f the wedding photos. Although we were refunded the cost of the arch - the photo shoot had to be completely changed and my daughter, the Bride, was extremely upset on what was supposed to be a beautiful day for her and her husband. I would NOT RECOMMEND this florist for anything.

aids and me, boutonnières and corsages for our wedding party, loose stem flowers for our tables, rings of greenery for our tables, some excess greenery for other parts of our wedding, a wall and floor installation for a corner of our venue, and a large hanging floral arrangement to go over our ceremony and reception table. Very long story short, the large hanging arrangement came out terribly and was by far the biggest, most stressful problem of my wedding day. This hanging arrangement was THE focal point of our wedding and I sent multiple photos (and sent them multiple times) of exactly what I wanted it to look like. The arrangement did not come out anything close to what we talked about or the photos I provided. Because the finished product was so far off mark and I was visibly upset by the arrangement they created, I expected to hear from Ashley after the wedding, but heard nothing. A couple weeks after the wedding, when I reached out to Ashley about getting a partial refund, she basically told me they wouldn’t refund me and tried to transfer blame onto me and those that helped me on my wedding day. On top of the hanging arrangement being completely subpar, the bouquets were not at all what we talked about or what I asked for, and both the boutonnieres and bouquets began falling apart as soon as they were picked up. This ended up being a complete nightmare and a huge drain on energy. I am still so disappointed with the arrangement in the photos, it almost makes me cry. At the end of the day, you’re hiring a professional to do a good job and deliver what you asked for and what they agreed to deliver. This is not what happened because we hired Rose Petal. Would not recommend working with Rose Petal whatsoever.

pick up our cake flowers. I had a minor meltdown because we drove two hours when we could have driven 30, but the folks at the cutbank storefront were so sweet and great to work with. They let me pick out my own cake flowers and they couldn’t have been more beautiful. Had a delicious latte there too! Wonderful people and gorgeous floral designs.

e liked pinks and greens and were happy to let them take creative control of the design. We met with her again about a week before the wedding and she was so reassuring and positive and helped us solidify our last minute details on what florals we needed, etc. I was blown away when the flowers were delivered; they created the most breathtaking floral arrangement with lots of local wildflowers. It was honestly better than I could have imagined - I couldn’t stop staring at them! Additionally, our wedding day ended up being pretty hot and they worked with our venue to arrange a later delivery time to ensure that our flowers still looked amazing for our outdoor service in full sun. I highly recommend rose petal floral. They were so nice and easy to work with, and created absolutely beautiful floral arrangements for our special day.
