great listeners, detail-oriented, and very responsive with creative ideas and beautiful design concepts. They were also very accommodating every time I had an edit or new idea leading up to the big day. My initial perception of Rose Garden Florist was more than accurate. When the wedding day finally arrived, they were on-site bright and early to deliver gorgeous wedding party arrangements, and to set up the elaborate ceremony and reception displays well before guests arrived. Their professionalism and work ethic helped make our day not only relaxing (for us) but super special. Everything turned out better than I could have imagined and far exceeded my expectations (which were high to begin with). Simply stated, our wedding day flowers were beyond perfect. The team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. (My guests are still talking about the flowers and how amazing they were. Thank you for everything!

I ordered an arrangment to be delivered yesterday (1/29/2018), and while the customer service your company provided was great, the arrangement th...
at arrived wasn't. Some of the flowers that arrived were wilting and browning already. They did not look fresh at all. The flowers were delivered around 10AM and the picture I will attach to this post was taken shortly after, which shows the browning flowers.
Picture taken 20 minutes after the flowers were delivered. The flowers do not look fresh and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone informed me that a new truckload of fresh flowers would be arriving later yesterday afternoon. It is my conclusion that the store used older inventory to fulfill my flower arrangement, which is unacceptable.
These florists were super professional and made my vision a reality! Pricing was decent as well!

I went in we were able to see flowers that she was doing for another wedding. She also had a book of pictures to show us from previous weddings. We meet with her later and decided on one of her packages which she also altered for me since I didn't need some of the items in the package. She also added more flowers in my bouquet than she usually did as well as giving some extra boutonnieres just in case we needed them. It worked out great for me!
