bride, I didn’t get to interact much with Alexis day of, but my wedding party and my mom said she was wonderful and professional. Friendly, helpful, and quick with solutions (because problems happen! it’s inevitable). I didn’t have to worry about anything day of- Alexis set the decorations up and had everything running smoothly! My parents were especially appreciative that she helped with tear down at the end. We are so thankful for Alexis and expertise she provided on our wedding day!

We started with a phone consultation before hiring her, and then closer to the wedding we did a venue walk through with her and talked through everything but mostly our expectations and hopes for the wedding. I was SO happy to give her the reigns the week of the wedding so that I could focus on the other million things that had to be done. This and the actual day of coordination were worth what we paid alone! The week of the wedding I was fairly relaxed as she was able to handle all of the last minute details with vendors, arrival times, etc. so that I could also try and enjoy myself! For the day of she went above and beyond making sure that everything looked the way we wanted, that vendors were directed to the correct place, that all the decorations we had worked on were set up accordingly, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day on our timeline. Between her and Kasey everything time wise went off without a hitch and there were no hiccups! She was even so thoughtful as to text me suggestions for my plate setting that were different than what we had talked about and I was so happy because they looked so much better than what we had originally picked! She was extremely wonderful to work with, our friends and families commented on how personable and friendly she was. I would absolutely reach out to her if you are looking for someone!!

From the moment my wedding day began, Alexis took the reigns completely and let me sit back and relax. She did not sit down for a minute the entire day. From setting up all of my decor, to organizing the wedding party, to acting as a makeshift seamstress, she is truly a jack of all trades. t my veil on, we realized that my mom had accidentally brought my empty dress bag instead of my veil. It could have been a disaster, but we called Alexis and she said, “No problem! I’m close to the venue, so I’ll just go grab it and be over soon!” She got to the church with the veil with plenty of time to spare, and even just the way she communicated with us while we were figuring that out calmed my nerves and let me focus on the vows I was about to say instead of my veil. Then when our party bus was an hour late and we had to completely readjust our plans for some of our pictures, she rearranged everything at the reception venue for us so that our backup plan with all of the props we had arranged for was fully ready when we arrived. Plus she saved me by bringing floss to us during dinner when I had something green stuck in my teeth. She kept track of all of the things we brought with us, made setup and tear down smooth while keeping the venue looking beautiful, and just held everything together and tied up all of the loose ends that we didn’t even know needed tying. And despite us giving her a lot to keep track of, she was always quick to answer texts or calls from any of us. Our wedding party and family couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was, and we fully agree! Book Alexis now!! She is an invaluable resource, and I truly cannot imagine the wedding day being as perfect as it was without her. It was also so great just knowing that she had the skill set to fix all kinds of other problems—she can sew, knows all about the catering industry and dinner service, and has had a foot in most parts of the wedding industry, so she can anticipate problems before they happen. We needed her, and you will too!

id all of the set up and tear down of our decor, helped direct vendors and answer guests questions, and helped to remind us and our wedding party when it was time for specific things like our grand march, cake cutting, sunset photos, sparklers, etc! Alexis was extremely tentative to our needs to help our special day go smoothly without my husband and I having to worry about a thing. We were just able to soak up every minute of our wedding day! She even had drinks waiting for us at the head table and carried my dinner plate to my seat from our buffet table which was very thoughtful!

walk through. From planning, through halting from COVID, to execution she was on top of everything and checked in via email if we needed any help during planning. She was prompt in returning calls or emails and day of she was only a text message away if we needed something. Not only was she great at doing what needed to be done but also pleasant to work with. Even the staff at the venue commented how wonderful was to work her compared to other coordinators. Most people are stressed out during the process and especially day of but we never felt it.
