Rose Petal Flowers

get an email not a phone call at 11am that the arrangement I paid for was not available. At 12:40 my MIL texted me to say thank you for the flowers. She sent a pic. The flowers were arranged poorly not at all what I ordered. The roses were dying and the vase was hideous. I called the shop. The owner answered and was very rude once I told her I wasn’t happy with the flowers. I asked why didn’t they call I would have cancelled if they didn’t have the flowers I ordered. She laughed arrogantly and said I should be thankful I got that. We kept going back-and-forth until she said she would just go pick them up. Hung up on me, I called back FOUR TIMES from my cell phone and this awful lady would not answer. I finally called from another phone and told her not to pick up the gift I gave my MIL and she said “DO you work for free!” I told her I didn’t want a refund just an apology for her rudeness and for false advertisement!! Please do not waste your money here!! The owner is so unprofessional!
