a hill at the venue to drop off our guests for the ceremony and then we had issues getting her to agree to start shuttling our guests back after offering a solution to the hill issue. Ultimately it worked out, but our guests were frightened on the trip to the venue and then our shuttle back schedule got interrupted when the driver refused to start shuttling guests back.

were pleased and would hire them again. The minibus for the rehearsal dinner had a little bit of an odor, but the driver was great and got us where we needed to be. Our wedding day coaches to take our guests to the ceremony and back were more luxurious and comfortable. Their initial arrival was a little late, which was a little frustrating because I went line by line with Rose through the itinerary overall the phone and confirmed everything. However, they successfully incorporated a specific route we requested on the way back through narrow streets, and the rest of the relatively complicated itinerary went very smoothly.
Phyllis at Rose made everything so easy for us! My mom really enjoyed working with her and knew that she had everything covered from day 1!
