ear and a half working out every detail and connecting her with my day of coordinating so I could hopefully enjoy my day - worry free. Due to unforeseen circumstances out of her control Stephanie could not be the venue manager on my day - instead she sent Kiwi. (Yes, that was her name).
If for any reason Stephanie can’t be present on your day - make sure it’s NOT kiwi taking her place.
For more than six months now I have been unable to get over how much this person ruined my day.
As I had said, I had planned my day meticulously- my ceremony to the minute and worked all this out with Stephanie and my day of coordinator well before my wedding. Well Kiwi took it upon herself to change the entire entrance of my bridal party. Instead of waiting outside the church doors for a grand entrance I was shoved in a closet with this woman I had never met before. I couldn’t even take a moment to breathe and be present in the moment before I walked down the aisle because she wouldn’t stop talking or let me TOUCH MY DRESS THAT WAS IN MY BODY. After the ceremony, she again wouldn’t let myself or MY NOW HUSBAND touch my dress or hold my dress. She rushed us out of the church - we didn’t even get to finish family photos before she kicked us out and then interrupted photos with my husband and I to clear out the bridal suites - mind you we had point people for these tasks. After we cleared the church and Kiwi “finally” got to go home, everything else went off just fine.
I am so heartbroken when I think about the most important part of my wedding day bc this of this person, I just hope that if Stephanie has to miss another event that she finds a better replacement.

hat all is included, it actually is more cost efficient than other area venues. You get both the ceremony and reception venues, tables, chairs, linens, some decorations, a time slot for rehearsal, and someone to help everything flow smoothly. My only complaint with the venue was that I wasn't able to come in and decorate the night before which made my wedding day crazy and stressful. We weren't able to get into the church until two hours before we had to be there for pictures, which was not enough time to have everything set up. As the bride, I was already nervous and stressed, and this made it worse! However, everything turned out great in the end and worked out perfectly! I just wish you could book the venue for the whole weekend (Fri-Sun) so that it wouldn't be so stressful on the wedding day. It would help to be able to set up things on Friday and have Sunday afternoon to clean up. Overall, it is a beautiful place for a wedding and the owners are very quick to answer questions along the way and they help direct the wedding, which helped a ton!

The reception hall next door was great. The outside of the ballroom is very deceiving, it looks kind of plain and just your typical building, but the inside is absolutely perfect with the lights, draping, and chandeliers. The hall can sit 200 people, we had just over 150 and it was very comfortable.
For us, having the wedding and the reception at one location was key. Rose Hill was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The fee included both the church and reception hall, day of coordinator, as well as the tables, chairs, linens, chair covers, table mirror plates, and candles (for church and reception). The only decorations we brought in ourselves was flowers, table runners, and chair bows. They now offer the table runner and chair bows as an additional package, if it had been available when we originally booked we would have taken advantage of it.
It was wonderful having everything already on site and not having to fool with all the extra rentals. I highly recommend Rose Hill Weddings. They made our day so easy and stress free!!

ok like I probably would've gone elsewhere. The staff is very pushy and when it comes to decorations or the flow of the ceremony its almost a my way or the highway kind of feel. I think if you're going to spend that much money on a venue your opinion should be the only one unless you're doing something harmful. Don't get me wrong, my wedding was fantastic, but if you're a DIY bride and you have lots of ideas for your wedding space this is not the place for you.
