Rosetree Weddings & Events

ing. While the wedding was in Tennessee and they were located in Minnesota it never felt that way. They helped us find amazing vendors and truly made our wedding day feel so personal and unique. It was so nice to be able to trust them throughout the whole process and not have to stress about a thing. At the end of my wedding night I had multiple vendors talking about how amazing Rosetree was, and we couldn’t agree more ! We are incredibly thankful for them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone whether you live in Minnesota or out of state! They will make your day perfect!

detailed timeline for the rehearsal and wedding day and flawlessly executed everything. She coordinated with all of the vendors and ensured my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of. She set up all of our ceremony and reception decor that our venue was not able to do. There was not a single hiccup the entire day. Our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. I couldn’t imagine having anyone else execute our wedding coordination. I highly recommend hiring Rosetree for any event/wedding planning and coordination.

iment! We love and appreciate her dedication to her craft and, as always, “Obrigada, Paloma!”

h day of coordinator services and went above and beyond to help us with our day of timeline, vendor coordination, day-of logistics, and provided industry insight on decisions big and small along the way - all of which made our lives so much easier. Her team is responsive and we felt very well cared for from start to finish. We are very grateful for this addition to our day.

e the party special by finding the best caterers, bartenders, bakers and security firms. On the day of, she was right there making sure everything went off without a hitch. Her price was very reasonable for the services performed. Solid 5 star.

ience, and insights. Thank you!!

above and beyond to ensure our wedding ran smoothly and communicated effectively with our vendors. We would highly recommend working with Rosetree for event coordination!

inating. I never realized how complicated the process of wedding planning can be, but Paloma executed flawlessly. She is one of the most experienced professionals out there and has such a great reputation that many of the vendors gave us special ‘friends of Paloma’ discounts and became visibly excited when we told them who we were working with. I simply could NOT recommend her enough!!!! If you hire Paloma I guarantee you will have the most beautiful stress-free wedding of your dreams. She just doesn’t know how to do it any other way.

day went off without a hitch. She put in so much work behind the scenes. I didn't even think about the logistics that day ... which is a huge win for any bride. I knew that Lauren had everything handled and that I didn’t have to worry. It was especially wonderful that she made sure that all of our decor was packed up and ready to go at the end of the night. She made sure that our wedding completely exceeded all of our expectations. We truly can’t thank her enough! I highly, highly recommend Rosetree!

the most perfect wedding I could have ever imagined. Jess is so good at her job. We hired her nearly two years before our wedding, and I would pay double to work with her again. We interviewed quite a few different planners when we first started planning, and Jess and Rosetree stood out from the beginning. They have the resources of a larger planning company (great relationships with vendors and access to aisle planner) but Jess made the whole process feel so personal. I was honestly so surprised to see how many other (fabulous) weddings Jess was working on while planning ours, because it felt like she was only working with us!! Jess was available whenever we needed, which was especially important as we planned our wedding across the country. She also worked around our busy work schedules when scheduling meetings/check-ins. And then, there was the wedding itself. Jess has a background in design, which was so apparent as she put together our dream vision board and eventually dream wedding. We wanted it to be colorful with a lot of beautiful flowers - and she delivered! She worked closely with all of our vendors to make sure that they were all on the same page when it came to the design and eventually bringing it all to life. Jess also stayed on top of all the logistics during the whole planning process - she took care of all the coordination and communication with the vendors, allowing us to get through the whole planning process with little to no stress. I had no worries going into the wedding day about anything because I knew Jess had it all taken care of. Not only did she keep everything organized leading up to the wedding, but during the wedding day itself she kept us all on track and helped to coordinate a ceremony and reception at two separate venues with transportation for all of our guests. My family all loved her and was all equally impressed. I have too many good things to say about Jess and Rosetree to fit in one review, but all in all, I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who is planning a wedding!

cts of planning like budgeting etc was taken care of! If i could recommend anything for all of the future brides is to spend the money on a planner, it is worth it.

