Alexis was the best day of coordinator!! She is one of the kindest people ever and her calm and collected personality was the best to have on wedding day. Leading up to wedding day, she allowed us to text her or email with any questions related to our venue (since she had been there multiple times and knew it well), our decor, basic wedding questions, etc. It was great to have someone with a wedding background who was able to focus on my wedding in a different way than me being a bride was. She was asking all the questions I hadn’t even thought about, which was perfect and helped us pull together the best day. On wedding day, she arrived as soon as the venue opened and got to work organizing things and setting up all the decor. She was on her feet working the entire day to ensure everything was as we planned and got to where it needed to go. Even once the ceremony had happened and the night was in full swing she was still working to move around any decor we used in multiple places and she even held on to my phone for me the entire night, so I knew where it was which was so kind !!! Leading into the wedding, we put together an excel document that had every little detail she needed so that we were in the same page about everything. She also got all of the vendor contact information and was in contact with each of them the week before the wedding !! On wedding day, she helped them know where to go, what to do, and passed out the final checks to them all. She was able to take care of all the background work that I didn’t have the time for that day. If you are considering having a day of coordinator, you definitely should !!! And if you do, you should definitely hire Alexis. She is very budget friendly and you get more than you pay for working with her !! She goes above and beyond to ensure the wedding day is running as it should and that is it enjoyable for everyone attending, as well as the wedding party!!! She was so professional and kind, everything with Alexis was amazing !!!

Alexis literally made our big day a breeze! I didn’t have to think about a single thing the entire day! Got to the venue and she immediately got everything set up with out any direction. She got everyone where they needed to be the entire day, kept everyone moving and answered all the questions I didn’t want people asking me. Even at the end of the night, she got everything packed up- all we had to do was get it in the car and get it home. Alexis and Kalynn knocked everything out of the park! From the first day of choosing their team to assist us in planning, the monthly check-ins, to the follow-ups as we got closer to the wedding day. Alexis was AMAZING from start to finish. I literally just showed up on my wedding day with a box of stuff and she decorated everything so magically. At the end of the night my parents got in their car and everything was already packed up and ready to go! I did not worry about the logistics of a single thing on my wedding day and that was because of Alexis working her magic behind the scenes. She coordinated everything for the ceremony so beautifully. She kept our timeline on track and gracefully managed everything. She was great from start to finish from our first planning meeting, to our timeline meeting, to helping to coordinate our rehearsal dinner, to actually being on site the day of the wedding and dealing with everything that came up. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring her, we had an amazing day and things went so seamlessly because of her!!!!

I am not one to normally write a review, maybe because I am particular and have high expectations; however, I cannot think of a better person to write an outstanding review for than Alexis. She and her assistant, Kalynn, were an exceptional team!! Alexis made my daughter's wedding so stress free. She was on top of all of the details; I didn't have to remind her of anything. She provided valuable input and was very detailed oriented herself to make sure she had all the specifics covered. We had multiple meetings and confirmation emails to ensure we were on the same page. If you're looking for an amazing part of your wedding team, look no further, she is the one! I would request her again in a second!

