for the florals. I asked to make some adjustments to the Design 3 weeks before the wedding and she was quick to come through and make it work. The floral were absolutely gorgeous and our cake table was amazing!!! I couldn't be any happier that we chose her for our big day!!!

When it turned out that our final head/table count was a little lower vs. originally planned, Elizabeth had great suggestions on how to repurpose the extra centerpieces into more lush arrangements and cake decorations. On the actual day of, I was stunned by how gorgeous all of the arrangements and sprays looked. My only regret is that I didn't take some of the arrangements back home to NY with me to preserve, but at least we will always have the photos. Would highly recommend Rose + Thistle for anyone wanting a gorgeously decorated wedding or other special occasion!