before the event. Right off the bat she was friendly and helpful. She was quick to respond to all of my questions from three months out all the way to the day of our wedding. She comes with a lot of experience and I could tell at the start. That was super helpful for someone that has never been married before! Jess created our day-of timeline and communicated with all vendors. It was so nice to have her to take on such big tasks. She attended our rehearsal at the church where there was an additional coordinator. It was the church’s policy to use their coordinator for the ceremony. Jess was polite and stepped aside but offered additional suggestions when I turned to her during a rather confusing conversation rehearsal. Upon reflection after the wedding, my family agreed that we wish Jess could have taken the reigns on the ceremony portion because she is so organized, clear, and helpful. Jess arrived the day of ready and excited to be a part of this big event. She and her assistant, whom we also loved, greeted vendors and got the whole venue set up for us. That was an incredible task that my family and I didn’t need to worry about. They had it all done in the blink of an eye. They also cleaned up at the end of the night and insisted that the groom and I go enjoy our wedding night. She hugged me, said she’ll miss us, then sent us on our way. So thoughtful! Overall, I have to say that using Rosetree was amongst the best investments I have ever made. Having Jess help with all of the nitty gritty was an immense help and a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders on a big day. We were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. Jess was the calming presence that a bride needs on her big day. She even knows how to find a tissue when you need it so quickly! I cannot thank you enough, Jess, for all of your time and dedication for making our day so special and seamless. My whole family can tell that you enjoy your job because it shows. You are incredible. With all of our love and appreciation, The Pearsons

ouch with Jess almost every other week for 9+ months, and she was more than willing to work around both of our busy work schedules, a cross-country move to start new jobs, and more. Our Zoom calls with Jess felt like just a usual catch-up with another one of our family members, and she went above and beyond to help communicate effectively with both of our respective parents & all our vendors while maintaining our vision as a couple for our dream wedding. We held an Indian Sangeet, wedding ceremony, and reception, which can be a huge task and challenge for any wedding planner, but Jess again went above and beyond in seeking to understand and represent each moment of cultural and familial significance that we wanted to highlight throughout the wedding. Jess has been a friend and confidant throughout the entire journey, always fielding questions and ensuring we were comfortable during what can be a busy and stressful planning process. Working with Jess means you will have a relationship that goes far beyond that of a wedding planner, as she truly seeks to understand what is important to you, what values you hold, and how you want to have those represented in each special moment of your wedding weekend. We feel like we found a new friend in Jess, and when we think back to our wedding day, we won’t be able to forget the incredible work she put into making our weekend spectacular. If you’re thinking about booking Jess as your wedding planner, don’t hesitate -- just do it! We love you Jess -- couldn’t be more grateful! -Rohan & Kriti

ut Bre from Rosetree proved this service to be worth every single penny & then some! Bre engaged with us early on prior to the wedding (~8 months out) and was responsive to my emails & questions throughout the entirety of the planning process. As we approached the wedding she supported us at our final venue walkthrough and even scheduled separate meetings for us to review the minute-by-minute timeline. She pressure-tested everything when it came to the day of timeline and I found her insights and advice invaluable. Most importantly, she allowed me to be worry-free on my wedding day which is the best you can ask for! THANK YOU x100 to Bre from Rosetree! I highly recommend requesting her services for your day of coordination :)

and gave us confidence at every turn. One thing I did not initially consider was how important the event planner is when locking down critical vendors. Jess had the inside track to the all the most talented vendors and it took our wedding to a level we didn’t think possible! We are so thankful that Jess helped us bring a dream wedding to life and we feel lucky to have made a good friend in the process. Thank you Jess!!!

d being the best advocate for us working with various vendors. We hired Jess to plan 3 events for each of the two Indian weddings of our daughters we conducted over a two year period. She worked very closely with the bride and groom, supporting their vision and also balancing the requests and managing confusion of two sets of parents :-) she was professional in her communication and had a way of solving problems and accommodating everyone’s needs and requests. The second wedding was more complex with three locations, double the number of guests, and had more vendor coordination. She kept them and all of us on track, managed last minute issues, came to our place for several hours to help with our last minute issues and organization. We are delighted and super grateful to Jess and Rosetree for their services and professionalism and recommend them highly for wedding planning and coordination. (Parents of the bride)

hing run smoothly on the day of. She was a great communicator, kind, and calming. Highly recommend!

to feel overwhelming, she was on top of them. She genuinely seemed like our wedding was as important to her as it was to us. Highly recommend.

lism, warmth, and thoughtfulness were a gift to us!

o life! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect – and always with a smile on her face! My mom, who was overjoyed and overwhelmed on our wedding day, said Bre took everything off her shoulders and made it the perfect day. She exceeded our expectations and we cannot stress enough how much we would recommend Bre to anyone.

ole wedding experience. They took care of vendor contacts, timelines, setup and all the cues involved in assuring the wedding was perfect. Both Jess and Jenna were awesome to work with, fun and friendly while staying professional and keeping track of the many details required. I cannot imagine a wedding without them. Thank you to Rosetree for sending us such perfect coordinators. I highly recommend them.