By far and away Alexis was a major reason we can consider our wedding day *perfect*. Alexis was incredibly helpful leading up to our big day and even more so day of - communicating with our vendors, setting everything up, making recommendations and suggestions when needed. Alexis is an absolute godsend, and should absolutely be top of your list as a wedding vendor. Not only is her price set at an absolute bargain, but she dedicates herself and adds more to the wedding than any other wedding planner offers. From the minute we booked her, she made herself available to discuss any questions or thoughts we had, and helped us for almost a year and a half in advance of our wedding. She worked to communicate with vendors, plan our timeline, and think of things that we may have missed. In addition to all of this, she also handled anything and everything that came up on our wedding day, from dessert setup to guiding vendors to managing gifts and assisting with cleanup. I did a TON of research on coordinators and Alexis kept coming up, again and again, as being one of the best day of coordinators in Minnesota. We booked her over a year before our wedding, and she was responsive and organized from the start. I know she handles a lot of weddings but she has such good attention to detail, she made us feel like her only client! We appreciated her communication, recommendations, and poise on the day of. Her couple celebrated at our venue and she was there for them every step of the way, from meeting to meeting, even helping them find our venue after their first option shut down. We can’t put into words how amazing it was to work with Alexis. She was flexible in meeting with us before the wedding multiple times, and always answered emails when we had questions. Alexis is probably the most important vendor that we hired for our wedding. We were going back and forth on whether or not to hire a day of coordinator for our wedding and ultimately we decided we might as well--in hindsight, the wedding probably would not have happened without her. She was absolutely essential for our wedding!! And though she was just our "day of" coordinator, she made herself available for questions and advice for the entire year leading up the wedding. She was extremely helpful the month of the wedding, going over every detail at our venue walkthrough, and also helpful the week of the wedding, reaching out to all of our vendors and tying up any loose ends. On the day of the wedding, she ensured that the whole day went off without a hitch. From set up, to take down, to keeping us on time, to speaking with vendors, to stocking items--she did an excellent job and was well worth the money. I don't plan on getting married again, but if I did, I would hire her in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough good things about Alexis. She is kind, friendly, professional, and was a vendor who made me feel reassured and glad we hired her over and over again. During the planning process, she was available for questions via email and always responded so promptly. She was far more than just a “day of” coordinator. She helped make those little weird decisions that were overwhelming for me as a bride and even attended our tasting. Her checklist and organization system really serve to help plan your day in addition to helping her make your vision come alive. I think that Alexis probably saves the day in tons of little ways at every wedding she works, but she saved ours in a BIG way. We found out our ballroom unexpectedly had no AC because the room kept getting hotter despite staff efforts to cool it (I guess make sure your venue checks their HVAC in advance if you have a late spring/early summer wedding). Alexis led the plan to move the party to a cooler area of the venue, came up with a way to seamlessly transition entertainment as the DJ moved equipment, got the venue to bring up industrial fans, and more. She also saved the day earlier in a slightly less major way when I realized we forgot bread for our unity sandwich. She popped by the store and got some, all while decorating both the ceremony and reception space and coordinating with other vendors in the morning. She and her team set up and cleaned up everything so nicely. Anything Alexis was fully in charge of was executed wonderfully and we did not need to give it a second thought. Beyond all of this (which would have been more than enough), she led our rehearsal in a super helpful way, kept the timeline on track (while still being flexible), greeted us with snacks and drinks at the reception, helped me remove my sleeves at the appropriate point of the night, brought me makeup and served as another set of eyes during a touch up, and so much more. She remained professional and in control in the face of stress and was truly just an ideal person to have in our corner. She should probably raise her prices because of how good she is and how much she provides throughout the process, but I also appreciate that her accessible rate makes day-of coordination more affordable for folks. If you’re considering hiring Alexis as your Day of Coordinator, stop considering and book her right now!

Alexis was amazing on all levels! Helping us getting things planned all the way to being THE most helpful person ever! She is accommodating, quick on her feet and dedicated to the couples she is planning for. Not only did she stay for the ENTIRE wedding from setting the venue up until all the guests left at midnight, but she was there the night before to help us set up! Best money we could have spent! Alexis was amazing at managing all of the details. We just sat back and enjoyed our day. She communicated with our vendors, set up and took down and delivered to our cabin all of our décor, ensured any issues were address, she even brought us drinks at dinner! From Day 1, Alexis alleviated any anxieties/overwhelming feelings with grace, elegance, and absolute poise. Whether it was a gentle "check in," helpful tip, or timeline change, Alexis was purposeful in her approach and I knew that I could rely on her in the months leading up to our wedding. Any time we thought of something to ask her or request (at any time of day!) we knew she was only one email or call away. We never had to remind her about anything - In fact, she often reminded us about things that slipped our minds and it was so helpful knowing that if we asked for her help in something, we could consider it done. There were a few unexpected things that happened on our wedding day (including a few missing table numbers and a welcome stand that didn't quite fit the sign) and I had no idea about the issues until DAYS after the wedding. Alexis is able to think quickly on her feet and solve problems effortlessly without distractions. She truly thought of everything! We literally wouldn’t have had such a wonderful wedding without the help of Alexis!! She is worth every penny she charges (which isn’t terrible compared to others) and more!! Alexis was super attentive and always quick to offer advice, help, etc. throughout our planning! We started with a phone consultation before hiring her, and then closer to the wedding we did a venue walk through with her and talked through everything but mostly our expectations and hopes for the wedding. I was SO happy to give her the reigns the week of the wedding so that I could focus on the other million things that had to be done. This and the actual day of coordination were worth what we paid alone! The week of the wedding I was fairly relaxed as she was able to handle all of the last minute details with vendors, arrival times, etc. so that I could also try and enjoy myself! For the day of she went above and beyond making sure that everything looked the way we wanted, that vendors were directed to the correct place, that all the decorations we had worked on were set up accordingly, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day on our timeline. Between her and Kasey everything time wise went off without a hitch and there were no hiccups! She was even so thoughtful as to text me suggestions for my plate setting that were different than what we had talked about and I was so happy because they looked so much better than what we had originally picked! She was extremely wonderful to work with, our friends and families commented on how personable and friendly she was. I would absolutely reach out to her if you are looking for someone!!

