She stated that she would email a budget proposal in the next few days. 9/15/15 I texted Jessie to confirm she had my correct email address as I never received the proposal. She replied that she would send it as soon as she gets back to her computer. ONE MONTH LATER After numerous calls and emails, I have given up trying to reach her. The final straw came today when I confirmed that her shop was screening my calls by calling from a friend's phone. Jessie did not even have the courtesy to reply to an email letting me know she didn't want our business. If you actually care whether flowers show up for your event, don't call Rosetree.

told them, because I confirmed several times and not only were the bouquets wrapped in the wrong color, the boutonnieres were a flower I asked to not have and they forgot a bridesmaid bouquet. I also had trouble getting a hold of them. Beautiful work, but you have to stay on top of it.

pt for a few yellow ones like my husband gave me on our first date 16 years ago. I was a little worried about what I would get since I didn't know what I wanted but the flowers were fantastic. She had just the right amount of yellow to blend with the watermelon and the guys boutonnieres weren't all girly but fit in perfectly. And the price was great since we were on a tight budget.