or, but it's important context because she treated the entire process like she was planning a wedding for her best friend and not just a client! Bre went above and beyond every step of the way and made the planning process so much fun! She is not only extremely bubbly and energizing to work with, she's also very attentive, organized and detail oriented. She took my clustered ideas and created the most amazing vision board and then brought it to life. Bre took so much weight off of my shoulders helping me find and coordinate with all of the vendors, stay on track with my to do's along the way and put together the most detailed timeline that ensured everyone was on track. I had fully anticipated at least one thing to go wrong because you are always told that but Bre and her assistant Amy flawlessly executed our dream wedding! When I tell you I didn't have a single thing to stress about on my wedding day, I truly mean it, and I owe it all to Bre! After our wedding on 10/21 my husband and I were reflecting on everything and we both agreed that Bre was the highlight of our wedding weekend! If you are looking for the best day of coordinator, hype woman, calm amidst the chaos of wedding planning and your big day and new bestie, PLEASE hire Rosetree and specifically, Bre!

dream! Being as type A as I am, I didn't know if I was going to jive with a planner. Boy was I wrong! Bre went above and beyond and was a true lifesaver the day of the wedding. Not only did she make the planning process fun during the months leading up, but she was the best hype woman and calming voice during the weekend of. She made sure every detail was taken care of before, during, and even days after tying up all the loose ends! In addition, she had a great assistant (Jess) who helped her execute everything the day of! I was able to truly step back and enjoy my wedding day with no worries which is just what I needed. Bre truly executed the wedding of my dreams and I am forever grateful! I would highly recommend Bre & Rosetree!!

uring the planning process when needed. She went above and beyond day of to make sure everything was perfect and so fun! 10/10 would recommend!

ive and responsive, provided many ideas whenever we felt stuck (with vendors, layout, decor etc), and overall was our biggest cheerleader. Leading up to the wedding family and friends would frequently advise that "something would go wrong, but it would be a great day no matter what". We did have a fantastic day and thanks to Bre (and her wonderful assistant Meghan), nothing went wrong or slipped through the cracks. To say it plainly: the best decision you can make for your wedding is to use Rosetree and especially to request Bre.

hort bouquets for the bridesmaids Bre came up with an on the spot solution that saved the day. I would highly recommend Bre and Rosetree to anyone.

From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and an expert in all-things wedding coordination. Not only did she help keep our day perfectly organized, she helped bring our creative vision to life. She is multi-talented...a planner AND a creative! She built the most beautiful arch backdrop for our staircase entrance. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

to go for the big day. On the day of the wedding Jess was so wonderful. She was especially helpful in making sure several important elderly family members got the help they needed so they could enjoy the day! Would recommend Jess to anyone!

with helpful vendor suggestions and feedback. On the day of the wedding, she was excellent at communicating issues and then immediately telling us how they were already implementing solutions, which for a control freak like myself was perfect (I wasn't blindsided by anything but problems were solved before I had a chance to freak out about them lol). Even when we had a major issue with transportation, she helped immediately set it right and updated the timeline with our photographer to make sure we still fit everything in and the wedding experienced as small of a delay as possible. We had a good amount of DIY elements, and Bre and her secondary coordinator Jenna did great at bringing my ideas to life. I can't recommend these guys enough! Thanks Bre!

ng it without Bre from Rosetree! She was on top of things from our first meeting and shouldered all of the little questions, day-of logistics, and road bumps that would otherwise have fallen to us or our families. Instead, we could sit back and enjoy the evening with our guests without a second thought. I was expecting to be impressed with our venue, the food, the bartending staff, and the band, all of which our guests appreciated. I did not expect how many compliments we would receive due to Bre's charming, professional presence! We cannot recommend Bre and Rosetree enough to anyone considering a day-of coordinator.

, positive attitude and attention to detail and organization made our day go so perfectly, and my husband and I are so grateful that we got to simply enjoy our special day and feel no stress at all. Bre was there to answer my questions leading up the day, she ran our rehearsal, and on the day of, she set everything up perfectly and made sure we and all of our vendors were taken care of. Amazing!!! She is such a sweetheart and so good at what she does. We recommend Bre and Rosetree Events 100%!

so warm, kind, and uplifting. When some things didn't go as planned, she was on top of the situation and already proposing solutions. All of our vendors noted how great it was to work with her and we couldn't be happier to have met her and worked with her on our big day. I appreciated how much she cared about all aspects of our day, it truly felt like I was with a great friend who happened to also be a genius coordinator :) Highly recommend choosing Rosetree for your big day!

e vendors were able to follow. She called all our vendors prior to our wedding to introduce herself and confirm times. She did a wonderful job keeping us calm during the cake fiasco when our wedding cake was temporarily lost. Overall I would highly recommend Rosetree and their team to help make your wedding stress free.