There is no other day-of coordinator you should hire besides Alexis. She was a lifesaver! First, leading up to the wedding her communication was professional, proactive, and thoughtful. She drafted our day-of timeline, coordinated vendors, and the rehearsal. Our wedding day was seamless. I even had a slight dress malfunction and Alexis was on hand with thread and needle to fix it. She stayed until the very end of the night and we just feel so grateful to have had her there!

Alexis was a dream to work with! So helpful and communicative. We walked in the day of our wedding stress-free knowing we were in great hands. She worked great with all of our other vendors and we were able to just enjoy the day. At the end of the night, everything was already packed up and none of us had to worry about clean up-which is just what we needed after a long day.

People always say to plan for at least one big thing to go wrong on your wedding day. After taking a few days to reflect on our wedding, I can say with 100% confidence that I did not experience that. Everything went off without a hitch, and 99% of the credit for my amazing day goes to Alexis. I am the ultimate Type A personality. I’m used to being the planner and organizer, and knowing that everything is in its place. From the moment my wedding day began, Alexis took the reigns completely and let me sit back and relax. If we could only pick one vendor for our wedding we would have chose Alexis! She worked her dang butt off the day of our wedding helping things run smooth, cleaning things up, letting us know where to be, and reminding us to take in the moment (which was the best advice we got all day because it goes by so fast). I came across Rosewood Weddings on The Knot's website while looking for a coordinator and I had a tighter budget to work with. Alexis was an absolute dream to work with, she was so helpful and willing to get on the phone with me and email back and forth on any and all questions I had pertaining to our special day. We even had a last minute change in our schedule the day before our Rehearsal Dinner and Alexis was able to come by, super last minute, and help conduct our Rehearsal. She was always so professional and I knew from our first phone call that she was extremely organized and that she would be the one! Alexis was a Godsend. She saved our wedding day countless times, and she always had such a calm, confident attitude that made us feel so comfortable even when things didn’t go as planned. When my mom and I arrived at the church and I went to put my veil on, we realized that my mom had accidentally brought my empty dress bag instead of my veil. It could have been a disaster, but we called Alexis and she said, “No problem! I’m close to the venue, so I’ll just go grab it and be over soon!” She got to the church with the veil with plenty of time to spare, and even just the way she communicated with us while we were figuring that out calmed my nerves and let me focus on the vows I was about to say instead of my veil. Then when our party bus was an hour late and we had to completely readjust our plans for some of our pictures, she rearranged everything at the reception venue for us so that our backup plan with all of the props we had arranged for was fully ready when we arrived. Plus she saved me by bringing floss to us during dinner when I had something green stuck in my teeth. She kept track of all of the things we brought with us, made setup and tear down smooth while keeping the venue looking beautiful, and just held everything together and tied up all of the loose ends that we didn’t even know needed tying. And despite us giving her a lot to keep track of, she was always quick to answer texts or calls from any of us. Our wedding party and family couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was, and we fully agree! Book Alexis now!! She is an invaluable resource, and I truly cannot imagine the wedding day being as perfect as it was without her. It was also so great just knowing that she had the skill set to fix all kinds of other problems—she can sew, knows all about the catering industry and dinner service, and has had a foot in most parts of the wedding industry, so she can anticipate problems before they happen. We loved working with Alexis! She was extremely organized, thoughtful, providing guidance and expertise throughout the whole process. My husband and I hired Alexis as our day of coordinator for our wedding at the Round Barn Farm in Red Wing, Minnesota. Alexis toured our venue with us a few weeks before our wedding to discuss our plans for our big day. On our Wedding day she did all of the set up and tear down of our decor, helped direct vendors and answer guests questions, and helped to remind us and our wedding party when it was time for specific things like our grand march, cake cutting, sunset photos, sparklers, etc! Alexis was extremely tentative to our needs to help our special day go smoothly without my husband and I having to worry about a thing. We were just able to soak up every minute of our wedding day! She even had drinks waiting for us at the head table and carried my dinner plate to my seat from our buffet table which was very thoughtful!

From first meeting her when we were choosing our day of coordinator to the end of our wedding day Alexis was wonderful to work with. She was always prepared even to the point she was asking questions before the venue manager during final onsite walk through. From planning, through halting from COVID, to execution she was on top of everything and checked in via email if we needed any help during planning. She was prompt in returning calls or emails and day of she was only a text message away if we needed something. Not only was she great at doing what needed to be done but also pleasant to work with. Even the staff at the venue commented how wonderful was to work her compared to other coordinators. Most people are stressed out during the process and especially day of but we never felt it. Her presence and abilities allowed us to just sit back and enjoy our wedding day! Thank you again Alexis!!!
