We live right outside Houston and decided to get married in New Orleans. My girlfriend from college who lives there recommended I contact Rosemary and Roux. Right away they were very helpful with recommending venues, rental companies, officiants, you name it. Their menu sounded mouth watering! We came down for tours and a tasting in early February and the shrimp and grits was the best I ever had. My husband fell in love with her deviled eggs with jalapenos and bacon. We ended up having the wedding and reception in a private home Uptown that Chef Katie arranged. It was a real New Orleans experience! Because of covid she set up multiple stations for food with servers doling out the servings instead of everyone bunched together in a buffet line sharing serving spoons. My husband and I ate a private meal in the house before our first dance. Everything looked beautiful. All the vendors they recommended were top notch too. After the wedding all my guests went on and on about the food. I couldn't have done any of it without Rosemary and Roux. Highly recommend!

We are so pleased with everyone at R&R! First our sales person Jen was great at helping us a nail down a menu. We got married in a location outdoors with no type of kitchen or even a staging area for the caterer AND it is an hour and a half drive from New Orleans. They brought a tent and set it away from the reception and even had basically a makeshift kitchen with them so all the food was hot and fresh. My coordinator told me they arrived 2 hours before the guests and she couldn't believe how quickly they got set up. They were passing hors d'oeuvres as the guests arrived and the buffet was already set so when it was time to eat all they did was open the chaffing dishes and remove covers. Their equipment was beautiful. They buffet tables were decorated, and the real show stopper was the table of cheese. It was by the bar and had a whole bunch of different cheese, meats, pickles, fruit, sauces, crackers, etc... All my guests loved it and were taking pictures. At the end of the night the servers helped us get all our gifts to the car and even helped the coordinator pick up decor. They were all super nice and the food BTW was absolutely DELICIOUS . All my guests keep raving about it. We chose the shrimp and grits as a main entree but we also had a carving station of prime rib. Hands down the best prime rib I ever had! Chef Katie packed us up leftovers and we ate it for breakfast. It was delicious even cold. I highly recommend this company!

Rosemary and Roux were fantastic! Food was delicious and they were very accommodating for our many dietary restrictions. Everyone said they were able to eat enough and the food was well received. The bartenders were the real starts of the night serving it up strong and keeping guests entertained (or going along with the guests antics) there was one or two hiccups about the bar menu not being exact however when I brought it up Chef Katie offered to comp the difference. I would absolutely recommenced them for anyone who wants to drink feast and be merry.

I have used Rosemary and Roux for many events and they never disappoint, so of course I had to use them for my wedding. My guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was and how beautifully everything was presented. The staff is very professional and courteous and you won't be their prices anywhere when comparing apples to apples. Everything was flawless and so so good!!