using Rosetree's organized system for keeping track of deadlines, vendor payments, and to-do items to communicating with vendors to find the best value for our budget, Jess helped us ensure that our wedding events ran smoothly and looked beautiful. The one thing I loved the most about working with Jess/Rosetree is that Jess immediately understood the aesthetic we were going for, so much so that I felt as though she was almost an extension of me because of how well she had understood my tastes. I could fully trust her to carry out our vision and even make decisions on our behalf. On top of all of the amazing work Jess did for us in the earlier stages of wedding-planning, we were also so impressed with her organized and detailed day-of coordination. Everything went off without a hitch, and even if something unexpected happened, Jess resolved it promptly and effectively. I honestly do not know how we could have pulled off the wedding without Jess and Rosetree. We are so thankful and cannot recommend them enough.

smoothly. She was such a joy to be around, and her organization made our wedding day stress free. Some of my favorite aspects of her service were, handling the vendors, organizing the wedding party, creating the day of timeline, running the rehearsal and making sure everyone and everything was on track. Kelly was on board for some of our untraditional aspects of our Wedding and she helped the relaxed flow of our wedding run just how we envisioned. All I can say is thank you, and if you’re considering hiring rosetree… DO IT! The stress they took off of our backs, and our families was worth it’s weight in gold. We were able to truly enjoy the day and each moment stress free.

h went above and beyond. Bre has an energy that is infectious. Like a friend you've had for ages even though you just met her. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my big day. She made everything go off without a hitch and even delivered my floral donation after the event for me. I want to get married again just to work with them another time.

a was our coordinator and truly, she is incredible. I showed up on the wedding day and literally the only thing I did was enjoy the day celebrating with my husband and all of our friends and family. Veronica handled. Every. Single. Thing. I am not kidding when I say all I had to do was show up. Veronica worked her magic with all of the details for the day. There is not one single thing I would have changed, and I know that is thanks to Veronica's had work behind the scenes. She knew our vision for the day and made it happen. Vendors set up in exactly the right places, the décor was perfectly arranged, and the timeline flowed wonderfully. A year's worth of planning coming together into a flawless day- it's absolutely priceless. If there were more gold stars to give, I would give them all without question!!! I could not be more impressed or thankful for Rosetree Events!

and was suggested to increase it.

(even offering to kick out my grandparents if they tried to crash the wedding). She is so fun, caring, and thinks of everything! Rosetree is also extremely affordable and I will forever recommend that couples go through them for day-of-coordination.

or to our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. Jessica was our onsite coordinator and she made our wedding beautiful beyond what we even dreamed! Highly recommend!

axed which made the entire experience enjoyable. On the day of the wedding it was a huge relief to know that any tasks we needed her to take care of were going to be done and that if anything suddenly popped up we could count on her to handle it so we could focus on enjoying the wedding. She's also really good at keeping track of little details so you can be assured that nothing will be overlooked and your wedding day will run smoothly.

pick up decorations to make the day of easier for us. She ensured that our ceremony/reception stayed on schedule. We would recommend Bre to any couple getting married!

everything was perfect for us. She was the perfect set of hands to help make the day go so incredibly flawless. We can’t thank Rosetree enough :) love, Sam & Brian

in MN), I was nervous about how the day would turn out not being able to be there in person for the majority of the planning process. With Jenn, there was no need to worry. We postponed our wedding 3 times due to COVID and she stuck with us the entire time. She redid contracts, made sure our vendors were available when we needed them, gave us options when we had to make major changes, etc. We even changed our venue 3 months before and our wedding date so she essentially replanned the whole thing in a few months and it was the most perfect day I could ever have imagined. From the design, to the flowers, to the vendors, to the layout, to the cake, to the cocktail hour, nothing could have been more amazing. Jenn kept us in the loop and always listened to our opinions and desires for our wedding day. She took my vision and turned it into a reality. There were even some surprises to me that were incredible. She was great at working with my parents who were funding the day. Jenn was always understanding and there for us even when we thought our wedding day wasn't going to happen. Being an out of town bride, she made herself available on nights and weekends by phone or in person to make sure things got done. No small detail was ignored. Her relationship with vendors in the area makes the possibilities endless. Anything you want, she will make it happen. The day of the wedding was flawless. I am sure there were hick-ups behind the scene, but I never knew about them. Jenn spent the entire day catering to us and making sure that things went off without a hitch. Jenn and her assistants were there they entire day (from getting ready to cleaning up) and always had a smile on their faces. Our wedding day could not have been any better and it is all thanks to Jenn Rosen and Rosetree Events. Jenn is not only an amazing wedding planner, but an incredible human. She has become a friend that we will stay in contact with. If ever again I throw a party, she is my go to planner. I wish that I could leave her more than 5 stars. For any bride looking for a perfect wedding day (aka all brides), I HIGHLY recommend Jenn and her team!
