At Rosewood Farms we've created an atmosphere with an ideal blend of modern and rustic features. With multiple spaces on-site, the flow of your day will be absolutely seamless: from getting ready with your wedding party... to the last dance at the reception!
Facilities and Capacity:
At Rosewood Farms, the facility can accommodate both small and large wedding ceremonies and celebrations. In fact, couples can enjoy the venue with 275+ of their friends and family.
You have both indoor and outdoor options to choose from. Indoor options include the Rustic Barn, which can hold 175+ seated for a ceremony, and the Rose Barn, which can host 275+ seated for a reception. You can also choose from one of the available outdoor sites: the pond, courtyard, and patios. With over 40 acres to choose from, you are sure to find the perfect spot.
There are also special areas for each party to prepare in. The Suite is for the bride and bridal party, while the Lounge is for the groom and groomsmen.

When you host your wedding at Rosewood Farms, you and your wedding party will get to enjoy and explore the entire property for the whole day.
The venue features heating and air conditioning for your comfort, as well as handicap accessibility and on-site parking. You will also be provided with necessities, such as reception tables, chiavari chairs, and a venue manager for the day.

On our wedding day, Darby was amazing! Everything was so organized and ran seamlessly, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy every moment. It was clear how much care and attention went into making sure everything happened exactly as planned.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning and created the perfect backdrop for our wedding. Even after the wedding, we’re still getting so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was. We loved having separate spaces for each part of the day - the upper Rustic Barn for the ceremony, the lower barn and patio for cocktail hour, and the Rose Barn for reception. Each space is beautiful in its own way and creates such a unique experience for guests. To this day, our guests are still talking about how stunning the venue was. The planning process was just as impressive as the venue itself. The Rosewood team was responsive, organized, and always available to answer our many questions. They checked in throughout the year, kept us on track, and made sure every detail was covered during our final walkthrough. We also really appreciated their list of recommended vendors. It can often become overwhelming having so many options, so this really helped take some of the stress off our shoulders by narrowing them down. On the wedding day itself, everything ran so smoothly. The bridal suite was huge and felt like our own little house for the morning, and the groom's lounge was the perfect hangout space for the guys. Shannon, the venue manager, was incredible. She checked on us all day, handled any issues that came up, and truly made us feel taken care of so we could just enjoy the day. Rosewood photographed beautifully and offers countless photo opportunities for the guests - there's no bad angle. We also chose to add the photo booth enhancement, which was a huge hit. Most importantly, everyone had an amazing time. We received so many compliments about the venue, the atmosphere, and how smoothly the entire day flowed. Choosing Rosewood was one of the best decisions we made. If we had to do it all over again (which we wish we could), we would choose it in a heartbeat!

The staff are amazing also, starting with a phone call before touring to touring then venue and going through the process of planning. They give you a list of preferred venders only the food vender has to be from the list, we used the list for all our venders. Rosewood gives you amazing places to get ready in one for the girls and one for the boys. Rosewood farm also provides the alcohol and will work with you to make a signature drinks your own! I would not recommend rosewood farms enough!

The grounds speak for themselves as they gave a sense of privacy and of course the beauty of the fall colors within the trees, flowers, etc. The ceremony space was very elegant and was perfectly decorated. Our cocktail hour was held outside which gave us and our guests plenty of room to socialize. Our reception space was amazing as it has so much room, especially for dancing! We used their Photo Booth at our reception and loved it. We received our photos back promptly on a flash drive and well as a book with printed copies with handwritten notes from our guests. They have a wedding day scheduled down to a science so everything ran so smoothly. We had guests come up to us and tell us that they wanted to get married there next. It was an amazing day. The barn itself, with it’s basement cocktail area and patio, provided enough space for all of our guests in a close and comfortable setting. The reception hall was spacious and very well-appointed for the event.
While the venue itself was a great location for us, what really set Rosewood apart were the staff. They were available to us every step of the way, and were extremely helpful and patient as we planned the event. All of the people we worked with at Rosewood were very accommodating and understanding, and helped us make the day perfect. We loved the variety of spaces on the property and each one served is purpose beautifully and perfectly. You could take a photograph anywhere and have a stunning, picturesque background. Rosewood Farms also offers amazing add-ons that really elevate the day. Some of our favorites were the slideshow during dinner, the photobooth (which guests loved), and the yard games. On the day of the wedding, Monica ensured that everything ran smoothly and made me feel like we had planned the perfect wedding! We truly wish we could experience our wedding day again and again. All of the sites on the property were beautiful, however the thought of saying “we do” in the rustic barn was a dream! A huge bonus was that everything was on site, prep area, ceremony, cocktail hour, as well as a huge area for a reception. My guests described this venue and my wedding as a beautiful set right out of a Hallmark movie.
The staff on site were so helpful in making our vision come to life with recommendations of vendors, layouts, decor, and ways to keep the focus on the bride and groom.
They do require a wedding planner for at least the day of, I was a little reluctant on it, however now I definitely understand why. They want us, the couple, to enjoy the day and focus on being in the moment with each other and our loved ones and not worry about any set up of any kind.
Although over all it was a little pricey, however it was well worth every penny. Definitely would recommend it.

er. All of our vendors were willing to make anything work and refund us money, except Rosewood. I felt that with them being a new venue they would be helpful and involved in the planning process and neither my husband or I got that impression. While the venue was beautiful, I value empathy and support during this difficult time would have been so much better. I truly hope they give future couples the time and help that they deserve.

As soon as Alicia started talking to me about it, I instantly felt a connection to the vision board she created and wanted in. She showed us around the farm, explaining how the Rose Barn and Rustic barn would eventually look since what we were looking at were merely shells of buildings. Rosewood Farms was everything I was looking for - rustic, spacious, friendly, and unique! It is unlike any other venue in the area and it is beautiful. Katie, Alicia, and Chrissy were all absolutely wonderful to work with and made me 100% comfortable that Rosewood would be magnificent by the time my wedding came around. Katie was our day-of coordinator and she was readily available for anything we needed. If you want a venue that you can WOW your guests, have the most incredible views for pictures, have the most personable venue staff/team cheering you on, and can flex to your style and vision, then look no further! Rosewood Farms is the place to go!
